DETAILS: "Just One More," a stunning home in Blue Mountain Beach, is perfectly appointed for your next dream vacation! This 3-level home is located just 800 feet from the beach and offers beautiful accommodations for 16 guests, a gorgeous private pool, and incredible coastal views - everything you need for your luxury getaway!

Through the first-floor entryway, guests are greeted by coastal interiors. This level offers a king bedroom with a shared bathroom, which features a beautiful marble vanity and double sinks, and a marble-tiled, glass-front shower. Also on this level is a bunk area with a built-in twin-over-twin bunk bed - a perfect setup on this floor for a small family! Climb the stairs - or take the home's elevator - to the second floor and enjoy the main living space's open-concept layout. The gourmet kitchen is a cook's dream. It is thoughtfully equipped with Carrera marble countertops and a gorgeous tile backsplash, bright white custom cabinetry, stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, a Thermador gas range, a wine refrigerator, and a large kitchen island. The nearby dining area provides seating for eight guests, with an additional four seats available at the breakfast bar. In the living room, guests will enjoy a variety of comfortable seating options and the large flat-screen television. This main living level is elegantly decorated in neutral tones, and the room's many windows provide abundant natural light. A set of French doors lead the way to a spacious covered porch, which features an outdoor dining set for eight guests. Conveniently located on this second level is a king bed primary bedroom with a mounted flat-screen television and en suite bathroom with a large glass-front shower and marble vanity.

On the third level are three additional bedrooms. The primary suite offers a beautiful king bed, French doors to access the balcony, and en-suite bathroom with marble vanity, double sinks, and a shower. Down the hall, a bunk room provides three twin-over-twin built-in bunk beds and a private bathroom with a shower and single marble vanity. The third bedroom on this level features a beautiful king bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Absolutely perfect

From start to finish, our stay was perfect. Property manager was very responsive before and during our stay. Location was ideal and beach felt like our own private space with absolutely no crowds. Golf cart and bikes made touring the area and dropping off chairs and ice chest at the beach entrance super easy.

Great family vacation

This was an excellent home for our large family of 12 with plenty of room for everyone. The location was perfect with just a very short walk to the beach and access to several great restaurants in Blue Mountain Beach and Santa Rosa Beach. We loved our morning bike rides to along 30A and appreciated the bikes that were included with the rental. I didnā€™t plan on exercising while on vacation everyday but, the scenery was just too beautiful not to hop on the bikes each day and take advantage of it. The golf cart was great to ride down for dinner and ice cream and take our stuff down to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking in. We loved having our own private pool for when we didnā€™t want to head to the beach. All beds were very comfortable and would like the add the bunk rooms beds were not cramped feeling for our teens that slept in them. The rental was nice and clean but, would like to suggest the living room furniture definitely needs a good professional steam cleaning as it was dirty and stained. For the price we paid for the weekly rental the furniture should be in better condition. I will say 360 Blue was very responsive with any little things that came up-bike tire repair, main tv not working and pool cleaning which was much appreciated. Great customer service and they wanted us to have a wonderful stay which we did. We would stay here again as it was perfect for our family size. Way better than the crowded Seaside and Rosemary Area in my opinion.

An enjoyable time

Overall, our family had a wonderful stay. When we arrived it was obvious that the cleaning crew had missed the floors and countertops and cabinets in the kitchen. I immediately called someone at 360 Blue and they sent another cleaning crew right over to take care of this. This house is spacious and nice. We cooked every night and so have a few suggestions for the kitchen. They have only one cutting board and it is huge! It would be nice to have a smaller one. Also, every size of skillet pan there was in bad shape with the non-stick coating badly scratched and coming off. This is not safe to cook on so we purchased a GreenPan from Publix that worked for us. Other than that, we enjoyed our time in the kitchen! I recommend this house as it was very spacious for our family of 9 and close to the beach. It is a short walk across 30A onto the beach.

October 2021 Stay

Had a great week in Blue Mountain. The house is spectacular. Quick drive to get groceries, and a very short walk to the beach which allowed us to have lunch at house each day. Plenty of great restaurants and even a craft brew pub within walking or golf cart distance. Vue on 30 is especially excellent! Beds are comfortable, plenty of space and plenty of bathrooms. The pool is great to have and the outdoor space is very accommodating. We will likely take more people next time as it easily sleeps 16 people with a spacious living room area and two spacious outdoor patio areas. Truly a beautiful home in a perfect area with plenty of excellent amenities. Canā€™t go wrong with this rental.

October 2021 Fall Break

We had a fantastic time and this house is just amazing. We stayed here with 2 additional families for a total of 12 people and we all fit comfortably. This house offers several outdoor areas that added to the enjoyment of our stay. The kids could swim in the private, heated pool while the guys watched football on the back covered deck and the moms played games on the front covered deck. The house was very clean and the beds were super cozy and being well rested on vacation is so important to me. The house comes with bikes so that the kids could enjoy riding down 30A to get ice cream and some souvenir shopping. The adults loved using the golf cart to dine at many of the local restaurants. The beach access is very convenient and the beaches were not crowded. Iā€™d definitely recommend this property and we will be booking this property again next year! Weā€™ve stayed many places on 30A and I love the location of this house! This house allowed us to make some great memories with our friends and family!

Wonderful house & great location

This house was perfect for our 3 families. The bedrooms and baths are all great sizes, nice finishes, and the kids loves the bunk room. When we werenā€™t at the beach we were almost always found in the backyard!

Nice House

Only issues we had: 1) my son's wheelchair would not fit in the elevator *Also all entrances have a small step - not good for wheelchairs, but we made it work. 2) Had some roaches in our bathroom. That is the only reason for giving a 4-5 for cleanliness. All that said, we still enjoyed our stay. It was a very nice property.

Escape 2020

This house is beautiful, large and has every amenity we needed. Thank you for the coffee pot and coffee beans. We loved the outdoor kitchen, the pool and fire pit. The distance from the beach made it simple to come and go as much as we wanted. The house is also near many shops and fresh fish stores. We loved riding to Seaside on the bikes and running on 30 A. We had a fabulous trip and would love to stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at ā€œJust One Moreā€ in Santa Rosa Beach. The home is well appointed and the layout was ideal for our three families (8 adults/ 4 children) and the location makes for a quick walk to the beach and local amenities. July 6-13 2019 Stay

This house was perfect for our family of 16! The walk to the beach was only 2-3 minutes max, and the beach was not crowded in this area, was perfect for families with kids. The house was very clean, beautiful, and much bigger than the pictures let on! We had a couple small issues while visiting: 1. The pool light was broken throughout the visit, and there is no backyard lighting, so we couldn't use the pool at night, which was very disappointing. We notified 360 upon arrival but it still was not fixed by the time we left. 2. The oven wouldn't heat up properly, it would indicate that it had preheated, but then would not cook the food. We ended up cooking in the microwave... 3. The grill had a similar problem, where it would not maintain temperature. It took almost an hour to grill chicken breasts! 4. The dryer vent was exploding with lint, covering the pool deck, and leaving blue lint on everything washed. Definitely a fire hazard! Overall, this house gave us a perfect vacation, and we will return!

We had a great time with our whole family. 14 of us and the house was wonderful. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and the house pool was also great. Very clean and very comfortable. No issues other than a problem with the poolside tv. I would strongly recommend this location.

Spring Getaway

We had an amazing time at the house! There is plenty of space inside and outside to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather - even enjoyed a rain storm on the covered back deck while watching the Kentucky Derby. The furnishings and beds were extremely comfortable. House is in a great location: easy walk to less crowded beach access and 2 blocks to Gulf Place for shops and dining. We hope to visit again!

Took a quick trip down to ā€œJust One Moreā€ during Derby week. The perfect location as it is a quick two minute walk to the beach. I really enjoyed the fact that we could walk to multiple restaurants and craft beer establishments, but still be watching sunsets from our front porch and swimming in the pool when we stayed in. My In-laws loved the gourmet kitchen with Thermador appliances. The elevator to help us get Grandma to the third-floor was also a nice touch. In the end, I just wish I had ā€œjust one moreā€ day because this was the perfect vacation. See you in the fall!

Great stay! Beds were very comfortable. House easily accommodated our large group of 16 and we didnā€™t feel crowded at all. Kitchen was well appointed and we were easily able to cook several meals. Proximity to the beach and restaurants was excellent. We will definitely be booking again for next spring break.

Thanksgiving 2018 Stay

Wonderful beach trip. Spacious house for all 17 of us. Beds & pillows were so comfortable I want to purchase one for home! All the amenities we could possibly need to cook a Thanksgiving meal. I wish we could have heated the pool but that was minor. Would love to come back to this house again.

October 2018 Stay

We had a fantastic stay at this property. We were vacationing with a large group of 15 and this house comfortably accommodated everyone. The beds are so cozy and the outdoor area is amazing. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool while the adults enjoyed the outdoor living area. The house was also very clean upon arrival and thatā€™s a big deal to my family and I as we have stayed in many places that were not as pristine. Can I mention that the location is AWESOME! We loved being so close to the beach. It was very convenient being only a 2 minute walk to the beach. We also enjoyed walking to dinner every evening as there are many restaurants within walking distance and our kids loved that they could ride bikes to get ice cream. This house allowed our family to make many amazing memories and we look forward to staying again next year. We have found the perfect spot for our family!!!

October 2018 Stay

We had an amazing time at the house! Everything in the house was immaculate. There was plenty of space for 3 families and not once did we feel crowded - even with 9 children! We enjoyed having multiple areas outside to relax and create separation when needed. The adults could easily escape and enjoy the grill or TV on the back patio while the kids enjoyed the family room. The kitchen was configured great for large meals and the large center island made for great buffet set-up and extra seating. The bedrooms were all large and we loved each of them having their own bathroom. A small but great add - looks like the house has a tankless water heater, so we never ran out of hot water! House is in a great location: 3-4 minute walk to beach and about the same to Gulf Place or Blue Mountain for shops and dining. We hope to visit again!

October 2018 Stay

Great house and so thrilled to have the pool because of the red tide. There were 8 of us total, two families with 2 kids each. Everyone had plenty of room and bathrooms. Could have easily had a third family with us. My husband brought the porch furniture from main level inside and packed all the pool deck furniture in the covered outdoor living area in preparation for hurricane Michael. We collected trash and left it consolidated in the kitchen because we were concerned it would blow away. We were sad to leave early. The mandatory evacuation had us out of there Tuesday morning. Would love to come back! The husbands met your neighbors and toured their house. Lovely couple! Great location and house! Hope all is well with your beautiful property! Best Regards, Tiffany

August 2018 Stay

Everything was great. Slept 15 of us comfortably. Nice amenities including the outside patio and pool. The beach is a short walk away. Be sure to bring all your paper goods (paper towels and toilet paper.) also if you plan to do laundry or dishes they only offer two pods for each. Aside from that, a great stay.
