The space

The Mansion is of bioclimatic design harnessing the full benefit of the natural advantages of its site. It allows for thermal comfort and energy savings through natural ventilation and large solar panels provide the energy for heated water flows. The only air conditioned bedroom in the residence exists on the top floor. The harmonious ambiance of the expansive Residence space is enhanced by outstanding architectural minimalist interior aesthetics, grand high ceilings spaces , abundance of natural summer light, frescoes, art works, beautiful Bauhaus and custom pieces, endless pristine white Greek Pentelikon marble floors procured from the same Quarry that Parthenon was built, that all converge holistically to feel intimate and balance luxury and simplicity.

Guardians and guests are wholly and fully responsible for their own safety and that of all persons under the age of 18 using the swimming pool. This is a private pool for your own exclusive use. There is no lifeguard. Take every precaution so that a child is never in the terrace and pool area unattended. Enjoy safely your swims and have a great time.
Parental and guardian supervision of the children on the premises throughout, is paramount at all times for their safety and enjoyment.

Live Longer with the Greek Lifestyle. Guests should keep in mind that in Greece by tradition there should be no loud noises as it is siesta time between 14:30 - 17:30. The siesta is historically common throughout the Mediterranean and Southern Europe. Take a nap and feel refreshed for all the island has to offer in the evening and the next day.
