Our beautiful home is located just north of Los Barriles in the Palo Blanco neighborhood. We have a drinking water filtration system, so there is no need for any bottled water. Mini Split AC in the 2 bedrooms and 2 AC in the living room. We are located just blocks away from the beach, the ocean, kite boarding or fishing. Private Pool, Full kitchen, Washer and Dryer, Balcony, Gas Firepit, we offer MUCH Outdoor Seating. The property has views of the Sea of Cortez, the San Bartolo Arroyo and the Mountains. Very comfortable 2 large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms are located on the ground floor, 1 loft bedroom area which is upstairs. Spacious kitchen and living room.

We are excited to report that in 2024, we purchased the property right next door.
****Early in 2025, we will begin constructing another house on that lot.

Located 4 blocks from the beach, about 7 minute walk.

Available for your use all in "used condition", the following...
4 bicycles (tire pump in the garage), 3 beach chairs, 2 yoga mats, 2 pickleball paddles and balls, 2 hammocks, 2 kayaks, cooler.

Great Experience In Los Barillas

It was great to work with Teresa, owner of Casa Manana. Very communicative, helpful with information and recommendations. The home we rented from here was very nice and met all our needs. We are looking forward to our next trip back.

Casa Mañana

Our stay at Casa Mañana couldn't have been better. The house is immaculate, extremely well-provisioned and the neighborhood is super quiet, being a few blocks away from the main road through town. Communications with the owner as well as Pedro (who met us when we arrived) was fast, easy and they took care of everything. It's a large house, we only stayed as a couple, but could easily imagine bringing the kids or another couple. Highly recommend you check this place out (and I know we will stay here again our next time in LB)

Amazing home , with superb landscaping.

This home is a true JEWEL. The location is Ideal. Every window we looked out held a breathtaking view. The kitchen is outstanding and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Our family had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to everyone. Teresa and Shawn were very friendly hosts.

Paradise found

The house was perfect. The pictures don't do it justice. The location being right off the arroyo for easy access to town and the beach. So much to explore and do down here that 9 days wasn't enough. Close to the pickleball courts which also have delicious food. We will be back!

Wedding in Los Barriles

5 days April 26 to May 1 2023. To attend a wedding in Los Barriles. The property was Exactly as described, spacious, clean, elegant. The pool side was particularly lovely. Teresa was incredibly helpful and always available and Damian was a gem. We felt well cared for. Though the beach was not that far away we really needed the ATV which gave us the freedom to come and go as we were surrounded by a beautiful desert.

Great house, construction across the street

House was beautiful and communication with Julie was easy. Everything was spotless and well appointed. Bikes in garage were fun. Not in the best condition, but certainly usable. Our only major complaint is that there are currently three houses under construction directly across the street with workers on site from 7-5 mon-sat. They aren't terribly loud but noticeable especially from the upstairs patio. We stayed in early February 2020, not sure how long the houses will be under construction but they appeared to have a long way to go. We were at the house with our two young kids so the heated pool was the major reason we rented the house. The pool is awesome but be warned, it is not cheap to heat. We heated it to about 83 degrees during the day and then turned it off at night (it would go down to ~78 by the morning). We did this for five days and blew through an entire propone tank at the cost of ~$260. I think it was abnormally cold when we were there so your mileage may vary. Two recommendations for the property owners would be to get a plastic bubble wrap type cover for the pool to make heating it more efficient and to get a dispenser for five gallon water jugs. We just bought lots of gallon jugs but getting one five gallon jug (which they sell everywhere) would be way easier.

Absolutely Amazing!

Teresa and Sean could not have provided a more inviting and comfortable home/environment! Their home was clean, spacious and had every amenity imaginable, not to mention, aesthetically pleasing with their decor and artwork. The staff that they have engaged were very accommodating, friendly and informative. We cannot recommend them enough and we look forward to returning! Thank you!!!

Top Shelf

Once again we very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Mañana! This was our second time and it did not disappoint. We're heading back to the area in February and had this property been available we would have booked again. We like the high level of communication with the owners and dealing with Damian and Rigo (property manager and maintenance) was a real pleasure. Informative and friendly is always a winning combination. Renting a property in Mexico was a first experience for our travelling companions and they were blown away. On the way to the airport they requested the property ID for a future stay. It is a property that we would recommend to anyone who is visiting the area with family/friends. Looking forward to a longer term stay in 2024! Cheers, Jeff & Cathy

Great house

Great house for two couples. Clean, nice pool area and kitchen. Comfy living room. Huge TV. Could use a few guest focused improvements like newer bath towels, shower soap, replace stained mattress cover. Access to the house is via app which is not convenient with multiple people. Owner communication is excessive. Prefer to communicate with Owner or manager, not both. Dislike the ambiguous potential charge for extra electricity use.

A little slice of heaven

We had the most amazing experience in the home from start to finish! We love vacationing in Los Barrilles and have done so many times. It was a perfect home for two couples. The house is spacious and the pool is the absolute best!! It is very secure and private with a 6 foot walk that surrounds the property and it is in an established neighborhood. Everything about the home was just as described in the VRBO listing. We are so grateful to have found this lovely place and will definitely return there again!

Beautiful, spacious , clean, comfortable , when I first walked in the house it felt like home, Damion was waiting for our arrival and gave us a complete and thorough walk-through showed me how everything operated and then left giving us privacy then he came back and picked us up to go fishing on the nicest boat I’ve been on, we caught 7 fish that day, thanks Teresa for a providing a very special home… Dave

big bright yellow house of happiness :)

Everything was perfect! The house has an amazing location tucked away in a secluded little neighborhood. The roof deck is a great spot for stargazing. The TVs are huge and was so much fun watching movies at night. Damian was such a great help and was responsive to all our needs! The beds were very cozy and the overall vibe of the house is bright and happy! The kitchen was modern and spacious. The outdoor fire pit and pool was a great addition! Definitely very grateful for this amazing stay and hope to make return to this bright yellow house of happiness! Thank you for having us :)

Casa Mañana

We loved our stay at Casa Mañana, it was clean and well appropriated with all the necessities and comforts you could want. The Kitchen had everything you would need to make many meals, and the water filtration system is another added PLUS feature. The master suite is wonderful and private and our daughter and partner had the same privacy in their room, being able to go up to the top floor for evening star gazing was such a plus. The weather was cooler for our visit so need to turn on air condioning as the ceiling fans were quite enough air circulation, the pool was well kept and we felt no need for the heater there as well. We had an opportunity to go out for a day of fishing on the owners boat with their knowledgeable skipper Damien and his helper brother Rigo, just the icing on the cake. We've stayed up and down the coast of the east cape of Baja for many years and were delighted to come across the Casa Mañana, please don't miss this gem for your next vacation. We look forward to returning.

Excellent Property in a Great Location

We stayed for two weeks with another couple in Oct/Nov 2021 and had a great time. The property is just as advertised and the photos are an accurate representation of what you get. We loved the private pool, dual showers in the bathrooms, the outdoor shower by the pool, and the top deck for morning coffees or star gazing at night. It’s a short walk to Tres Palapas Pickleball Club and down the arroyo to the beach. The neighbourhood is very quiet but still close to town. Almost everything in the place is nearly new and up to date. One caution was that during the timing of our stay the small little flies were really active between 5-7 PM and love flying into your ears and nose, so bring some bug spray if you come during the bug season. Julie the property manager was great to deal with and Los Barriles is quickly becoming our favourite vacation spot in Mexico. Our friends are seasoned travellers and were very impressed with everything as well. We have a few small suggestions for improvement which we will pass directly along to the owner.

Great experience

The property, location and overall experience will not disappoint. Beautiful, well kept property with everything needed for a couple or two or a family. Great neighborhood and easy to get to town. Julie was great getting us to the property and was available for any needs. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Amazing stay at Casa Mañana

My husband and I stayed with another couple at Casa Mañana for 9 nights towards the end of February. We all loved it! It was so spacious; none of us felt like we were stepping on each other's toes and still had our privacy. We enjoyed cooking together in the extremely well stocked kitchen. It had everything we needed with some luxuries, as well. (Blended margaritas, anyone?) The house is immaculately clean with modern decor and lots of light with the huge sliding doors. The pool area is awesome and we loved that it was heated. It was easy to enjoy even if it was a little chilly outside, so we didn't mind paying for the heat one bit. It was incredible looking at the stars on the upstairs patio and a lot of fun checking out the moon with the telescope. We will definitely be coming back! These folks and the home are fantastic!!!

Lovely home

We enjoyed our week at Casa Manana. The house is well designed to take advantage of the sun/shade throughout the day and the pool was very refreshing complete with outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. We loved the high ceilings and tall doors in the house and all the different outdoor zones. The espresso maker was a pleasant surprise and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed riding bikes to the beach (although the tires were flat, but luckily we were able to buy a pump and a little compressor at a local thrift shop). Overall it was a great place to vacation!

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

We loved staying at Casa Manana. The pool and courtyard are nicely situated to provide both sun and shade. The high ceilings allow great ventilation, and the architecture is very pleasing. There is exceptional star-gazing, and the sound of a few cowbells is all that we heard each evening...very restful.

Clean and Peaceful

We had a wonderful time at Casa Mañana. The home was clean with a great kitchen for cooking. The outdoor space was beautiful with the deck for morning ocean views, the pool for the afternoon and the deck again for stargazing. The home is rural enough for quiet relaxation and close enough to town for anything you might need. The home is fully stocked with everything you need for your beach trips. We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be going back!

Update in 2022. We are proud to introduce Damian, the Captain of our boat, as our new property manager. Damian speaks English and Spanish. He is excited to diversify and do better for his family. He is up to the challenges of property management and has 5 rentals so far that have given us much positive feedback about his work. He was born and raised in La Ribera. His entire family are rooted in this community They are top notch, hard working, dependable and trustworthy. We know 4 generations of this family plus some of their extended family members. We are very fortunate to call these folks friends.
