Charlene was the worst Tenant I’ve ever had. She was simply looking for money back and tried to extort me. From the moment she got in all of her complaints are absolute lies. The two bedrooms downstairs are on the first floor, clearly separated from the garage by a wall, she was upset that a few of the panels in the stairwell were bubbling, she was only in the house for half an hour when she started asking me for money back I sent my Contractor over to see what her complaints were. He told me she was completely out of line and Simply wanted money. Even her own husband agreed with my Contractor, but had no say in the matter. She actually complained that the furniture on my front deck in the pictures on the VRBO platform was not the same furniture as I had at the house when she arrived. I explained to her that the furniture was replaced with brand new furniture, which I try to do every summer. This Tenant clearly could not afford the house and was simply looking to get money back

There is no basement in the house. There is a first floor and there are two finished bedrooms on the first floor. There is a big difference between a basement and a first floor

I checked with the cleaning people and they assured me that they thoroughly cleaned the refrigerator so I’m not sure why there was a smell there. And any rip screens I will have replaced this month.

Constructive criticism can be very helpful. I am going to be supplying the house with more utensils and plates and glasses and I will fix the knobs on the furniture immediately as well as any lights that need repair

The house is consistently rented by families with children, so I don’t know how it would be called the party house or who would be calling it that. There are two finished bedrooms on the first floor that have no issues.

The thinner Mattress has been replaced. There are no kerosene products downstairs. There may have been a smell of creosol, which is required on all of the columns that hold the house up. Those smells have been taken care of by painting, the columns in the garage with latex paint,. There are antibacterial mattress covers on all the bedding but due to Covid, I require people to bring their own blankets and sheets

The window shades have been replaced, and also a brand new kitchen has been put in as well as all new siding and a brand new front deck

There is no basement there’s only a first floor with to finish bedrooms. The smell that they’re referring to is a certain oil that Hass to be put on the polls and hold the house up. That smell has been taken care of by simply painting the polls.
