Guests have full private access to the studio, the back deck, on-site parking, and smart lock entry. Optional access to the Northstar Recreation Center (pool, hot tub, sauna, gym) is available for $10/day per guest. A free Northstar shuttle is available for easy rides to the Village and gondola.

● No central AC — the studio stays cool in the shade of the pines
● Smart lock access is unique per reservation for added security
● A refundable security deposit may be requested for new guests without prior reviews

⁃ No smoking indoors
⁃ Quiet hours 10pm–8am
⁃ Respect HOA amenities & hours
⁃ No parties or events
○ Smoking is NOT allowed
○ No unregistered guests allowed.
○ No food or drinks in the bedroom.
○ Quiet hours after 10PM.
○ Fines apply for damaged furnishings.
○ $50 Will be charged for a lost rec center pass
○ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back
○ Bookings within 24 hours of check-in will require driver`s license prior to check-in
