My condo will be available Nov. 1-30 2025 and from May 1, 2026 thru Dec. 1, 2026. The HOA requires a minimum of a 30 day stay starting on the 1st or 15th of the month. Sorry, no pets. This quaint small complex is a 55+ community with one person required to be of age. My condo is a 1400 sq. ft. spacious clean second story corner unit overlooking a beautiful canal and golf course. The entire place has new paint, flooring, doors and living room furniture. The only carpet is the area rugs that accent the bathooms & living room. The lanai and master bedroom look over the canal and provide the best views of sunrise! The kitchen is updated with new appliances along with a stack washer and dryer. The great room allows for plenty of space for dining and movie watching on the 65" TLC HD flat screen TV. Roku and internet along with Amazon Prime/Netflix movies & shows are included. The master bathroom has a new king size bed with a large shower and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom also has a king bed and an nine foot wide closet. The tub/shower is located in the guest bathroom. The compex offers a heated pool and a gas BBQ to enjoy. Shopping, golf, dining and beaches are minutes away. A Collier county beach pass is included!
