Holly was super nice and so was her local host, Sara. The place is perfect for 3 couples although we only had two. Small grocery store just a mile or two away and if you want to gamble, the casino is not much further. The views are immaculate and the Saragas seaweed hit the other side of the island, so the beach was clear! We will be back.

Five Stars — A Wonderful Home Base for St. CroixMy wife and I spent a week here and had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house gave us exactly what we wanted—a quiet place to relax, enjoy the pool and beach, and use as a home base while exploring St. Croix.Holly was fantastic from the beginning. Her incredibly thorough welcome packet covered the house, restaurants, shopping, things to do, and the island in general. Sara, our local contact, was equally great—friendly, helpful, and available if we needed anything.The house was extremely well equipped. Pool floats, noodles, beach chairs, snorkel gear and more were provided, and the kitchen had everything we needed, often in duplicate!The house can get very warm during the day, but Holly makes this very clear before arrival, so there were no surprises. Depending on the wind, the ocean breeze could also move beautifully through the house and make it very comfortable.Some of our favorite memories happened right at the house—mornings overlooking the ocean, drinks in the pool, time on the beach, and an amazing private-chef dinner on the balcony.We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Holly and Sara, for helping make our week on St. Croix so memorable!

The house is absolutely perfect for our party of five! The pool ,veranda overhang and beach meet our every need for relaxing in any weather condition: the weather is perfect! We love Holly’s Folly

Great Spot with amazing views and beach

We loved our stay here and would go back again. The house had everything we needed and more. We loved the pool and beach.

Welcoming, quiet, beautiful view, comfortable

There were six adults staying for one week, the accommodations were fantastic. We loved the end of the island, quiet and relaxing :)

Perfect stay in St. Croix

Fantastic house to use as a base to explore St. Croix. Very good restaurants close by and the property manager Sara was great to give suggestions for everything we wants to see and experience. We would definitely stay here again when returning to St. Croix.

Nice Caribbean Getaway!

This house had everything we needed--my husband and I both mentioned that it was one of the best-stocked properties we've rented, and it has both a small beach and a pool. The host was really easy to communicate with and so helpful--she is a great ambassador for St. Croix and had lots of local recommendations and tips. I would definitely stay here again!

We are so delighted that you found Holly's wonderful and enjoyed your time with us and in St. Croix! We would be honored to host you all again, any time, just let us know! Thank you for mentioning the beach because a lot of prospective guests ask to be sure it really is part of the property and not a distance away. Because all the beaches in St. Croix are public (you just have to be able to get to them!), while the beach property with Holly's is about 100' long, it's part of the whole beach that goes around Teague Bay, and all our guests have access to all that beach as well. If you want to go around the rock jetty that's at the left end of our beach, believe it or not, you can walk along the beach and in the shallow water to get to Duggin's Restaurant! It's a nice walk with water shoes!! Thank you for being such excellent guests :)

Home away from home

Second time we have stayed here and just as wonderful as the first. So well stocked, so comfortable and roomy, such incredible views. Perfect location near good restaurants. Got to see the moon rise at Udall Point.

Awesome place!

Everything was perfect! The view was amazing. There was PLENTY of items for use during our stay, there was even left over food and beverages from the previous guests. It never got too hot inside even without a/c. We’ll definitely go back!

Holly was very responsive, along with her sidekick, Sara. They took great care of us. Loved having beach access where we snorkeled right out the back yard, seeing sea turtles, star fish, stingrays, and found lots of cool sea shells. We also enjoyed the privacy of the east end of the island.

Winter Vacation

Wonderful property, well maintained. Pool area and beach area very entertaining for the 7 year old with us. Nice yard for adventuring and neighborhood was great for evening strolls. Do not miss Sunday Brunch at Ziggys!

Thank you for staying with us and we're really happy that the pool area and beach were very entertaining for the 7 year old with you! I'm guessing you saw lots of hummingbirds of various sizes and colors, maybe some iguanas stopping by to see what was going on, sea turtles in the Caribbean, maybe conch and sea stars? We're so happy you all were happy! And you're right, Ziggy's, just down the road, has a great Sunday brunch! Wishing you all an easy rest-of-winter and hope you'll come back to St. Croix soon :)

Amazing stay

Everything from the trip planning with the owner to arriving at the house was by far the best experience I have had using VRBO. The house plus consistent kindness and responsiveness of the owner pushed the property over the top for my entire family. As long as we are renting on the island we will only come back here.

Awww, I'm so happy to hear that! I know it's hard to choose a place to stay over the internet and we're really glad it was what you wanted! Now that you know the island a little bit, maybe you'd come back to St Croix? Isn't it funny how you know St. Croix's only 28 miles long but the island has so many different areas to see and explore that it doesn't seem small? And yet, being secluded only means you're about a mile from the nearest restaurants, not that you're isolated! Wonderful East End Gem

Absolutely loved Holly's Beach Folly in St. Croix. Pictures really don't do it justice. Everything about the villa on the east end was perfect for our family and a winter get-away.

Great Family Vacation

This was a wonderful vacation for the family. The house is beautiful and a wonderful location. Pictures and description were spot on, and even more wonderful of course when you were there. Communication was great and they went above and beyond so we could enjoy our stay. We had such a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay very much. I highly recommend, thank you Holly!

Marvelously Relaxing

Beautiful house, with lots of space for three couples to hang out, relax, rejuvenate, and have a fabulous time. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well outfitted. Sara was a great communicator and gave us great directions to the house and where to stop to stock up on food and drinks. The STX Yacht Club was marvelous and the food at Duggan’s was one of the best meals we ever had.

Vacation

Beautiful house, easy access to beach, ocean does have sea grass that you need to go through. We saw turtles near the beach every day. Peaceful to sit and read a book by. Pool was well maintained and the iguanas like to sit in the trees near the pool. Property manager is excellent.

We are so delighted that you had a super vacation and thank you for being such great guests! There is some turtle grass to walk through going into to some of the deeper parts of the Caribbean Sea, but it's the habitat for the local fish and it won't hurt you. We wear water shoes sometimes but usually have fins on for snorkeling so don't even notice it :) I'm really happy that you stayed with us and we'd be so happy to welcome you to Holly's again, anytime. Super Comfy Stay!

The space was very accommodating for 5 of us total. We really enjoyed the pool, private beach, and quiet location. The kitchen was perfect to prepare meals. We felt close to restaurants and anything we needed. It was a pleasure staying here and would do so again. :)

It's really easy to do off the beach and we've found it's easy to see sea stars, conch, sometimes lobsters, and usually sea turtles? Simply FANTASTIC home & property!

Holly's Beach Folly has everything you could need for your vacation stay on St. Croix- furnishings and amenities are simply wonderful! You couldn't ask for a better view, pool area or private beach out of a vacation home! Family of four (two teenagers), all of us felt like we were in our own home for the week- hated to leave this bit of paradise!

Girls Trip Dream!

Hollys Folly was PERFECT for our girls trip! It hd everything we needed and the place had everything we needed. Or hosts were most accommodating and extremely responsive throughout our entire trip! I 100% recommend staying here if you are looking for a true St. Croix "non-resort" experience!
