Great Ski in & Ski Out Northstar Condo

I am very disappointed that your experience at my condo was a 6 out of 10 In my book that‘s a 60% Or D. Was it really that bad? In your post, you should share the lights were unplugged and when you plugged them in they worked. I don‘t know why a light would be unplugged but other Travelers might do it to plug in their own electronics. I do not know why the cleaning people put extra sheets in the bottom drawers, but I think it was to extra for the holidays. I am sorry for that. The slow communication Was that it was New Year‘s day morning at 8am. I did go out with my family the night before, Then responded within and hour and 45 min. I did not quickly respond when it was not an urgent question. I thought you would be able to see the gondola from the window and summize where it was, there are also pathways right to the village. Again, I am so sorry you had such a bad experience. If there were other issues that would cause such a bad review. I really wish you would have reached out to me earlier. I have tried very hard to make this a wonderful place!
