This newly built, stunning private home is located on North Main Street, just across the street from the gondola. This location cannot be beat! Everything is in walking distance, including the ski resort, Main Street shops, dining, bars, and cafes. This three-bedroom home suitably fits 8 guests, and everyone will have access to an amazing Breckenridge vacation.


The front door and one-car garage are located on the main/middle level. The main level has the gorgeous master bedroom, with a walk-in closet, private bathroom, and TV. The master bathroom has a beautiful, stone shower and a double vanity. Upstairs, the guests will have plenty of space to enjoy the open living room area, granite kitchen, and dining room area. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, new appliances, and a bar for extra seating. The dining room area has a dining table big enough for the entire party and the living room area has a sofa sleeper, TV, and cozy fireplace. The upstairs level has its own bathroom. Downstairs, the home has a full couch, an electric fireplace and TV. Also, the downstairs area has two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and a shared bathroom. The shared bathroom has a bath tub, shower, and vanity.


This home has a local check in and check out service at Wood Winds Lodging in town. This provides the guests with a concierge front desk, local assistance, and 24-hour on call service.

Great location in downtown Breck

Clean, well maintained house in downtown Breckenridge close to restaurants and the gondola. A bit small for 9 people, but the unit is well laid out which made it workable.

Great location in Breck any time of year!

We LOVED being in town and within walking distance to literally anything! The house was right off Main Street close to all the shops and restaurants. We were there in late October, and the leaves were still pretty, the weather was perfect and town wasn't too busy. The place was clean and comfortable and management was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again when we go back to Breck!

Great house with awesome location. Enjoyed being right off Main Street. Restaurants and shopping right outside our front door. Home was clean and spacious for the 4 of us. Management company took care of any issues as soon as we called.

The place was great and in a great location. Easy to access the gondola in town with 6 small kids under 8yrs of age. Only issue we had was the washing machine didnā€™t work.

Excellent property in a great location.

Great house in a great location very close to everything around Main street. We could walk to the gondola with our ski gear and get up to peak eight. Very convenient and cozy. The only issue I have was walking the stairs because I wasn't used to the altitude, but that's nothing to do with the house and more to do with me being out of shape. Will definitely rent again, super convenient.

Beautiful house close to Main St. in Breckenridge

Great house to stay at for our golf trip in Summit County. Updated kitchen was very nice (even though we didn't use it much). There were a few bugs we found in the lower-level tub drain (crawled out when we turned the water on). Maybe would have caused more of a problem for other guests, but we got rid of them no problem. Otherwise, it was perfect for what we were looking for -- especially the proximity to Main St and all the restaurants/bars.

Top Location in Breckenridge

The property is just off of Main Street, close to shops, to the gondola, and to the grocery store. It is also convenient (about 1/2 mile) to the terrific city rec center. The house is new, with a great layout for a family, with a comfortable living room with Cathedral ceilings, half bath, and well-equipped kitchen on the top floor, master bedroom and bath on the ground floor (with garage), and two bedrooms with Jack and Jill bath, second living room, and washer/dryer in the basement. The front patio is small but has a gas barbecue. There is room to park two vehicles, one in the rather small garage and one in the driveway. The management company was very responsive to our needs, and we had a wonderful stay.

Great convenient location on Main st Brackenridge makes for.easy access to restaurants and shopping especially with small kids along for trip. Parking off street is easy. House is updated nicely although maybe showing a little wear and tear. Overall very clean but kitchen table was not wiped down. Nothing significant just noticable. Property management was very good on communication and access. We did lose a key due to poor wire ring. Definitely will consider staying here again.

Very clean house

We stayed in this house over a long weekend in the fall- 3 night stay. We have been to Breckenridge many times, but have never stayed right in the heart of town on Main St. The location provided great access to the shops and restaurants on Main St, and we did not have to hassle with parking like the other visitors did as we just walked out the front door of our house and we were right there. Just a couple of trouble spots. Noise. Not a big deal really, but definitely comes with a location like this. Just foot traffic and car doors of people coming and going at night. Usually ended at a fairly reasonable hour. And again, not really that surprising given the location in the heart of town. And then the other minor thing was that I never could get the washing machine to end a cycle once it got to the spin cycle- but maybe that was just user error. Otherwise, this place was very clean, and would have been wonderful for a longer stay if only we had more time.

Perfect location and size for our family of five

This house is technically on Main Street, but separated from Main by a couple of buildings, so itā€™s very quiet yet so convenient to all the shopping and dining spots, and the gondola if we were here during ski season. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The only downside was the sofa bed in the lower, basement level where one of our three kids slept was in bad shape and very uncomfortable. We pointed this out to the management co, and they were very responsive. We didnā€™t ask them to fix it while we there, as we made alternate sleeping arrangements, but hopefully it will be fixed for the next renters.
