Beautiful and relaxing home with lots of sunshine on the golf course, a delicious retreat right in Sun City West Arizona.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath, is nicely appointed with the modern upgrades, comfortable beds, flat screen smart TVs, WiFi, beautiful views of the mountains and the golf course from the back patio with well maintained landscaping. Beds include 1 King, 1 queen, and 1 futon. There is a separate office perfect for reading and relaxing. The kitchen includes slate appliances, and all the dishes, pot, pans, etc. needed to cook at home.
The large master bedroom looks out to the golf course and patio. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Your vacation in this home includes an electric golf cart and outdoor grill. Just 5 minutes away on the Surprise Recreation Campus - home of Spring Training for Major League Baseball's Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals. Hiking is just 15 minutes away at the White Tank Mountain Regional Park and Lake Pleasant is a 30 minute drive with fishing, boat rentals, jet skis, paddle boards, and Flyboarding for the most adventurous! And, of course, many golf courses are just minutes away. Pickle-ball courts sporting the newest great recreational sport is just a mile away.
Snowbirds, families, and business travelers can all enjoy this home 10 minutes from Highway 303 and 15 min. to the 101 for easy access to central Phoenix.

Great place to stay

We've stayed here a few times. The house is always clean and the kitchen is fully stocked and the hosts are always available. Feels like home!

We so enjoy staying on Grandview Golf Course at Niki and Dave’s house. Home away from home: convenient, nice clean home in a great neighborhood, well- stocked and equipped, indoors and out! Looking forward already to next Spring!

This house has it all!

We have stayed here twice while visiting family. Easy to get to and is packed with all you will need. Even has a rolling pin! Very comfortable.

We had an excellent stay at Nikki and Dave's house. It was better than advertised in that we found it extremely clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our month long stay. It also was close to everything we wanted to do and is on great golf course. We recommend this Sun City West location.

Great property

Well furnished home and fully equipped kitchen. Nice patio area in backyard. Golf cart available to use. Would definitely book this one again.

December in Sun City West

Lovely property, very well equipped, with the added bonus of the use of a golf car. Sun City West is a 55 and older community with beautiful, golf courses, swimming pools and recreation centers. My brother and I are both widowed and retired and enjoyed both the golf and swimming. There were many restaurants to choose from when we wanted to dine out. We plan to return for three months next winter.

Great home in Sun City West

Lovely clean well-supplied home on Grandview Golf Course. Close to rec centers, other six golf courses, restaurants, grocery stores, mountains, trails, etc etc. A spacious home with very supportive owners. See you next year!

Great stay in SCW

We had a two month stay and couldn't have been happier! Smooth process, great location on the 17th hole, use of the golf car was a money saving bonus. We played a lot of golf, used the rec centers, took a fitness class, and bowled. Owners were right on top of things, just hope this place is available for our next visit. Thanks

Lovely home/Well furnished

We really enjoyed this house. Good location and lots of household furnishing. Even had a rolling pin! Nikki was great to work with and evencalled once to be of further assistance. Had some problems connecting to wifi but that was all.

Great Winter Get-away

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Sun City West. Niki and Dave were always available and helpful throughout the rental process and during our stay. The house was clean and well equipped. We are both retired and the location in Sun City West was ideal for all kinds of recreational actives. The transfer of the Recreational Membership was very helpful for access to all the activities including golf, the gym and the pool. We would highly recommend this property and we would return given the opportunity. Don and Maureen Ottawa, Ontario PS: Dealing with VRBO is another story. They impede communications between owner and renter by censoring out email addresses and telephone numbers within their internal messaging system. This censorship does nothing but hinder what could be a smoother transaction process. Furthermore, they are misleading on the refund policy for damage deposits. They clearly state that refunds will be made within 14 days. What they don't tell you is the refund process starts at 14 days and could take up to another 7 days. This is all after having held the security deposit for 4-6 months. Poor form on their part in my opinion. Auto emails demanding deposits and payments is another "in-your-face" rude experience. This criticism is not at all related to the owners. It is solely directed at VRBO in the hope that they will take steps to improve, even after being in business after all these years.

Nice location. Great Sunsets.

We enjoyed our stay! Loved sitting on the patio watching the birds and rabbits, golfers and the sunsets! House was comfortably furnished and close to activities. Enjoyed the golf car too! See you next year!

Excellent location

Very nice home with everything you need for a months stay. Excellent location just off Grand. Can be noisy until u get used to the train and ambulance noise. 1 block from hospital.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well equipped home. Had everything you would certainly need. The owners were just great in handling this rental or any problems we would have. Highly recommended this stay for future folks.

We are from Colorado and Iowa originally. We met while at our first duty assignment in the Air Force. We are not quite ready to retire in Sun City West, but are looking forward to being there full time. Until then we are cooling our heels in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

We are looking forward to the active lifestyle Sun City West allows and enjoying the golf course. We recently tried Pickleball and are excited to tear up the courts.

The large outdoor living space is ideal for watching the quail families in the morning while enjoying coffee and breakfast. The patio is accessible from multiple points of the house. The quail family with walnut sized babies are a delight while drinking our morning coffee.
