Our beautiful home is very near Fort Rock Park and a quick bike ride to the fabulous SHARC (Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic and Recreation Center) and the Village. We are minutes from the north grocery store and church located on Cottonwood. This home is perfect for family vacations/reunions and multi-family gatherings. Great year-round and with the SHARC just down the road, you can't beat Sunriver as your first choice destination resort!!

The house is mainly a single story home, with only the master suite on the upper level. For groups who do not like a lot of stairs, this is a nice alternative to multi-level properties. (Note: we do not have a/c).

All beds are in FIVE SEPARATE BEDROOMS -- NOT in living areas. There are two king-size beds and one queen-size bed, and there are two additional bedrooms each with a multi-sleeper bunk (twin on top, double on bottom, and twin trundle). Our bedrooms are set up best to accommodate 3 couples, with young children in the bunk rooms ā€” 14 maximum. We can comfortably accommodate all-adult groups of 12 maximum.

There are 2 full bathrooms on the main floor. Our garage is furnished with a heater and comfortable sofas and chairs so visitors can enjoy the pool table and foosball table even in winter. There is a sofa/futon and extra refrigerator in the garage as well.

We provide 10 passes for UNLIMITED USE OF THE SHARC -- Sunriver's premier aquatic center which includes outdoor pools, a 'lazy river' current pool, fabulous twisty slides, fountains, kiddie pool, a large indoor pool, men's and women's locker rooms, outdoor jacuzzi, dining area, and lots of room on the grass to grab a lounger/chair and shade umbrella. Passes are also good for reserving tennis and pickleball courts and using the boat launch and shuttle service on the river. A GREAT SAVINGS for our guests!!!

Great place to stay in Sunriver

My family had a great time in this large home with 5 bedrooms located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Location is within walking distance to Fort Rock Park and we liked that it was away from the busyness of the village and SHARC. Extremely quiet sitting on the back deck in the evenings!

We were hoping to see some coffee and spices in the kitchen. Otherwise, everything we needed was there. Really enjoyed the SHARC passes. The young folks went to waterpark while we played pickleball. Rafting trip was fun!

Great Sunriver home

We enjoyed our stay at Tan Oak 32. Great location, great floor plan. Kitchen has a lot of prep space, and plenty of cookware and dishes. Extra refrigerator in the garage was super helpful. Loved watching the deer. The pool table was fun too.

We had a wonderful last minute stay at this home. It worked great for our three families with kids sharing bunkrooms. Having a garage with pool table and hang put space was perfect to let us spread out. Thereā€™s multiple outdoor tables to enjoy the deck and deer watching and a nice big inside table for meals and board games. Kitchen was well equipped but keep in mind youā€™ll need plastic wrap, foil, etc to save leftovers. Plenty of pantry space for your food and two refrigerators. The cool evenings and provided fans made not having A/C doable on a weekend with highs in the upper 70s.

Our rental was super clean and perfect for our family. The boys enjoyed the pool and foosball tables. The outdoor seating and grill worked perfectly. I highly recommend this place if you want a central location with access to all Sun River has to offerā€” we will be back

Worked great for us!

A short stay at this home to celebrate Christmas. The size was just right for our family. We enjoyed activities set out in the garage. The kitchen was well stocked with eating utensils, bowls, dishes, glasses and cooking utensils. We had good communication about our upcoming stay. The home was clean warm and dry:)

Fabulous for Families

We had a great time staying in this lovely home. The 5 bedrooms made it ideal for our 3 family vacation. The accommodations were wonderful, master suite was amazing, great kitchen, outdoor grill and the deck furniture was ample for dinners outside. We liked the location and enjoyed walks each evening. This is a beautiful part of Sunriver. We already want to go back!

Family meet-up

Great house for grandparents, adult kids and grandkids to meet-up. The main floor was spacious and there were enough beds for everyone to be comfortable. The hot tub and deck were a big hit.

The couches in the living room are constantly shedding feathers everywhere, really needs replacing. Only one towel per person, no extras. Dryer took 3 hours to dry one load of towels. Kitchen well stocked with dishes but only salt and pepper in pantry. Everything else was good.

Great house for large family

We liked being in a cul de sac close to Rock Park. The property had plenty of parking for our three families and the garage was a great play space for the grandkids. The house had a nice layout mostly on ground floor. Very well equipped with kitchen with plenty of dishes, utensils, etc.

Fun family time

We had a pretty good stay at this property. Plenty of room for the 9of is. A few of the bikes were not in working order and the stove only had 3burners working but all in all the stay was delightful

Wonderful family home

We had a great time staying in this home with our grown children and grandchildren. The kids loved the bunk rooms and great staircase that led to a huge master suite. The house is very open and was great for gathering for meals and games. Perfect for families with kids!! This home had everything that we needed. We would rent again.

Sunriver Fun

This property has lots of space for everyone, and our teenagers really enjoyed the garage. The kitchen has many utensils and pans for cooking and Sharc passes for all. Being close to Fort Rock Park was another bonus for our group!

My three siblings and I have owned our beautiful Sunriver home since the death of our mom in early 2008. Our family has been coming to Sunriver for many years, and she felt it was the perfect place for us to continue to gather as a family and enjoy each other and the beauty of Central Oregon. We have loved our time here and we love sharing this gift with our guests.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

Our home is large enough to accomodate our growing family and we love that most of the home is on one floor (something our mom insisted upon -- she did not want a lot of stairs). We generally access our home from the Cottonwood exit, and we like coming in that 'back door.' We love our proximity to Fort Rock Park (we are big tennis players), the Village, golf courses (we golf, too), the SHARC, north market, the church and bike path. We have open space behind our home where we can watch the deer and squirrels wander about. While there is always plenty to do inside Sunriver, we have enjoyed outings/hikes to Lava Lands, the lava tube, High Desert Museum, beautiful Bend and all it has to offer, Paulina Peak...and did you know Oregon's most incredible attraction, Crater Lake, is only an hour and a half away?! We just cannot say enough about our place. We absolutely love it!!
