This home has one designated parking space within the shared garage and one outdoor space under the stairs alongside the garage. The garage is shared with the apartment above the garage but includes separate parking spaces and washer/dryers. The dimensions for the garage space is 6ft 2in High X 7ft 9in Wide X 17ft 11in Deep. The dimensions for the outdoor space is 7ft High X 7ft 3in Wide X 12ft 4in Deep. The only designated parking is the one space within the garage and the once space under the stairs, if you need additional parking you will need to secure public parking.

Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking. We do not accept American Express and Discover.
San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and AirBnb.
Our cancellation policy will allow you to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your arrival. There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total payment or $300, whichever is higher. If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.
Pet Friendly properties have a maximum of two dogs per property (sorry, no cats!). There is a fee for each pet ($150 + tax). Please alert us if you intend to bring your pets.
