Hello Jeff - This is Tracy with village properties. I received your review and wanted to personally reach out to you. Thank you so much for your feedback, we take these reviews very seriously. We are very sorry for the issues that occurred during your visit. We reached out to housekeeping about the cleaning issues and we will let the owner know about your concerns about too much furniture in the house and it needs updating. Concerning SHARC, they are not part of Village Properties, and we have no control over the days that they are open or the capacity that is allowed in the facility at one time. They have been experiencing the same issues that all central Oregon is having with a staffing shortage. As they were dealing with that, they had an employee that tested positive for COVID and had to close the facility completely for a two-week period. I know that this doesn’t help with the frustration that you experienced. I just wanted to let you know that everyone in Sunriver that had passes in their house have experienced the same. Their hours and rules have been changing very rapidly and we have been trying to inform our renters to go to their website for current details.
