Retreat to the master bedroom featuring a king-size bed, a 39-inch Smart TV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and a picturesque ocean view.
The guestroom offers two twin-sized beds and two closets.
For additional guests, the sofa in the living room transforms into a queen bed, accommodating everyone comfortably.

Great location

This was our 6th trip to the area and we really liked the Arcadian. The beach was not crowded, property was very clean, felt safe and quiet.

Perfect Location

Had a wonderful stay at your condo. Perfect size condo, all systems working, felt very safe there, clean pool, friendly staff, and perfect weather. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful vacation. The kids loved the pool. It was a quick walk to the beach and the property was well taken care of. We will definitely be back!

Peaceful Vacation

The condo was beautiful and view was spectacular. The beds were very comfortable. Very peaceful and safe neighborhood. My family and I enjoyed the condo. The only suggestion I would make it maybe a Keurig and some non stick skillets:) Definitely want to stay here again!!

Wonderful and relaxing weekend

Love, love, love, this property! When we checked in the property was clean, the linens were already set up for us, as well as toiletries were in the bathrooms. Definitely special touches that you will not find at most rentals.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Your website is wonderful. Easy to use svd very detailed. We called in and got a 10% discount for repeat customer. Reserving the room wad very smooth. We arrived a little early and were told we would be texted once the room was ready. So we went shopping and grabbed an early dinner. When we returned our room was ready. Room was very clean, it smelled good, and the beds were very comfortable. It’s on the third floor so it’s high enough to have a nice view but low enough for quick access to the ground floor. The two ladies we spoke to in the office were very friendly, informative, and helpful. It was everything we could’ve asked for. Thank you for helping make our week very memorable.

The unit hot water had a rotten egg smell I ran all hot water faucets till it ran cold after that the smell was gone Water heater needs anode rod replaced and if unit is not used for months heater should be flushed to avoid smell by the way I am a NYC Plumber , thanks

We stayed there a few times pre-pandemic before that was necessary, but now it's a requirement.

Mike and Shelly maintenance staff keep lobby, grounds and pool clean and inviting. Thank you to the owners of 3B for being so accommodating. Hope to return in 2022. There is no other unit I would want to rent but 3B at Arcadian 1. Thank you!!

Beautiful furnishings, colorful and tasteful wall hangings. Master bedroom had plenty of drawers and closet space. We always love the view of the beach, so the porch comfortable furniture was a plus.
