This beautiful Carolina beach Home sleeps 12 people. (All pricing is based on 14 people per rental. The home includes 5BR,4.5 BA, an expansive patio, recreation room, and off street parking for 5 cars. The rooms are tastefully decorated in a 'beachy' decor to provide the renter with an instant feel for a beach vacation atmosphere. The downstairs bathroom has a low step, walk-in shower with detachable showerhead, hand bar and seat for those who need extra support when showering due to a mobility restriction.

PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE11

THERE IS A NO MOTORCYCLES POLICY!

We include thoughtful amenities such as golf carts (2), bicycles (7), a recreation room with a 42"tv, ping pong, and shuffleboard. Beach towels (14), beach chairs (8) , and beach games and boogie boards are also included.

CANCELLATION POLICY. YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND IF YOU CANCEL 90 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR STAY. AFTER THAT WE WILL PROVIDE YOUR INITIAL DEPOSIT ONCE THE PROPERTY HAS BEEN RE-BOOKED AFTER YOUR CANCELLATION. WE WILL WORK WITH YOU AND MAKE EXCEPTIONS.

Other on-site amenities include a fitness area, golf (par 3, 18 hole course, driving range & practice area), basketball and shuffleboard.

A short ride to the beach in golf carts from within the community brings you to a private parking area at the beach. Once there you can enjoy the beach and dine at the Conch Restaurant. The Conch Restaurant is located on the beach and includes an outdoor dining deck with beautiful views of the beach and ocean. The Conch and the parking lot have standard bathroom facilities with wash sinks.

The beach is not the only amazing vacation experience you can enjoy from renting our home. The golfing courses within a 20 minute drive are some of the best in the Myrtle beach area. The surrounding Myrtle Beach area contains over 100 golf courses of all price ranges within a 45 minute drive.

If golf is not your interest or you want to experience the combination of fine and casual dining, recreational water activities, or sport fishing then Murrells Inlet is a short 15 minute drive away to the south. I strongly urge you to visit this area.

Just a 15 min drive to the north is Broadway at the Beach and The Market Common. Broadway at the beach is a family focused area with shops, restaurants, and a small amusement park. Market common has a bowling alley, movie theatre, restaurants and brew pubs, and many shops with unique beach fashions. This and other areas within a 20 minute driving radius includes opportunities for waterparks, outlet shopping, casual dining, night clubs, and live entertainment shows.

Family vacation

Very nice house and plenty of room for 13 people. The golf carts were a great addition and made beach days much easier. Loved the neighborhood pool and kiddie area as well. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Annual family vacation

Enjoyed everything about this property. Lots of room, clean, beautiful, fully stocked kitchens, two golf carts, bikes and everything you needed was provided! All we had to bring were our clothes and bathing suits! We have been staying at Oceanside Village for several years now, love the community itself and this home did not disappoint!

Great Option

There were a few issues when we arrived from previous renters, however the property owner was very helpful in rectifying as best he could. The house is in a great location, has an ideal layout for larger groups, and has a lot of amenities. It’s a great option for a fun-filled beach stay.

Beautiful vacation home

This home was beautifully decorated! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for the week. The golf carts were great to travel to the pool as well as the beach! Our teenage boys had a tournament each night with the ping pong table! We also loved that it was so close to a grocery store and restaurants!

Outstanding vacation!

My family of 11 had a great vacation while staying in this beautiful home. It had everything we needed and more. The golf carts and location to the beach was very convenient and prevented us from having the hassle of loading up cars and finding parking. The home was very comfortable with each family having their own space and beds. I highly recommend this property and the host was very responsive throughout our time there. We look forward to our next vacation!

Week of the 4th

Enjoyed our week at Bermuda Bay at this very nice house. The use of the golf carts and bicycles was a very nice amenity compared to other places have stayed over the years. There were 16 of us with 7 being kids ranging in age from 6 to 12 and we had plenty of room. I would highly recommend a stay here.

I was happy to have your group. I sometimes worry about group sizes larger than 14 but everyone has always remarked that they had plenty of room for their needs. The amenities are something I am happy to offer my guests. It makes planning a vacation easier if most of the things you need are included. I will say that the inclusion of golf carts are a great value for my guests. Renting carts weekly can be quite expensive.

Great location

The property is well maintained and beautiful. Back patio overlooks water and is very peaceful. We enjoyed coffee every morning. 2 sets of washers and dryers which is a huge plus when you have a large family staying. My 86 year old mother loved the bottom level and riding the golf carts. My teenagers loved the beach and the Conch Cafe'. Highly recommend this property.

Relaxing Getaway

My whole family gave this beautiful place two thumbs up, and we had four generations enjoying this paradise! This roomy home has everything you need or want for a summer vacation. The kids loved the golf carts and trips to the pier. We had a wild ping pong tournament and the nearby pools are lovely. Everyone wants to stay again next year!!! We made the right choice

We booked this property last minute and we were not disappointed. The house was loaded with great amenities including golf carts that we were able to drive right to the beach. I chose to buy this home because of my love for the South Carolina beaches and the golf courses in the Myrtle Beach area. I have been traveling to Myrtle beach on golf vacations for the last 30 years. I can tell you that the southern area below Myrtle Beach (Surfside Beach, Garden City, Murrells Inlet) is the most attractive area for golfing, beaches, and recreation that I have been to in the years that I have visited the area.

What is also unique is the ability to spend days of cost free recreation within the borders of the Bermuda Bay community where the property is located. Trips to the beach, the pool, the recreation center, the tennis courts can all be done by golf cart. The patio behind the home is great for family barbecues. It is a great opportunity to bond as a family without worrying about travel once you arrive
