Tastefully decorated with beach décor, very clean and comfortable! Well stocked kitchen.

The ultimate relaxing vacation awaits in our 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath ocean view condo. Wake up to the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore, and step onto your private balcony to take in breathtaking ocean views.

Sanderlings restaurant is located on the property, serves up delicious coastal cuisine to satisfy your taste buds. Explore the charming Seascape Village just across the street, where a variety of restaurants await.

Perfect for families and couples alike, your coastal escape awaits!

Features:
1 King bed in Master bedroom with Apple TV
1 Queen bed in guest bedroom with Apple TV
1 Queen pull out (couch) in living room with Apple TV

All basic amenities provided including: shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath linens, bed linens, hairdryers, pots & pans, tableware, utensils, serving ware, coffee machine, BBQ, pool towels located at pool. The condo is well stocked, if you are looking for something specific feel free to ask!

Things to note/FAQs:
-Fireplace is currently non operational and ornamental only

-This condo is privately owned; It includes use of pool & spa, however use of other resort amenities (concierge services, front desk services, towel service, access to the shuttle, golf carts, fitness facility, bonfires and bike rentals) does not come with your rental.

-Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz county, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.
No Pets allowed
6 guests maximum

Front door code is changed each reservation and is provided to guests.

A rental agreement will be sent to you upon booking to be signed prior to the start of the reservation.

Check in is 5pm
Check out is 10am

We are happy to honor early check in/ late check out accommodations as long as we do not have back to back turnovers. Please check with us the day before your trip!

Upon check out please:
1) Remove all garbage
2) Start dishwasher
3) Leave sheets in the hall near the washer
4) Lock both sliding glass doors
5) Please turn the heat off

Sweet place for our short stay on the ocean.

Fabio was quick with replies and helpful. The place was clean and pretty well stocked. Being so close to the pool and hot tub was great for my kids. Short walk and about 50 steps to the huge expansive beach. The price was fair. Grocery shopping at the Safeway was easy, well stocked and not too expensive. Thanks Fabio!

Perfect beach get away

Great everything about this condo! Clean, well appointed, and a fabulous location. Ocean view and breeze, while over looking the pool. It would be perfect for families with kids, they would love the ease and proximity to beach, pool, shopping and dining. We especially appreciated the quick response from the owner, Kristina. She clearly understands the needs of her guests. Thanks for making the graduation of our son from UCSC so enjoyable!

A Great Escape!

Kristina's property is beautiful, with a gorgeous view of the water! It was conveniently located near a pool, jacuzzi, and shopping within walking distance. The inviting, sandy beach was also a short walk away, right behind the resort. The restaurant at the resort has great food! Everything was super clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. There is plenty of room to stretch out, talk, nap, stare at the water on the patio and upstairs balcony, cook a meal and escape from the daily grind of life. There is a large TV with streaming services in the living room, plus a TV in each bedroom. The in-unit washer/dryer was also a nice touch! Kristina was also very responsive to questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Not bad

Spacious & nicely located - beach & shops nearby. The unit is tired and really in need of an update which makes it feel like it’s not great value. Can also hear everything from the pool outside and from the neighbors upstairs. Check in process desperately needs to be improved with some description on how to find the unit. Appreciated the owner allowing early check in. Kitchen nicely labelled.

Great Time (avoid last week in July)

Great stay. Be aware when booking. I guess a yearly trip of a bunch (like hundreds) of families from private prep schools come down during the last week in July. High school prep kids being dropped off by their parents at 10:30 at night to have bonfires down by the beach (left garbage on the beach) only to be broken up by the cops at 12:00. Some properties were damaged and items stolen off porches. Other then the bratty sober prep kids (rather deal with drunk kids, then prep kids who think their crap don't stink), stay was great, we'll just go the week before or after the last week in July.

The owners are accommodating but principally absent, and the cleaners are careless.The shade in the living room is missing and afternoon sun pours in making it hard to watch TV. No washcloths, and mold in showers and a few hairs is substandard. Furniture is tired. Pots scattered in shelves. It would not take much to straighten this all out, and I think the owners, who are quite nice, need to pay attention to their unit, put some money in it, and get new cleaning staff if possible.

Thank you for expressing your concerns. This is the first time we have received this kind of feedback and we take it seriously. We have discussed with our cleaners/maintenance staff and have addressed your concerns post stay in addition to during your stay. As you should recall, we offered and set up for maintenance to come as soon as you alerted us to the issue during your stay. You did not think having someone fix the issue during your stay was needed. In addition, we felt we had been extremely accommodating when you requested to cancel your stay in August on short notice which was not within cancellation policy. We refunded the full amount of money at that time as a courtesy to you.

Absolutely wonderful!

We stayed here Feb 22-25, 2022, and was absolutely perfect. We cooked most days and found the kitchen fully stocked with everything. The beds were comfortable, linens clean, and there were plenty of towels. The view was stunning! The owners were very responsive and offered up suggestions on things to do, which we did. Bonus, there was a tesla charger in the parking garage! We will definitely stay here again.

Nice location

Great place to stay. A little pricey, but loved having the ocean view and the pool right there. Would have been nice to use the fireplace, but looks like it for some reason, it is not available for use. We had the same issue with the other Seascape places we stayed at.

Our stay was nice. The property and the location were great to meet family who live up North. We had a few issues with screen doors, tv's we couldn't figure out, super flat pillows, and the pull out couch is not comfy, but over all the condo was very clean and the owner was very nice and responsive.

Nice relaxing stay

Property was clean, comfortable and as shown in pictures. Neighborhood was good and peaceful. Lot of parking space. Kristina was very responsive, but everything was in order, so I hardly had to ask any questions.

Great place, tho townhouse complex was busy

Great place. Kristina was a great host. Kitchen cupboards nicely labeled. Nice path to the beach. However, I have to mention the fact that the townhouse complex was busy with a lot of people around. Not Kristina's fault but simply the nature of the place.

Relaxing family time!

Clean, cozy property with a view of the ocean. The condo is updated, the kitchen well stocked and everything labeled. Property is in close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and kid's park. Our 3 year old enjoyed staying at the condo and going to the beach every day.

Cute place and great location!

The condo is in a great community with a view of the ocean. You can hear the ocean waves in the Master Bedroom. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and fully stocked. The owner even has everything labeled. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

There is nothing better than driving a short distance to the beach after a long week of work and listening to the waves. When visiting Seascape we are typically found on the beach, surfing, or finding new treasures in Santa Cruz. Guests really love Seascape because there is no need to leave the resort-- restaurants, pool/spa and beach are all within steps of the condo.
