The perfect family vacation awaits. Our new construction features an open floor plan with custom finishings throughout our home. Outdoor patio with seating for 6 features propane grill with outdoor shower for easy entertaining. A welcoming oversized island with bar seating and extra large dining room table offers plenty of seating for your family and friends. The living room features a gas ship lap fireplace with queen sized pull out couch. The first floor bathroom has river rock stand shower and stack washer dryer combo. Enjoy your morning coffee, a good book, or night cap in the Adirondack chairs on the deck. Leading to the second floor use the custom ship lap built-in to hang your coat or kick off your shoes. On the second floor the master suite has king bed and twin with its own full bathroom. Another bedroom offers queen bed with twin bunk beds and trundle. The third bedroom has a queen bed. There is another full bathroom upstairs with custom cabinetry and port hole mirror.

An immaculate new home with a perfect location

We loved our stay and were impressed with all aspects of the house- the cleanliness, how well stocked it was, the attention to the decor, the quality of appliances, and amenities like beach chairs and towels to ease our stay. The location is perfect - equidistant to downtown Edgartown and South Beach. We were able to bike to both, as well as Jaws bridge and Oak Bluffs easily. It’s a wonderful rental and we look forward to returning.

Amazing Family Getaway!

Our first time on Martha's Vineyard, and this couldn't have been a more perfect place to stay! Close to Edgartown and Pohogonot (near South beaches) where we enjoyed a breathtaking Wedding celebration! This home is beautiful and well equipped (plenty of bathrooms and showers, making it easy for the 6 of us to get ready for all of our Wedding festivities) We grilled out one night and enjoyed a relaxing fire circling around the fire pit. Also loved the side porch area with comfy chairs for a private chat over a glass of wine. Had fun with the family games as well as Beach chairs, Beach towels, coolers, etc which were provided too! Great communication with the owner. In fact, unfortunately I left my jewelry case there and it was retrieved immediately and shipped out to me. Truly had an amazing time and would highly recommend staying here!! :)

Great property, great location

Fantastic property in a great location in Katama. The house is on the bike path, close to beach and town. We had a very enjoyable 2 week stay.

Perfect HQ for a week on the Vineyard

A lovely home in a stellar location halfway between South Beach and Edgartown, this house was just perfect for our week. There were four of us (well, three for five of the nights), and we couldn't have been more comfortable. Appreciated the updated kitchen and bathrooms, the overall cleanliness, and of course the big comfy couch. Hope we get to stay again!

Charming, clean, comfortable home, perfect location

This is our second year renting this home for two weeks, and we think it’s the perfect vacation house. It’s close to town and the beach, so it’s ideal for families with teens who want to be independent. The house is sparkling clean with all the conveniences you’d need for a beach vacation. The owners are welcoming and helpful, without being intrusive. We’re looking forward to our next stay.

Fabulous stay!

Perfect stay in Katama! The house was clean, fantastic location, and had everything we needed for our stay. Our family loved being right on the bike path and took advantage of biking to the Katama General Store and South Beach. We were a short drive to downtown Edgartown and State Beach. The house itself is lovely, as were the owners.

My family enjoyed a spectacular week in Katama. The house was fantastic!!! It was meticulous and extremely comfortable. Both the patio and side deck provided us with terrific outdoor dining and the table inside allowed our whole clan to gather for a home cooked meal. It is close to town and the beach. The beds were very comfortable as well! We are counting the days until next year!!! Thanks.

Perfect combination of house and location

We stayed in this home the week of July 4th with 6 of us- 3 adults and 3 kids. The home is just as pictured - updated and guest ready. It had all of the basics for the beach - towels and great beach chairs and a beach umbrella. We grilled/cooked a few nights and the kitchen was well appointed for this. The home itself is great, but perhaps the best thing about it is the location - it's equidistant from the the town and south beach. Easily bikable to both. We couldn't have asked for a better location from this standpoint.

Great location and awesome house

My family and I had a great vacation. The house was in a prefect location from the beach and downtown. Its fully stocked with everything you need and its very new and clean. I would highly recommend this home.

Awesome Vacation

We loved the house and the location. The house was recently built and renovated to service families and small groups. It was very clean, feels bigger and had everything we needed to make for great family memories. Close to town and the beach, just off the main road so the teenage kids could have some independence and we could have some time off. Amanda was a great host and we had a lot of fun. Would stay here again.

Beautiful new home in great location!

We had a wonderful family vacation in this brand new beautifully decorated beach-themed home with 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, outdoor shower, and fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances.There were new beach chairs and beach umbrella for our use. Location was right off bike path close to beach making it very easy to get around. This rental had everything we needed for a wonderful time!
