The Master bedroom with king-size bed has sliders to a large, screened lanai which overlooks the pool and clubhouse. There is a large ensuite bathroom including a shower, along with a WC. Master suite includes a large walk-in closet and is tastefully furnished including wall to wall carpeting.

The custom kitchen is fully equipped including large fridge, a range/oven, microwave oven, newer dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Includes utensils, dishware, cookware, plus coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster.

The condo has ceiling fans in the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and both Lanai's. Also includes cable TV and WiFi. Convenient utility room with washer and dryer. Of course, there is central air conditioning throughout, installed a few years ago. There is an assigned carport for one car plus guest parking spots.

The open plan living room has sliders to the same lanai overlooking the pool with a dining set for outside meals. Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds with a good-sized closet and the second bathroom just adjacent to the bedroom. A 50" flat screen TV is in the living room and a smaller flat screen TV in the master bedroom. Bed linens and towels provided.

We certainly understand the importance of your holiday experience. Knowing that you are close to the pool, beach, stores, restaurants and activities play an important part of deciding where to stay. The proximity to both the beaches, Old Naples' stores and restaurants, Naples Bay and golf are the main reason why we decided to buy in Falling Waters. In addition to having a huge resort-like pool, our condo is very close to banks, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc.

Traveling only 10 minutes to both the heart of Naples (Old Town) and to the Gulf is only one of the reasons why we love it here. We enjoy the privacy the community provides along with the large clubhouse and resort like pool. The pool has all the amenities of staying at a resort, chaise lounge chairs, tables for card games. There are water falls all over the community to make your morning run or evening walks just a bit nicer. Tennis and Bocce are just an added feature that you can use if you wish. If you want to watch big screen TV, the large clubhouse is just the place, or perhaps just to sit and read.
