THE SNOW HAS ARRIVED!!!!!

AVOID THE LINE INTO NORTHSTAR! NO PARKING AT THE AIRPORT! AVOID THE SHUTTLE, AVOID PARKING RESERVATIONS AND PARKING FEES, AVOID WALKING THROUGH THE VILLAGE CARRYING ALL YOUR GEAR! MANY SKI TRAIL UNITS ARE NOT SKI TRAIL! The majority require walking accross the parking lot. Just walk out the door, down the stairs, grab your skiis/Boards out of your personal locker, walk another 15 feet, step into your skiis, and off you go (assuming there is snow)! Or, walk down around the corner and put your skiis on at the trail! Or if you really want - call the bus and go down to the village that way! Ski home for lunch! Private parking. This is a REAL ski in ski out - no walking from the units that are not near the trail, or driving over to another (our) parking lot. There are only a handful of actual Ski Trails on VRBO!

Ready for the perfect Ski weekend? Stay at Northstar Ski Trails, roll out of bed, have some coffee, hit the slopes at when the lifts open. No extra time in traffic, parking, busses, schlepping gear. Then go relax in one of the three hot tubs at the recreation center! Finish up in the village for a stroll around, and relax at the ice rink (weather dependant), and maybe a fresh made pizza from Rubicon or a Burger at Inclined Burger with an adult beverage! Take the free shuttle back up to the unit and have a nice hot cup of cocoa, or maybe your favorite brew while you relax in front of a REAL wood burning fireplace!

What sets our unit above the rest of the units?? First, it really is on the ski trail. Next, if there are no renters before or after you, and we can make it work with the cleaning crew, we are happy to make accommodations for an early check in, or late check out if you let us know in advance! Arrive at 8am the first day and get another day of skiing in! Sleep in on the last day, or head out for a last day of fun - come early, and stay late. Why waste your entire last day traveling? Get a full day of fun in! We are NOT a large company, this is our only unit - so we can try to work with you!

This one bedroom, one bath has a queen size bed, and a couch with a queen size pull-out. New carpet NOV 2023! The condo is fully furnished with all the amenities you could need. Bring the groceries and you don't have to go back to your car till you are headed home. If you don't want to cook, stroll down to the Village for scrumptious meals. If you do not want to walk, call the Shuttle Bus to come get you and take you to wherever you want in Northstar! During Tahoe Winters, there is no limit on the fun you can have. We don't have fancy granite countertops and a palacial shower, but it is clean, well stocked, and functional with a few USB plugs in the outlets as well as Netflix & Roku on the TV!

This is an upstairs unit, so no noise from the neighbors above you! The neighbors Unit is privately owned, and is never noisy. The kitchen is stocked with minor items such as salt, pepper, a wide variety of seasonings, etc, pots, pans (new Summer 2021), Power Airfryer XL (two separate cooking units), utensils, fondue pot, blender, a Keurig Duo for K cups OR drip, tea kettle (for that all important hot cocoa), toaster, and microwave (new Summer 2022), all of which are available for your use.

Enjoy access to the Northstar recreation center ($10/guest). Enjoy the sauna, hot tubs, lap pool (year round), pool (Summer), exercise room, tennis courts, volleyball, basketball courts (Summer and outdoors of course), and game room. After you take a short rest from skiing, head down to the village and try your hand at ice skating or have a warm drink while spending time with old friends, or making new ones around the fire pits. If you just cant get away from work, feel free to use our free internet. There are also some DVDs, Netflix, Roku, board games, and a few books, if you want to spend some time inside, or the weather did not turn out as you wanted.

For longer stays (or mishaps) there is a full size washer and dryer on the same level as the unit. There is no charge for the use of the washer and dryer and we normally leave a little soap in the closet (unless someone takes it).

There is a small bin with some kids snow boots, kids gloves, snow toys (Arctic Shields, snow ball makers, snow ball throwers, kids ski helmets) that folks are welcome to use, as long as the guests take care of them!

This is a non-smoking unit - no smoking of any type. Not 420 friendly. That includes cigars, blunts, Dabs, Shatter, ANYTHING!

PLEASE CONSIDER TRAVEL INSURANCE - We can not control the weather, roads, etc. We are not a large company that can write off expenses for no shows.
