It is a beautiful light and bright clean air remodeled home in safe private Sugar Mill Country Club golf course gated community.
This newly furnished and remodeled home is a 2 bedroom/1den (den has curtain dividers, no door), 2 bath home. It can house as few as a couple in each room or a small family with up to 6 people. It is only 10 minute drive to intercostal Indian river, 12 minute drive to the beaches (without crazy traffic), 25 minutes to Daytona or about an hour and a 1/2 to Orlando attractions best of all the 95 freeway is not far which gives you easy access to EVERYTHING. It is a BEAUTIFUL home walled with glass doors and windows (with pull down shades for privacy) the windows look out on to the large deck and groomed lush greenery of our beautiful Florida's nature, it also has a huge skylight that lets in a cheerful blue sky. Just feet up the path is a large gated pool for your morning laps or family fun in the sun.
The Tommy Bahama master has two queen/double beds in it like a hotel and an on suite bathroom (easy step in shower), master also has a nice bamboo reading chair and table to cozy up with a book or two or use as a business center.
The fresh blue and white guest room has your choice of 1 king or two twins ( can be arranged as a king for the Cuddlers:-) and finally there is also a nice reading space as well. The guest bath has a standard size bath shower combo for those who like to soak the day away. The lovely light cream and aqua decorated living room/dining room combo is a Great-room designed for
“eye candy” and comfort during the day, but amazingly can also sleep 2 adults at night
(with an double bed flottebo couch and two twin fold out ottomans, and a full length sofa too). In the dining area there is a table that can seat up 4 and a rolling cart that seats two more hungry people breakfast bar style. The kitchen has a den off of it that serves a a 3rd sleeping space of sorts and it sleeps one on the Comfy futon twin and has privacy curtains all around if you choose to be secluded from the rest of the house ( no door, this is a den with lovely white curtain dividers).

There are beautiful trees surrounding the home that can have hammocks attached right off the sturdy wooden deck. It is complete with a full laundry room. The kitchen has all you will need and is stocked with all the right tools for those who love to cook. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and has paved paths galore for walks in nature. Home has keyless Vivint security so you will not have to worry about loosing your keys on the beach. And I provide “borrowing” beach towels and a couple chairs, as well as a beach bag to pack your lunch in. Sand and surf here we come!

Home has great Internet!! The major TV networks come in through the modern antenna at no charge (this is not the same as cable tv and only has about 15 Channels) .
But any steaming is always available through my homes strong Spectrum internet connection using your personal computer to my TV (HDMI cord supplied or using the smart TV).

*Special information: There is parking for two vehicles in the driveway. The garage and owners art studio apt is not part of the rental and are for owners use. Please note even though I live in Utah and am rarely in town, if I am there you may see me out front because L Florida landscape takes a lot of tending and I can only do that when I’m in town, so feel free to ignore me or say hi (haha) I’m good either way and I completely understand.

More information: Depending on the length of your stay a maid fee in the middle may be charged if stay is more than the usual.

***FYI to golfers: the Sugar Mill Country Club is a private course but there is a price list on my fridge for visitors and there are also many other courses in the area some just 5 min away.

Helpful note to parents of small children: I’m a mother of 5 and a grandmother of six,
I give you this hint just to help you out:-) although I welcome little precious ones as visitors- the home is for 8 year old and up, be aware the sofas are a light colored cream fabric and you know what that means, lol, a whole lot of hand washing . Glass end table tops can be put away if it helps mom's nerves:-) To help with cream sofas I have provided sofa covers and or throw blankets to cover sofas that are easily washed.
