What a wonderful property! River access and the private dock/beach made this such a fabulous vacation with my family. The house is immaculate and we couldn't have asked for more.

Peaceful Stay

We came out to play on the Seadoos on the river and relax away from LA. It was perfect. The house was very nice. Very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back again.

July 4th weekend

We had a great time. Lots of utensils in kitchen and dock beach area was nice. Close to store. Every thing was clean. I would stay again.

Great house for boaters

House was clean, check in was quick, bedrooms are spacious and the view is unbeatable. Great private beach and easy access to ramp (5 minutes drive). We were 2 families with kids and we all had fun. There is BBQ and seating area on the upper patio and lounging chairs on the bottom patio which made it very convenient. Denise was awesome and we will definitely come back in the near future.

PERFECT LOCATION & GORGEOUS PROPERTY

We couldn't ask for more, it was everything we could hope for and more! Perfect location peaceful and calm, but still just a short distance from casinos when you want to enjoy the fast life. Denise. was a super host there was no delay in any communication. We will be back soon! My family member who joined us also looking into renting very soon with his adult kids, and tween grandkids. Perfect for all ages

Best getaway on the river!

This is our 4th time staying at this house and as always did not disappoint. The house is well equipped with towels, bedding and cleaning supplies. The house has a fantastic back deck as well as a well taken care of dock. It was easily able to hold our 3 ski’s. Highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to stay on the river with near by launch ramp, in a no wake zone making it very safe for children.

Great House

Thanks for letting us stay at your home. It worked well for our group to have a weekend on the lake. One suggestion would be to update the dishwasher, as we ended up having to hand wash our dishes since after running the dishwasher our dishes were still dirty. Otherwise the house was great and we enjoyed having a large common space to enjoy and play games after a long day on the lake. Thank you!!

Perfect Bullhead City Riverfront Home!

Our family was looking for a new water adventure and not knowing anything about Bullhead City we did a lot of research. We found the perfect home and river location. The outdoors had several gathering places and the upstairs patio was just the right spot for morning coffee watching the sun dancing over the water and the tide rising. And in the evenings a glass of wine watching the beautiful sunsets. The dock and "cove" area around the dock were a plus where we could enjoy cooling off without leaving "home". The home itself was just the right size for the family with a great "we can all work" in the kitchen space and dining (though even as hot as it was we had most of our meals outside on the patios, it was just too pretty to eat indoors) and living area for eating, watching TV and playing games. The bedrooms worked well for all and the laundry room - supplied with all the extras when you are staying on the river. The hosts were so easy to work with and communication was great! Easy check-in and out! The family said the best home, location yet and already asking about our next visit!

GOOD

Our stay was very nice the house is a little out dated but very nice. When staying on vacation and cooking a lot just wish there were more things like foil, wrap or zip lock bags or told to bring our own we had none of this and had to do a store run. The only really bad thing was when we go there the trash cans were full and we had nowhere to put our trash, need more trash cans. This house is for family and family makes trash. I think the owners are very nervous about renting out their place that towards the end I was ready to say never mind as I felt like I was doing something wrong or a criminal but then would have lost our money. I in some ways can understand. while we were there they didn't bother us and did respond when I did need them. I want to say thank you to them because we did get to use their wonderful river home and it was lots of fun.

Not maintained

This house was in a bad area and not well maintained. The front door was covered by an over grown bush. We entered the home and the temperature was 92! You would think the temperature would be comfortable since they know we are arriving and it's 110 outside. After 4 hours the temp only dropped 3 degrees. I contacted the owner and let her know the AC needs to be looked at.. She stated.."No one is going to come out tonight no matter what so either way we will have to wait til tomorrow. I really think it will be a different story in the morning. Let me know if it isn’t.". At 11 pm and 81 degrees...I finally called VRBO. The were able to re-locate us!!

Bullhead on the River

We really enjoyed our stay in Bullhead City for the month of February 2023. The house was very nice. The garage was unavailable for our use but there was plenty of room to park in the driveway. The view from the back patio of the Colorado River was great. There are houses very close on either side, but we were never bothered. All the appliances worked well. There was a good-sized smart TV in the living area. Cable was available but we also brought our own firestick to access our online subscriptions. This was a working vacation for my husband. The internet was okay and adequate for our use with access issues occasionally. The master is on the second level at the back of the house overlooking the river. The king bed is comfortable but quite high. I had to use the step stool to get into the bed. There is a large master bath attached to the bedroom with a small walk-in shower. The closet is accessed through the bathroom. There are two other bedrooms on the second level. The second level bathroom is in the hallway by the bedrooms. The washer and dryer were in a separate laundry room off the garage on the main level. The main level also has a bedroom and bathroom. The owner’s communication was prompt and complete. We would rent this property again if we return to Bullhead City.

Awesome home right on the river!

Great home on river with it's own little beach and dock. Close to launch ramp. Large rooms, well stocked kitchen, a covered balcony and beach level covered patio for having fun!

Owners very easy to work with, great river access, keeping in mind the daily water level fluctuations. Early mornings you can find otter tracks in the sand by the dock before the river covered them

Location and space

The property is a great location on the river/water. The home has plenty of space. Denise is extremely easy to work/talk to which made check-in and the stay so much better. Awesome home, fantastic location and nice people, doesn't get much better than that.

Perfect place for groups of adults or families with kids

The property was amazing. It was exactly what we wanted and more. The restaurants they suggested were fantastic. They were also extremely helpful in watching the water levels on the river. It made for a challenging weekend due to that but it would have been worse if not for the information they gave us. Denise and Craig were fantastic when we asked last minute to extend our stay for another day. Would definityly stay there again.

Great family getaway!

The beach was so awesome, my family really enjoyed it. Where the beach sits on the river bend, allowed my 7 year old to enjoy the water as well as my teens. We loved our stay and will be back again soon
