You are able to walk to all amenities Beach Haven Terrace has to offer. (Food, nightlife, ice cream, etc.)

The spacious kitchen has LG stainless steel appliances and Keurig coffee maker. The dining area is an extension of the kitchen and seats up to 8. From the dining area, you can walk through the french doors to the covered front deck to enjoy the morning sun or afternoon/evening shade. The upstairs has a master suite with its own flat screen TV and full bath with double vanity. The remaining 3 bedrooms and full bath are also on the second floor. Upstairs is where you will find the front load washer and dryer for your convenience.
The house has a 2 zone central air conditioning system for each floor. It has a cambridge paved driveway with off street parking for 4 cars.
