Large Studio,Cottage, built in the 30’s, Historic Belmont Heights. The Cottage is close to all freeways,shopping,restaurants . Movie Theaters ,3,Blocks from beaches, 7 min from Queen Mary, Pike and Downtown Long Beach, 15 min Huntington Beach ,25 minutes from Disneyland ,California Adventure, Knotts Berry farm, and Soak City.

Bungalow is very charming, clean, Murphy bed is brand new, full size, very comfortable, brand new air conditioner, along with a sleeper sofa, plus new appliances, coffee maker, microwave, toaster,all cooking necessities ,bbq outside table and chair, coin ,laundry on site,
TV -wi-fi, cable movie channels. Great neighborhood, residential, parking isn't a problem.
pet friendly, dog beach is waking distance,

Relaxing, spacious and spotless - everything a get away property should be!

This property is in a fantastic location as everything you could want to do in the Long Beach area is 15 minutes or less. The property is very quaint and located in a safe neighborhood with nearby street parking. My adult daughter and I enjoyed the beach decor which was complimented by lots of natural light, a ceiling fan, air conditioner and the most comfortable bed you can imagine. The online photos didn't clearly show an extra space which provides hanging room for clothes, and an extra mirror when two people need to get ready at the same time. The owner was very accomodating and left a wonderful bottle of wine and cheese and crackers as a welcome gift which we really appreciated since I was celebrating my birthday. This unit is favorably priced and left us with wonderful memories we will cherish for years to come. It seemed a little farther than two blocks from the beach but still within walking distance and definitely a great location. Beach towels provided by the owner which was a bonus along with the delicious coffee and creamer selection. I highly recommend this property and this is coming from someone who has an architect and interior designer in the family so we are pretty picky.

Cute place, but it was not easy communicating with the property manager

The place itself was cute, and close to everything. But we had issues communicating with the owner/manager. The laundry facility was locked, and required a key. It took us 4 days to get the key from the owner. We had to do laundry by hand. Considering that we were on a road trip and California was not our first stop, we had a lot of laundry built up. Our messages and phone calls were not replied to in a timely manner. Considering that the purpose of the trip was to visit Disneyland and enjoy holidays, last thing you want to happen is having to do laundry by hand or constantly checking your phone when in Disneyland in hopes that the owner replies. The positives were: we were offered an early check in and late check out. We will not be returning due to difficulties of communicating with the owner.

I came by the apt to introduce myself and welcome you, I gave you. A bottle of champagne 🍾�� and dessert, for New Years, you asked me about the laundryroom key, I told you I would drop off a key as soon as I could but it was New Year’s Eve And my maintenance man would be back on the 2nd, I had the laundry room unlocked, you said that was fine that you would be busy , I had the key in lock box on the door by 3pm on jan 2,, I sent you text to let you know where I put the key.I responded to all your texts, I let you stay 2 extra nights,you didn’t pay for the last night. I let you check in early and check out late, I felt I responded to all your texts in a timely manner.

The studio was very cute and in a great area. We walked along the beach, had some amazing foods and enjoyed the gifts you left us on our first day! We will definitely come back for a getaway!

Fun, Beachy Vibe and Comfortable

Three of us stayed at this property in August of 2018 and it was perfect for our needs. It has a beach cottage decor and is cozy and roomy all at once! The kitchen had all of the amenities and was easy to work in. It was clean and well appointed and the owner was very accommodating! She even offered us the use of a paddle-board and/or kayak for our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Had no issues finding parking, located near a lot of places including the beach. Everything in the apartment was clean and tidy. The bed is sooooooo comfortable. Which was pro a sly my favorite part!

cozy and close to so many things!

this is such a fun, walkable location and an adorable little beach cottage. The hostess is very accommodating and thoughtful. She left us some "surprises" and it was so nice!!! I would highly recommend staying here and having a coffee at the Library and dinner at Cafe Piccolo around the corner. Also, the beach is SO CLOSE!!! gotta love it!

Very cute and clean. Good neighborhood

Our family had a great time. Lots of shops and dining in easy walking distance. Beach is also a short walk. Would definitely stay again.
