Nestled in the woods off of Berwick Rd, this charming home is a 10 minute walk to the beach, village, and local restaurants and trolly. This beautiful two story home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and can sleep up to 6 people. Rooms offer hardwood, comfortable beds, cable TV and wireless internet access. Full size eat in kitchen with washer, dryer, and dishwasher . Living room has fireplace, Cable TV, DVD and stereo system. Two oversized decks with outdoor shower, great for cookouts, entertaining or soaking up the sun. Linens, towels and beach chairs supplied. Plenty of off street parking.

Home away from home

Wonderful location that was far enough from the busyness of the main drag to be quiet, but close enough to walk and enjoy the town. Host was truly outstanding-gave great recommendations, extremely welcoming, made check in and out very easy. We'd stay here in a heartbeat the next time we are in New England.

Great place!!

This house was exactly as described! It was just far enough from the hustle and bustle of downtown Ogunquit. So peaceful and quiet. And so clean! It was great to go to a place that was so fully stocked with the basic necessities. We've been to many where things are not what they say! Kudos to Bob for being so thoughtful! Linens and paper goods, everything was there and so appreciated. There was a great set of pans, dishes, coffee maker and bean grinder. Toaster and microwave. It was easy to put a meal together with supplies at hand It was nice to spend the week in a house that made you feel at home!! Bob, our host was only a call away if we needed him. Thanks Bob for sharing "LaBungalo" with us. We truly enjoyed our stay. Cindie and Paul I

Propriété dans un quartier calme à environ 1.5 km de la plage d'Ogunquit avec accès facile. Séjour de 6 personnes (3 adultes et 3 enfants) avec tous les équipements et la place nécessaire.

What an unexpected treat!

My wife, her sister and our nephew all stayed at La Bungalow in Ogunquit, Maine. We usually stay at the Anchorage By The Sea for our annual Ogunquit trip. This time we decided to stay in a house and were we happy that we did. What an unexpected treat La Bungalow turned out to be for us. We were close enough to all the sites in town that we could walk there but far enough away that it was quiet and so peaceful. The house is quaint, clean and homey. You have all the comforts of staying in a nice home but not the noise that sometimes comes with a busy tourist town on the coast. My wife decided that we are going to make La Bungalow an annual visit and I have to agree with her. We loved staying there as did my nephew and sister-in-law. I highly recommend this property for a wonderful vacation in Ogunquit.

Relaxing Week

After a day of work and a long drive from NYC we arrived at this comfortable home nestled in the woods. Things could have not been better. The driveway and entry was pleasantly lit making parking and unloading easy. The next morning we had a nice walk to downtown Ogunquit for breakfast. After returning to the house we decided to make a journey to the beach. The owner had beach chairs and towels conveniently located for our use. Throughout the week we enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the front deck and evenings we sipped wine on the quiet and private back deck. The week was charmingly relaxing and we will return to this quiet and comfortable "La Bungalow". Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Wonderful

As they say, pictures don't do it justice. Very comfortable home set in a wooded atmosphere. And it does feel like home. Very close to town. Very warm atmosphere in the house. We met the landlord who was extremely attentive. Don't have any reservations about renting this house.

The Ultimate Ogunquit Getaway!

After a stressful day that caused us to arrive late and in a state of dissarray we felt such a wonderful feeling of calm as we pulled into a driveway with twinkling lights alit on the porch and flowers illuminated along the drive. Knowing we'd be arriving after dark, we were so touched that the owner, Bobby, was thoughtful enough to turn on these welcoming lights. The rest of our week followed suite with initial feelings of happines and relaxation. The house is very homey and we never lacked for any ammenities, from the fully stocked cookweare in the kitchen to the complimentary beach chairs. After walking home from the beach we loved enjoying a glass of wine and some snacks on the deck as the sun set. It was our running joke that :"La Bungalow" was the best happy hour spot in town! Loved every minute of our stay in this house and will definitely return next year!

The Ultimate Ogunqtuit Getaway!

After a stressfull day that caused us to arrive late and in a state of anxiety we immediately felt a sense of calm as the twinkling lights of the front porch and the illuminated flowers along the driveway came into view. Knowing that we would be arriving in the dark, we couldn't have been more touched that the owner, Bobby, was thoughtful enough to light the property for us. Our feelings of calm and relaxation carried us through one of the best getaways we've ever had. This house truly makes you feel at home from the fully stocked cookweare to the complimentary beach chairs. The house and yard are decorated so tastefully I couldn't stop complimenting the owner. Our favorite part of the stay was on our walks home from the beach as we strolled through shops in the picturesque downtown while making our way back to the house (not a long walk if you're not carrying heavy bags). We loved to enjoy wine and snacks on the porch at what we joked was the best happy hour spot in town, "La Bungalow" I would recommend this house to any of my friends and am already planning on renting it again next year!!

Perfect getaway

Me, my husband, and our three children thoroughly enjoyed staying in this property. It was perfect in every way! The owner pays great attention to detail and is a wonderful host! The listing description is accurate and modest. It was everything we hoped for and more - cozy, relaxing, charming, meticulously clean - and already hope to return next summer.

FEELS LIKE HOME

We visit Ogunquit often for short stays in Inns and Guesthouse's. This was my first time renting a house for a week. We struck gold. We could not have asked for better accomodations. The house is located just far enough off the beaten path for peace and tanquility yet a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The house is well appointed and perfect for entertaining. We had a couple cool nights and a rainy day we lit the fireplace, cooked, and ate the day away. It was just perfect. We can't wait to return.

Extremely Happy! Thank you!!!

My family and I just wanted to say thank you so much for your wonderful accomodations. We loved your house (it was spotless!) and really enjoyed sitting outside on the deck. Not having to drive anywhere and being able to walk into town in no time was a big plus for us. We had such a lovely time in Ogunquit and it's so beautiful there! I personally was very happy that you were nearby in case we needed you. We will definitely be coming back next May and hope to get the same week. Thank you again!

Perfection!

This charming, charismatic, and cozy home away from home is a no brainer in Ogunquit! It's only downfall is that you will not want to leave :) Bobby is extremely kind and helpful with an attention to detail that makes your experience a very special and memorable one. He is also a GREAT resource and knows everything you need to know about where to go and what to do in Ogunquit! It is in a perfect location, walking distance to the center of Ogunquit, but trust me it's hard to get out of there with that extremely comfy couch situated next to the cozy fireplace, the surround-sound, and all the interesting and unique decor/paintings to look at. Whats not to love about this place? Go ahead and book it already, you will not regret it!

Romantic Spot

I rented this for my sister and husband who live in Fla. but wanted to spend some quality time in Ogunquit. I could not have picked a better place for them. It was just what they needed. Quiet, Romantic and Private with everything they could possibly want and the town, beach and all the restaurants just a short walk away. The downstairs kitchen, living room, guest bedroom were immaculate and very cozy. They especially loved the master bedroom upstairs with a beautiful private deck overlooking the back yard. It was a wonderful week for them.

Look no more!!!!

We were looking for a special spot to celebrate an anniversary and we found it at this house in Ogunquit!!! As we walked into the house, we were serenaded by classical music. The house was clean, cozy and welcoming in every way. Wait, it gets even better....it is a very short walk to the charming town of Ogunquit where there are unique stores and shops. The Inn Keeper was conveniently nearby if we needed anything but we didnt need a thing. He left no stone unturned and met our every need and then some. I would highly recommend this Ogunquit get-a-way!!!

Amazing!

#135709 rental We have stayed at this location several times and it gets better and better! This house and location is amazing. The house is beautiful and it has a wonderful vacation feel. The location is very private and you are at the beach in 5 minutes. We LOVE staying here. It is the best experience and you are on vacation but you feel like you are home. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. We will absolutely go back again and again. We stayed there 3 weeks ago and my husband is still talking about it!

Relaxing, comfortable and quiet

We were delighted with our recent stay - it was like staying at a friends house where everything has been thought of. The gardens are beautiful and the house has many unique features and comforts. The owner is nearby which is helpful.
