Located on the top floor, enjoy spectacular ocean views and breathtaking sunsets from the wrap-around lanai which provides ample seating for your group. Air conditioning units in the bedrooms and living room provide comfort, while thoughtfully provided amenities provide convenience so you can spend more time relaxing. A Cal-king, a queen, and two twin beds offer plenty of sleeping space, and the well-maintained grounds include a tennis court, gas BBQ grills, a pool, hot tub and exercise room.

This spacious condo recently received a fresh makeover so you can expect a serene home base in between your Big Island adventures: stroll Ali'i Drive and learn of Kailua-Kona's rich history, snorkel with playful dolphins during the day or manta rays at night, go stargazing at the Mauna Kea summit, view the active volcano from a helicopter tour, bring home fresh Kona coffee from a local farm, or explore beautiful beaches with the occasional lounging sea turtle or the winter whale migration. Your exciting Hawaiian venture begins here!

Please note: This complex is in the process of being painted. This unit is located in building 5 and it has been completed. The complex is also having spalling work (repairs to the cement building) done in preparation for painting the ocean front units of buildings 1 and 6.

Great location for some quiet relaxation, but a short drive to the shops and restaurants in Kona. The rooms were good size and very accurate as advertise.

Well equipped and great views of the ocean wonderful wrap around deck. Needs some updated cushions for outside but otherwise a great place. There are alot of rules with the HOA and I would suggest the description be more specific in this area

My Hawaiian vacation

We stayed here for 10 wonderful days. We had everything we needed including coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards and a few sand toys. The views from the wrap around lanai were amazing and the place was very peaceful. If you come with kids the quiet times are quite strictly enforced as well as no jumping in the pool so just be aware of that and you will have a wonderful stay.

Amazing view

Beautiful way to start the morning with coffee and an incredible view from the wrap around lanai. Property management went above and beyond with any questions or needs. The condo grounds were beautiful. Having washer & dryer was a bonus. New cushions on lanai furniture would be appreciated.

Spring Break

We were teacher’s on spring break. This home gave us plenty of space. The view and the large lanai were fabulous and peaceful. We enjoyed starting and ending each day on the Lanai. It was just a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy!

Amazing views

My family and I including my 4 month old grandson had a great time at the condo. We saw pods of wales and dolphins from the lanai. The location was close to town and there was plenty of parking for our two cars. The only reason I gave it 4 starts instead of 5 is the coffee pot, it had the wrong carafe for the machine which made coffee collect in the filter causing the coffee to overflow, other than that we all had a great time!

The grounds are beautiful. Garden of Eden. Views spectacular. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed the beach chairs and boogie boards. Wrap around lanai amazing and quiet. Will stay here again. Only improvement: Lanai furniture could use upgraded cushions- not very comfortable.

Convenient and quiet

Beautiful property, great view and location. Not necessarily good for families with small children because of all of the rules; ie, no pool toys, floaties etc, no food allowed at the pool. We couldn't use our phones on the lanai so working from the Condo wasn't ideal.

Excellent location, very comfortable condo with spectacular views!

Pros: Paul, our host, was incredible. He was very responsive & accommodating from start to finish. The location & views are 10/10, incredible. Well equipped & comfortable condo for our party of 5. Cons: Very strict rules, it seems as though many of the other condos are inhabited by older residents who frown on those of us renters enjoying our vacation (i.e. conversing “too loudly” at dinner on the lanai, no floaties or splashing/fun in the pool, etc.) feels almost like it should be a 55 property based on the very strict rules & how they’re enforced by the residents. Overall, would absolutely stay here again! Thank you, Paul, for a wonderful stay!

One month stay

The grounds and pool were amazing! Wish the condo would have had a decent broom and a mop. The lanai would get bird droppings on it and would have liked to have been able to mop it. More cleaning supplies would have been nice. The broom and vacuums were not great. Loose tiles on the lanai and the condo could maybe use a good updating. Other than that our stay was great.

Celebrating birthdays!

We had a lovely time at this condo! It was laid out beautifully, and the view was stunning. The loft got a bit to warm at night, but it was manageable. We were very gratefully for the air conditioning. The only thing that was a little silly was amount of toilet paper provided for a condo that sleeps 6 people: 3 rolls for one week for 6 people. Then they wanted to charge us $35 to bring more. I thought that was a bit silly. Otherwise, the grounds were beautiful. The pool was lovely, and it was perfect distance to downtown Kona.

Great view

While dated, the condo was comfortable and clean. Couldn’t ask for a better view of sunset. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone who has physical issues as there are three flights of stairs. Pool was wonderful, but walking to the beach wasn’t an option. Especially appreciated Paul, our contact, for his quick response and support. I would recommend this property for a positive experience.

Great view

Nice condo with an awesome view and Lanai. Paul the manager was very responsive in all my emails. They supply you with beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and beach towels. I also saw snorkel supplies. It could use some updates but the pictures show the real deal. Also there is an air conditioner in all the rooms. I would stay again.

Perfect spot

We loved this condo!! It was perfect for the 6 of us and had everything we needed! I especially enjoyed having my coffee and watching the ocean in the morning. So peaceful and beautiful! The beds are super comfy! The place was warm when we got in but after we got the ac going... what a difference!! Paul was helpful without hovering which I liked!! Everything was ready when we got there and easy to manage! Thank you Paul for an easy and beautiful stay!!

Beautiful view, disappointing accommodations

Some reviews say "tired". I say comatose. Kitchen cabinet doors stuck themselves shut repeatedly. The finish on one was rubbed off apparently from people trying to get it open. Door handles has "scuz" on the back side underneath, apparently decades of buildup. The bathroom door handle lopck stuck shut. Close the door from the outside and you aren't getting in. Did I forget the plugged kitchen sinks? Took me a hour and a half to clean up after the plumber after he had left, some from him, most because it hadn't been cleaned under the sink for ages. Check out the lani. Hasn't been painted for years, maybe ever. The walls are all spotted and faded. Furniture very uncomfortable with the exception of the living area couch. The place looks like it was furnished by Goodwill. The indoor dining table is a lani table complete with umbrella hole. Sits four. We had six. PLUS SIDE: The view was great. The pool needed replastering but is fully functional and very nice. The lounge chairs were quite comfortable. There is a great viewing area for sunsets and whale watching. Everything I could have expected from the common area. My contact, Paul, was quite accommodating. He got a plumber out ASAP on a Saturday, a small miracle in Hawaii! This was my first VRBO. Maybe I just expected too much. Don't think I'll do this again.

Great vacation!

This is a terrific place to use as home base when exploring the Big Island. Nearby snorkeling, easy access to beaches, walking distance to shopping, near large grocery stores. Having a car was very useful for travelling the island. My review stars tell it all - well supplied for cooking, cleaning, beach-visiting; relaxing; on-site pool and hot tub were well kept. We were in Hawaii at the beginning of the Coronavirus shutdowns - were able to eat out the first night before restaurants were closed to visiting, able to visit beaches before they were banned from use; able to drive around the Island several days to see all the sites - even though the Parks were shut down, they were not closed to walking around and learning about the Island and its volcanos; able to swim with the manta rays; able to buy groceries for cooking at our Kona Makai unit. Paul was very helpful when we asked for the location of items. There was no cover-up or skimming over the facility on the VRBO website and description of this property. I would recommend it to everyone.
