Paradise with a view

Such a perfect spot to relax and listen to the ocean! We had an amazing time and would absolutely love to stay here again! We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone visiting the island.

Great location

We loved the location of this rental. Very central to everything on the island. A little bit off the beaten path which made it feel less crowded. Great views of the ocean. The owner was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location! Beautiful Condo!

Our group of 4 adults really enjoyed the condo! The view was amazing along with the private beach in front. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. I was a little concerned about no a/c but with the breezes and fans this was not an issue! Thanks Ken it was a great 10 days! Kauai is our favorite!

Beutiful Stay A Kaha Lani #214

The condo was great. The property manager was extremely fast at getting back to us and making sure everything was in order. There are plenty of fans to keep you cool. You can open the two sliding doors and enjoy the air and the sound of the ocean. The near by BBQ's are quite useful. The location is perfect for us. It was quiet and not busy like resorts. The beach that you can see from your balcony is great to walk on or sit and lounge. The path by the beach is great for a beautiful stroll. There is not a negative thing I can think of to say about this condo.

Great central loction

The condo is centrally located on island. The condo is located between two state parks. On left side (while looking at ocean), the park has great swimming cove with no waves. Many fish in their…bring food to feed them while smoking. Outside swim area on beach, you have small waves in morning and larger waves in afternoon. It was nice option to just walk outside to beach vs. driving. The property has three gas weber grills. The kids enjoyed more swimming in evening as I grilled dinner. The unit could use some updates, but price is right for location and walk to ocean. Would stay again and hope to do so.

Thanks for the very nice note. We have a full remodel scheduled for April and May this year. New bathrooms, kitchen, flooring and paint throughout.

Love Kauai. Great location and just as advertised

We loved our stay at this condo. The pictures are accurate. Host responded within a few hours. The view from the living room, deck and master bedroom upstairs are amazing. The condo has everything you need (e.g., supplies in kitchen, beach towels, ample parking spots etc). Everything was updated as well and very clean. We walked down to the beach every morning for sunrise. The location is perfect - half way between the north and the south of the island. Its a 5 min drive to Kapaa where you have your kayaking adventures, restaurants, fish market etc. The condo is also very quit and there not very many people at the beach .... as opposed to Poipu. So if you appreciate it being less touristy and less "kids-crazy" then this is a great place to stay. We will return!!!

Loved it!

I was looking for a place that we could meet up with our daughter and two grandsons, 17 and 15. The condo was the perfect place for us. Right from the beginning, the owner Ken communicated with me. Whenever I had a question he responded immediately, almost seconds later. The condo was in a nice area with lots of flowers and plumeria trees. We were only a few steps away from the ocean. From the bed in the master bedroom, we had a view to the ocean. The balcony downstairs had a table and chairs and other outdoor furniture and also a stunning view to the ocean. My younger grandson brought his ukulele along and he loved sitting out there while we warmed up a Costco dinner. The neighbors enjoyed his music. Also the younger grandson and his mother woke up early and loved watching the sunrise. They loved the chickens, the birds and the cats. We went on some stunning hikes around the island, did an inner tube adventure, a 5 hour kayak /hike outing and a boat ride to the fern canyon which was fun and a little Hawaiian entertainment was included. The tour guides on all tours were hilarious. They must have worked as comedians in the past. Well, the rest of the time we drove around enjoying the scenery and the beaches. All of us are sad to leave from here. Before I forget the condos location was perfect. I really hope we get to do this all over again. Mahalo!!!!! Margit

Beautiful, comfortable condo

We enjoyed our stay. Condo is very comfortable with great deck and windows to feel the breeze. Complex is quiet and conveniently located. Large lawn and beach were great!

Great stay, nice place

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and quiet. It is conveniently located to shopping areas and restaurants and a good central location on the island. You can see and hear the ocean and the beach is beautiful.

Superb property

This is a superb property. The hosts were excellent; prompt, responsive and caring. The location superb, with beautiful ocean views, great beach walks and strolls, a one minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to a protected kids friendly swimming hole. The property has everything you need for an excellent visit including beach equipment and boogie boards. I rarely give reviews but this property deserves one.

Highly Recommended

The condo was beautiful, very clean, and accommodated our family of five well. There are plenty of extra towels and wash clothes and even extra beach gear. We had a short stay to say the least because of a hiccup with COVID testing for my children. Ken was especially empathetic and listened to me cry as our trip was being cut short. If I ever visit Hawaii again, I will definitely rent this condo again!

Perfect condo

We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children ages 15 and 12) and it was our first time in Kauai. The place was perfect was perfect for us! We had plenty of space with a superb view of the ocean. The resort is quiet with manicured gardens. The condo had all the appropriate amenities, washer/dryer, as well as beach towels, chairs and umbrella (that was definitely a plus!). The location was also great as we were able to go anywhere on the island from this central area. Instructions for check-in and check-out were very easy. I would definitely recommend this place and may come back ourselves.

Wonderful property on ocean

This condo is right on the ocean and you can hear the waves from the condo.It had everything we needed for cooking, BBQing and to have a pleasant time at the beachwith beach umbrellas, snorkeling equipment, and beach chairs. We enjoyed the wonderful view of the sea from the lanai. The condo was close to stores, beaches and mid-way from both the north and western shores so we were able to travel the whole island in a few days. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Beautiful location

Loved my stay, very beautiful scenery and spacious house. Came with everything, even things that we forgot! (: My only issue was that the house was very dusty so we had to wipe everything down with wipes.

just perfect - great location, great views and Lydgate access

We had an amazing stay - the condo was perfect for our family of 5(3 kids 6-9). The views are great, the sound of the ocean is great, and the roosters are cool. Short walk (along a sidewalk, or walk in the sand next to the ocean) to Lydgate park where there is a huge play structure for kids and a protected lagoon for swimming/snorkeling - so cool! The beds were all comfortable and there was plenty of media to consume if desired (netflix, etc). The location of the condo couldn't have been better - close enough to the airport to be very convenient but not loud, easy drives to both the north and sound side of the island. We did not encounter any traffic problems (but maybe we were just lucky.) Sipping coffee on the back porch watching the waves roll in ... ahhh, my happy place. Thanks for sharing it with us. And for those of you looking - stay here, this is the one! :)

Excellent views

We loved our stay here. Well equipped unit with top quality furnishings and kitchen utensils. Though not really within walking distance to shops, it is a very short drive and also very central to island whether heading North or South. Swimming not recommended on this side of island but were aware before renting so not an issue for us. Whale sitings were a bonus from our lanai and the boogie boards and beach equipment was very appreciated by all. Would rent here again in a heart beat.

Super close to Lydgate park. Super clean, beautiful view. Owner and Management company were really easy to work with. Definitely would stay there again.

Very peaceful place

Amazing host! Ken was on top of everything he gives you such a great customer service and I truly enjoyed our communication. My employees loved his place, they were confortable the condominium has plenty of space and it was clean.
