Very Clean & Luxurious Living loaded with extras that won't cost you extra!!!!!

My home is in a gated community with a guard house that is manned 24/7. If they do not have vehicle specifics 24 hours in advance, than it requires a visit to the office for that particular driver & passengers. Unfortunately, they did not have that information on 3 later arriving vehicles and guests until after the main guest arrived which caused inconvenient trips to the Oceanside Village office. I am sorry for your inconvenience.

I'm kind of taken back with the only 3 star rating I have ever received. My house keeper Brett even went over to show them how to lower the shades (a first for him which he pointed out in a text message) and I paid to have my HVAC guy come out to reset the thermostats to go to 67 degrees for them because they like it extra cold to sleep.

Thanks Barner Family. Your family was a pleasure to deal with and you left the house very clean and treated it as if it were your own. I hope you return next summer.

I have only kept a deposit or portion there of twice in 10 years. My cleaner and his wife quit after this renter. They were that disgusted! They can normally clean my home in 3 hours. It took them over 7 hours to clean up after this renter. The lower unit wreaked of cigarettes and the cleaners had to open all the windows and run the AC on high for 4 hours to try to neutralize the smell. Thank God my next renter's were members of my own family. If they were not, I would have run the risk of losing a valuable renter due to the cigarette smell that lingered the next few days, until my family members cleaned and deodorized the upholstery. We have a strict no pet and no smoking rule for the courtesy of all of our guests. That alone is a valid reason to lose a deposit and yet it goes much further than that. I also received a vulgar threatening phone call from a younger male in this party that was not on the lease when the deposit was withheld. No need to go on any further about this. My HomeAway and VRBO ratings over 10 years are excellent except for this single guest. HomeAway also rates renters. I wonder what their future rating will be????
