LOCATED AT 60 BERWICK ROAD IN THE HEART OF OGUNQUIT VILLAGE!! This is truly "Your relaxing and comfortable home away from home".Ideally located in the heart of Ogunquit, village center and the beach are a short walk away. Park your car, and walk for the rest of your stay! Cottage comes fully furnished with all essentials such as linens, towels, ad bedding, etc.Laundry on site.

Charming cottage has been completely painted, refurnished and refurbished to provide all comforts of home, and then some. Main living area provides a sunny and cheerful place to relax. Patio area w/ table and chairs w/ grill for your outside dinning pleasure.

Just a few minutes walk in any direction from the cottage will get you to the beach, fantastic restaurants and bars, night-life, lobster boats, whale-watching, the beautiful Ogunquit Playhouse, shopping and ICE CREAM! What could be better?

This is a location that once you've rented, we promise you'll want to rent over and over. Cottage comes complete w/ everything to make your stay comfortable.

Wonderful location. Walking distance to the shops, restaurants and the beach. Nice home with all amenities needed for our stay. Good communication from the host. Only downside was the spotty internet, which the host remedied as soon as he could. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home

Perfect location to enjoy OGT

Second time back at this cottage and had a great stay. Clean and perfect spot to walk into town and to the beach. Aaron is always communicative as well.

Great Location

The property was in a great location. It was a short walk to everything including a great coffee shop on the corner. We went every morning for great coffee, wonderful muffins and excellent service.

Cozy and Comfortable

This little cottage was perfect for our stay. Everything seems newly renovated and well taken care of. The location is great...a short walk to the village and to Ogunquit Beach.

Very Cute Cottage

My family really enjoyed our stay at this cute, quaint cottage. The property is well maintained and the owners were great, down to earth people. The location to the beach and the center of town was perfect and we are already planning our return next year. Highly recommended property.

Lovely, convenient cottage

Meticulously cared for and equipped cottage, within steps to “downtown” Ogunquit and a short, lovely walk to the beach. Check out The Greenery for coffee and baked goods at the bottom of the street. Easy walk to Brie and Brine, and Caffe Prego.

Charming cottage in excellent location.

Five minute walk to downtown Ogunquit and an 8 to 10 minute walk to the beach. Scott and Judy were great hosts with all the amenities needed for a cottage stay near the beach. Great place to stay for a balance of quite cottage get away and cosmopolitan dining and shopping all in one. Major thumbs up!

It's a great home!

This home was even nicer than it looks in the pictures. It's very clean and well maintained. The furniture in the living room is very unique and comfortable. The overall feeling is homey.My family and my friends really enjoyed this home. The location is so close to downtown. We can't wait to come back again!

September stay!

September stay! We parked our car at the cottage and never got in it again. Close to everything we walked to the beaches shops restaurants entertainment it was great! And Aaron was readily available whenever we had a question. Stay there you’ll love it!!

Awesome beach house in town!

We had such a great time walking to everything - the beach, stores, ice cream, the Marginal Way, the lovely Ogunquit Library - it was a blast! The house was sweet and perfect for our family. Scott and Judy were just lovely to interact with- both mellow and helpful. All in all A plus!

Perfect location to enjoy Ogunquit

Our family of 5 loved our stay at this cozy cottage that is perfectly situated to explore and enjoy all that Ogunquit has to offer. The beach is within a short walking distance and it’s lovely to be able to walk over to the little shops down the street for a bite to eat or just wander around a bit. We have been to Ogunquit a few years now, and this was our favorite location. The kitchen appeared to be recently renovated which was nice for the meals we decided to stay in to eat. Also took advantage of the grill. Overall would recommend!

New England Charm

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at the cottage. We loved the beach theme and the colors used in decorating. It has such a comfy feel, and the fresh flowers, upon our arrival, were lovely. We enjoyed the short walk to downtown and to the beach each day. It was so nice to have a patio outside our door for afternoon cocktails. Scott and Judy were perfect hosts, so friendly and helpful. We hope to return one day.

Perfect location for a family getaway

We had a great time at this clean, cozy cottage with Scott and Judy making my entire family feel welcome. We literally parked our car and walked to the beach, along the marginal way, Perkins cove and shops and restaurants galore. Plenty of parking, laundry on site. We grilled right outside the cottage quite a bit while enjoying the kids shooting hoops and listening to music . Our first trip to Ogunquit and we were very pleased. Many thanks to Scott and Judy!

Excellent location and cute home!

This renovated guest house is charming! Host was very attentive and gave us the check in tour personally. Plenty of parking. One BEAUTIFUL walk to the downtown shopping district. Every restaurant was fantastic but a bit pricey. Washer dryer access was a nice plus, as was our own private shaded patio. They do have beach chairs and boogie boards to loan out. If we could do it all again, we’d choose this place.

Aaron and Tricia have been coming to Ogunquit their entire lives. Aaron's Grandparents and parents owned Parsons Post House Inn for 65 years until it was sold in 2010. In 2020 we decided to follow in their foot steps and purchased these properties to host families.
This unique property provides families with the option of staying in an independent cottage or house or rent all 3 for larger family reunions. We outfitted the cottages w/ all of the comforts of home to make your stay w/ us cozy and special.

Your home away from home.You will not want to leave!

We supply all linens for in house use. Please bring your own beach and bath towels. Central A/C and Wifi and we also have beach chairs and a beach cart to walk to the beach. Onsite laundry is also available, w/no upcharge!
