It really is paradise. Wake up to Florida sunshine and a stunning view of the pool. Take your coffee out to the spacious lanai and bask in the lush tropical landscape. Later on, enjoy a lazy day in the pool or relax in the hot tub. If you've never experienced a saltwater pool, the water feels like silk, is clear and there is no smell of chlorine. Then off to Barefoot Beach for a spectacular sunset. We've got the beach chairs, and it's only a five-minute drive.

Like to bike? Our home is two minutes from the scenic Vanderbilt Drive bike path, or you can bike in the neighborhood. No worries about the expense and hassle of renting bikes; we have two women's, two men's, and a child's bike available to our guests.

Enjoy the best of everything Bonita Springs and North Naples offer while staying at this lovely home in Bonita Shores, located south of Bonita Beach Road and west of Vanderbilt Drive. Bonita Shores is a quiet neighborhood and a great place to relax and unwind.

Vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan give this spacious home an airy feeling; the French doors leading to the lanai add a touch of elegance. The office has a large desk, chair, printer, and a daybed with a trundle that accommodates two children. In 2025, we added a walk-in shower for our guests' comfort and convenience.

Amenities include a comfortable sectional chaise sofa, a 50-inch Smart TV in the living room, and Smart TVs in both bedrooms, all with streaming apps and Xfinity cable. The home is equipped with quality dinnerware, premium sheets and bath and beach towels, and a new outdoor grill. In 2025, we added a walk-in shower to our main bathroom for the comfort and convenience of our guests.

We're committed to doing everything possible to provide guests with a wonderful, memorable, and hassle-free vacation.

Our home is just a short drive from all the great shopping, restaurants, and other attractions in Bonita Beach and North Naples. Publix grocery store is only 1.3 miles away. And our guests have a short walk to the Royal Scoop, the area's most popular ice cream shop!

Favorite biking destinations are the beautiful Cocohatchee River Park (2.4 miles) and Vanderbilt Beach access in North Naples (4.3 miles). Best of all, no hills!

Four Tommy Bahama beach chairs and a cooler bag are available to take to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The owners checked in to make sure we had all we needed and followed up right before departure. We’ve stayed in many parts of Florida and found that this home is in a very convenient location, near nice beaches, a diverse assortment of restaurants, and all the stores that you may need to pop into to while you are on vacation are nearby.The house itself was exactly what we were looking for, especially the pool and hot tub! The home was clean and spacious. Having additional access to the home through the garage was also helpful when coming home from the beach. From the garage you enter the home through the laundry room, where you could hang towels and deposit your stuff without dragging it through the house. The home was well equipped and it was a great stay. It’s a home I’d recommend to anyone.

This was our first time staying in Bonita Springs. We absolutely LOVED this house! Everything was as described. Just perfect! We didn't need to buy anything. Everything we needed for the week was available to us at this beautiful home! This was one of the most relaxing vacations! Extremely quiet neighborhood. Neighbors were very friendly. Very relaxing during the day out by the pool. No noise, only the sound of birds! This home is close to airport, beaches, nice restaurants (so many to choose from), church and food stores. GREAT location! We had a few questions before and during our stay and Paul and Linda responded very quickly, even while preparing for the 2nd Hurricane Milton (2 hurricanes hit right before our stay and there was no damage to their home)! We really enjoyed our stay, and it was very difficult to leave! Royal Scoop and Sweet Melissa's were both GREAT for homemade ice cream (I cannot decide which one was better)! We would definitely LOVE to come back!

Last minute summer getaway

We planned a last minute trip to Florida, and having spent time in Bonita Springs previously we already loved the area. I contacted Paul with some initial questions, and we booked the Home and were extremely happy we did. It truly was everything we were looking for. The location being so close to the beach, as well as great restaurants and groceries was perfect. The home itself was beautiful and very comfortable with everything we needed for a week’s stay. We used the pool on a daily basis, and even the hot tub a couple of times in the evening. Although we didn’t use the bikes, it’s such a nice option to have ready and waiting. I had a couple of questions during our stay, and Paul responded right away. I cannot say enough nice things about the Home and the Hosts, Paul & Linda made our vacation perfect. We will be back

Bonita Springs 2024

We very much enjoyed our stay in Bonita Springs. I was our third time at this house and each time it has lived up to its billing. We enjoy the proximity to Bonita and Barefoot Beaches as well as the restaurants including The Fish House, Doc's Beach House and Cocoanut Jack's. We especially enjoy our visits to the Royal Scoop (walking distance). We were also able to visit Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel and Matlacha. each of these are pretty sites but are also still suffering the effects of Hurricane Ian. It's also gratifying to see the resiliency of these town and their people. Great visit, terrific weather and very relaxing.

Best rental we’ve ever had!!!!

The house is clean and so comfortable. The owners are very available and helpful and have stocked the kitchen and rooms with everything one would need. The pool and hot tub were perfect for a relaxing vacation. We will definitely be coming back!

A personal oasis!

Such an enjoyable stay! When we weren't enjoying the pool and hot tub, we took the bikes plus chairs and umbrella to the beach, liked the recommended restaurants and played a couple rounds of mini-golf. The bed was firmer than we are used to but a soak in the hot tub took care of any aches. The pool heater had some issues at the beginning of our stay but Paul was very attentive, kept us informed and everything was resolved by the second night. They also provided a gift card to the nearby ice cream shop as an anniversary gift! Would definitely stay here again!

The house is fully equipped and has all of the required amenities. A special emphasis goes to the beautiful pool and extra large spa. If considering this property the privacy and quality of the pool / spa should not be overlooked. This location is super convent to great restaurants, shopping and the beaches, Our host Paul maintained open communication and his property manager Eileen was available if need (but we had absolutely no issues).

The property owner, Paul is very nice and responds immediately. Check-in process was very smooth. Beautiful, clean home with a wonderful pool/hot tub! Close to Barefoot Beach; however, it was still under some construction from Ian so it wasn’t as pretty as the 20 min drive to Lowdermilk Beach. All in all, 5 star stay!

Bonita Springs 2023

We had a terrific visit. It was our second time staying at this property. The house is quite comfortable and well furnished including all the needed kitchen equipment for making meals yourself. The pool is fantastic, nice and warm. Close proximity to the beach, great restaurants and, of course, The Royal Scoop. The house showed no damage or impact from the hurricane last fall.

This is a BEAUTIFUL property. So many things to do in the area. Don't pass it by.

This property was meticulous upon arrival. It was everything the host(s) had described it to be. Loved the privacy of the beautiful pool area, the incredible ranch home, bikes, beach chairs, all for your use. So many family activities located so close to the house. A "must" if you're looking for a beautiful ranch home w/pool.

Perfect quiet retreat

This home has it all!! It’s close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and activities. The home and pool were immaculate and we felt right at home the second we walked through the door! Communication with Paul was extremely easy and he even checked in with us to make sure there were no issues. We had a great vacation here!!!!

Perfect oasis

Everything was as clean and neat as anyone could hope when we arrived, and the extra supplies and quiet neighborhood was a bonus. We didn’t have to go far to find great food, beautiful beaches, and interesting attractions and shopping. We’ll be back, and highly recommend this home.

Beautiful home to stay in!

Paul was great to work with. The heater didn’t work in the pool/hot tub at first, but they were right on the ball with fixing it and we enjoyed it very much! Communication was great! This house had everything we needed and was a nicer house than the one we had in Cape Coral last year. Great location too! We would definitely recommend this house for others and stay here again! Thanks again!

Bonita Springs March-April 2022

Our stay in Bonita Springs was fantastic. The owner was easy to contact and very responsive to requests and questions. The house is beautiful and very well kept; it was clean and very well equipped. Many of the little things were included, toilet paper, paper towels, soap at the sinks, laundry detergent and dishwashing soaps. The pool is excellent and it was relaxing to lounge by the pool. The lanai made this very comfortable. It is recommended that anyone read the Banner, the local advertising as it has lots of local information. Best of all are the coupons for the nearby Royal Scoop. The house is close to several excellent, white sand beaches. There are excellent restaurants close to the house including the Fish House and Coconut Jacks. We'll be looking forward to our return visit.

Very nice property. Everything worked and was clean when arriving. Owner kept in loop. Was kind of expensive, but I’m told that’s the going rate for that area very near ocean and beautiful barefoot beach.

After many vacations on Sanibel Island, we rented a house in the Bonita Shores neighborhood in January 2018. While biking, we saw a for sale sign and fell in love with a beautiful pool/spa home. Two days later, we submitted an offer, and came home from our vacation with a very large souvenir. It was one of the most spontaneous decisions we've ever made, and as it turned out, also one of the best.

In the next few months, we sold our cabin in Northern Wisconsin, where we had enjoyed fishing, biking, and boating for many years. We also had been renting our cabin for 15 years so we were comfortable doing the same thing only in a much warmer climate.

One of the greatest rewards of renting our cabin in Northern Wisconsin was the positive feedback we received from guests and the relationships we built with them over the years. We are so grateful to see this happening again with our new guests in Bonita Springs, and to hear how much they are enjoying their vacations!

Bonita Springs and Naples have so much to offer -- fantastic restaurants, shopping, entertainment, boating, fishing, and golf. We enjoy biking, and favorite destinations are Cocohatchee River Park and Vanderbilt Beach at the Bluebill Beach Access about four miles south on the Vanderbilt Drive bike path.
