-This home is the upper half of a duplex. Please be mindful of your downstairs neighbors!
-Like many beach homes in the neighborhood, this home does NOT offer AC. With ceiling fans and large patio doors and lots of windows that can be opened, there is a nice cross breeze that will help to keep the house cool
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels)
-Parking Carport is shared with the downstairs unit. Spots are clearly designated
-In accordance with the local Short Term Rental Ordinance, this home is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound).
-San Diego Airport flight path runs adjacent to South Mission Bay. There is the potential for some airplane noise to be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am. The home is totally worth it!
-In accordance with the local Short Term Rental Ordinance, this home is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound). It is located in the main living area.

ATTENTION
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. PARKING
Parking provided for 1 vehicles in a shared carport. There is limited additional public street parking or island parking lots a 2-3 block walk. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street.
