CASA NEPTUNO is a Spanish Colonial design which offers direct beach access just steps away, making this house a priceless jewel. The warm waters of the Pacific Ocean and the tranquility of the beach can occasionally offer surprise visits from sea turtles coming ashore to lay their eggs or dolphins jumping in the surf. Families of monkeys are also frequent visitors in the trees surrounding the property. During low tide, you can explore the reef and snorkel right in front of the house.

This two-story home offers many comfortable living areas. The home accommodates up to 14 guests with five master bedrooms, bathrooms en-suite, and walk in closets. The bonus room has a king and two twin size beds. There are half baths on both upper and lower levels.

An impressive wrought iron gate frames a stately driveway guarded by immense Royal Palms which lead you to the main entrance. When you enter, you will immediately be mesmerized by the striking views from the spacious foyer through the accordion doors leading to the pool area just steps from the beach. Two palapas offer shade to both a covered barbeque area with outdoor dining table, and a cozy sitting area with padded benches to socialize or take a nap in the warm breezes.

Four master bedrooms are accessible on the ground floor, each of them with ample windows facing the ocean or the front garden. Furniture is tastefully chosen with a casual beach style and cozy atmosphere, while showcasing original works of local wood craftsman and artists. Newly remodeled on-suite bathrooms are appointed with the latest amenities and feel light and bright.

A stone and iron staircase resembling Old World Spanish style leads to the main floor where sunlight floods the space through wall to wall windows and a giant skylight. Panorama windows allow 180° views of the blue Pacific Ocean and lush treetop foliage, with astonishing sunset views from every area on this floor. Here is also the fifth bedroom with full bath, bonus room, and half bath. Continue with a large open kitchen with dining table and two bar top counters with plenty of seating. The spacious sitting areas and roofed terraces with round loungers make this whole upper floor a social gathering spot to share breakfasts or late evenings and host plenty of room for big groups and families.

Main amenities include pool, bbq grill, air conditioning, cable tv, wifi, Play Station, and indoor laundry room. Board games, dvd's and a book library offer other activities for both couples and families. Twice weekly cleaning service, as well as pool and garden maintenance are included. Golf carts and other rentals can be arranged upon request.
