Beautiful 6 Bdrm Home on Loon with Mtn Views, 1/4 mi to Resort, Pool/Spa Pass

Our house is a beautiful 6 bedrooms (plus addtl. playroom) , 3 bathroom home that sleeps 14 comfortably (all in beds). We have a garage and are located on Loon Mountain with indoor and outdoor pool/hot tub/gym access at Loon Mtn Club. Perfect for large groups, friends get togethers and family reunions. Enjoy the mountain views from the living room, kitchen and brand new deck (Spring 2021). Cook with our gas grill and a view of the mountains. . Large family room with wood burning fireplace and floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the view. Fully outfitted kitchen with many spices/condiments available. Wireless internet, Smart TV w Netflix/Amazon, and a Roku. Addtl TV w/ DVD player in basement playroom w Roku. Washer/dryer, towels/linens provided. Great location on loon mountain, walking distance to the mountain! Membership to Loon Mountain club pool & Spa provided where there is an indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub.
Note: due to noise, we only allow 4 motorcycles on the premises.

Mountain perfection!

We loved this home. We stayed with the grandparents and kids and was a great property for everyone to have space and also congregate. Amazing view and location!

Perfect Fall Getaway!

This is the 4th year we have come up to Loon Mountain for their Annual Oktoberfest and first year we stayed at Katchen's beautiful home. I have to say, this was by FAR our favorite trip. Walking distance to Loon, amazing views, and cozy fireplace/reclining couches, make this the perfect fall getaway!

Beautiful location

The view from the deck made the entire place better. It was spectacular with a great fire pit and comfortable seating. The owners were very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked, kids had fun in the game room. Beds could be more comfortable and the ceiling fans could use some cleaning.

Gorgeous view from the Deck

The house is great and exactly as pictured. The view of the mountains is absolutely incredible. We spent most of our time on the deck and in the great room. Everything was clean upon arrival and worked well. The kitchen is fully stocked with just about anything you might need. The spice cabinet is loaded as well. The check in email we received prior to arrival from the owner was so full of information for the house as well as things to do. That was much appreciated. There are multiple detailed links for trails and so many other things in the area. The beds and linens were great. Ceiling fans and/or floor fans in all the rooms were helpful since there is no a/c, which was fine for us. We did not use the clubhouse facilities while visiting but did walk down the street to the river swimming hole. Once again, their directions were very helpful. We can't say enough about this fabulous house and location!!! The gas firepit on the deck was just priceless to be able to enjoy the fresh summer air and peaceful nights. We would go back again in a heartbeat. Thank you again

Great home for fall getaway!

The view from the deck was amazing and exactly as shown in photos. I went up to view fall foliage and the location was great (easy access to Kancamagus and hiking trails). House was very clean and had everything we could need (games, TV, appliances, etc.)

Highland Games Clan Gathering

Our rather large Scottish clan rented this house for the 2021 NH Highland games and it did not disappoint. This beautiful house was within walking distance to the games and just a short drive into Lincoln should you wish to grab takeout, dine out, or partake in a host of recreational activities. It's many bedrooms and bathrooms were more than enough to accommodate our large family. Katchen and Dan provided everything we needed for a great stay. The extremely large deck, with an awesome gas fire pit, was our gathering spot EVERY evening to enjoy the gorgeous views and listen to the bagpipers. We look forward to a return trip in 2022. Kinchyle!

Excellent Home with Spectacular Views

This is a beautiful home with wonderful views of the White Mountains. Our family ranged in age from 6 to 70 and we couldn’t have been happier or more comfortable.

Perfect house and amazing location!

We stayed in this beautiful, comfortable home the 1st weekend in October with 3 other couples. This is a wonderful location to enjoy all the White Mountains have to offer. The house had plenty of room for the eight of us. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely house!

We had an excellent short vacation in Lincoln. The house is well situated and very comfortable. The views of the mountains from the dining area and the living area were spectacular. And we took full advantage of the ping pong table in the lower area of the house. It was quite hot when we first arrived and there is no a/c, but once the weather cooled, the many fans in the house kept us comfortable. Katchen was great to work with - she accommodated us at the very last minute when our other vacation plans fell through, and she was prompt, informative, and responsive. I would definitely recommend this home, especially for a fall vacation (the mountains must be gorgeous once the leaves turn) and for skiing.

Fantastic family vacation!!

We went up to Lincoln for our yearly family vacation and decided to stay at this house. What a great choice!! It fit our family perfect bedroom wise. The bedrooms were nice and quiet with the doors closed. The little kids couldn’t hear a peep at night. The deck was the best part. I spent so much of my time out there admiring the view. The kitchen and dining table were both big enough for our family. Great meals every night in there. We did activities down at Loon Mtn just down the road. All in all, we LOVED it!!! We hope to return again. Thank you so much to Katchen!!! You’re the best

The perfect home for our family getaway!

Our family of 10 (from age 8 to mid 70s) was able to create memories of a lifetime in this amazing home! From the spectacular views, to the perfect and spacious layout of the home, to the WELL-stocked kitchen, I can not say enough about this vacation rental. You are within minutes of the Loon Mountain Resort and ski slopes/lodges. We also visited the Ice Castles only 15 minutes away as well as found a snow mobiling adventure about 10 minutes away. Above all was the EXCELLENT communication from the owner of the home, Katchen. She was in communication with us from the day we rented the home a couple months ago! She sent courtesy emails the week before our arrival giving updates on the weather and ski conditions. Then, while we were there we had a few questions and she was SUPER responsive and helpful each time. If we do another family trip to Loon Mountain, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

A beautiful location and very well-kept home. Very spacious and owners were very nice as well.

The owners were very accommodating and provided a quick lists of things to follow upon arriving and leaving. The view from the deck was beautiful and home was also very clean and spacious. The spa, hot tub, and pool are only a short 2-5 minute drive away, but one could also walk as well. Anything that I had questions about Katchen was able to answer and clarify very quickly. Access to smart TVs was also a great benefit as well as the gas grill. The number of rooms also allowed the 10 of us to have plenty of space to have our own room and places to sleep. There were plenty of places local as well to go sightseeing and hiking as well. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here. The owners and home were great and I would love to rent out the home again in the future.
