Be wary

Mostly we didn’t love anything, but they had tv, Wi-Fi & a refrigerator that worked, as well as bedding on the beds. (The last time I rented through vacasa, there were no sheets & blankets in the unit & it was never resolved.) There is no way the TWO broken sliding glass door locks just broke, so… make sure they actually fixed them if you’re going to go on this… adventure? Also- directly across from an extremely loud, late night, sketchy bar, so if you’re staying there to sleep (we stayed one night on a travel journey) I would avoid it at all costs.

Cleanliness

There was a lot of rust. Everywhere. Pots and pans were filthy, mold was in the shower, and the water hose was running. The floors were sticky and so was the table. The little things I went ahead and cleaned. The company did assist right away for the mold and the hose so that was nice. However, I shouldn’t have to come in and clean. Also the back of the remote kept falling off. Not that big of a deal but for those coming in I’d be careful not to lose it.

Nice place

The best things about this place. it was close to the beach. The bed slept awesome. My husband usually has back pain most mornings and absolutely no pain.

ABSOLUTELY GROSS

Upon entering the home, it smelled moldy. Upon further inspection, we noticed that the house had not been covid or any type of cleaned. I took pictures for proof. Food in the cabinets & on the silverware, puke under the bed with carpet, Bean bag chair full of stains , ceiling fans full of dust and hair, Towls were not replaced and covered in dirt & dust. (Thank God we brought our own towls) Ceiling in bathrooms falling down. Broken decor on the table & Only the beds had been changed. The front & back patio is covered in mold & not swept. It was to late for us to change our reservation. Because we drove so far ,only had 2 days that it was late so sprayed everything with lysol so we could enjoy the short time we had. I won't be renting from VRBO ever again.

Very comfortable

The condo was very comfortable! It could use new living room furniture. And a cleaner appearance outside. A lot of debris and trash in parking lot. Feminine hygiene products in parking lot when we arrived. Not a good feeling seeing that before you even walk in. Short walk to beach less than 2 minutes. Beach not crowded at all! Which I loved!!

The size was awesome for me and my 3 friends! You could see the water from the deck, and could walk to the beach in under a minute!! Very clean and comfortable. Easy to find, and great location with lots to do and good food all around! I'd go back today

Love coming to Cape San Blas and staying in this location.

Love this house and the location. Nice to have an elevator to bring everything up when we arrive and take everything down we are departing. The house has great porches that we all flock to every evening after we are ready to relax. It is spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. We have rented and will continue to rent this house .

Great location!

I love this place! I’ve stayed here several times. It’s so close to the beach and good places to eat. We rented a pontoon boat (7min. Away) and saw about 30 dolphins in the bay. This place is cute and clean. I loved having a kitchen to make our own breakfasts. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks

Easy access,,,

Oh my God, What Didn't I love about this home , it was nice and clean 2 minutes from the beach it is right on the Strip where there are lots of shopping, restaurants, rides etc. Good area, I highly highly recommend this place,

Old, outdated and run down

Will not rent this property again. It was old, outdated, and run down. Said no smoking but smelled like smoke. Upstairs: Beds were horrible. Creaked loudly with the slightest movement. Comforters on beds were old, dirty and smelled bad. My biggest complaint is one room was advertised with queen and twin bed. The twin bed was actually out the sliding glass doors to what used to be a balcony turned into a “room”. The twin bed “room” was not air conditioned so it was horribly hot (obviously due to the shoddy construction of the balcony turned “room”). The carpet in the twin “room” was filthy and stained. The shower upstairs didn’t drain so as you showered you stood in a pool of backed up water that couldn’t drain. No TV in either bedroom upstairs. Downstairs: One TV in the whole place and it only had 3 channels available through an antenna. No cable or any type of streaming device. The furniture stunk. Couldn’t lock the main level sliding glass doors. There was a bar to hold the door in place. Felt very unsafe. The nicest comment I can leave on this rental is the air conditioner worked great. WAY OVERPRICED for what you get. Very unhappy customer.

Diamond in rough.

It was really great, loved how close it was to all the different activities. Bonus the cajan resteraunt across the parking lot it's da bomb. Looming forward to our return.

Close to the beach and things to do!!

It was a very good trip! The condo is only a block from the beach and that made carrying everything so much easier! There is a golf cart rental and scooter rental place right across the street as well And very close to things to do. There is a washer and dryer for laundry and outside water hose for all the sand from the day to be washed off. The only thing that I would have improved is the overall appearance of the property. The outside furniture is falling apart at the door and there are only two chairs on the deck upstairs and in back. The grill has lots of rust and was not cleaned out for our use. Make sure to being toilet paper and paper towels and cleaning products ... there was only one trash bag there and two rolls of toilet tissue for our three day stay. Also no cleaning products, only a small dish soap and sponge for cleaning. Other than that it was very clean and comfortable for our stay! I would recommend others to stay.
