Thank you so much, Alex, for taking the time to write a review about your stay at Sunkissed. We are so sorry that you encountered some issues during your stay. While we are happy that we could jump on getting them fixed quickly - we of course wish that your stay would have been less eventful in that area. When we inspect our rental homes we do run water in each faucet to check for leaks and the pool for any strange sounds or low water levels. We of course check the grills and propane tanks and if they are very low, we replace them. We keep full tanks on hand and if the guest replaces a tank themselves - we reimburse the cost.
