Enjoy relaxing in a cheerful space decorated with ocean themes! You'll love kicking back in this condo's comfortable living space cooled by central air-conditioning, and the colorfully furnished balcony features a view of the ocean sure to inspire a trip to the beach. Enjoy cooking something tasty in the well-equipped kitchen, or take dinner to the shared gas grill for an extra sear. Board games are included for post-beach fun!

You can also enjoy access to a shared pool, hot tub, fitness room, and tennis center during their stay. An elevator in the building adds convenience.

THINGS TO KNOW
Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.
Guests must buy parking passes online before their stay, and up to two will be allotted. Details on how to purchase will be provided after booking. The fee schedule is $25 (1-3 nights), $35 (4-6 nights), $45 (7-14 nights), and $60 (15+ nights).

Great stay for the price

Had a great stay. Friendly neighbors and easy access to the pools and beach. Customer service was really great making sure we checked in ok and had no problems. Appliances dated but worked with no issues. Really enjoyed our stay!

Location approved. Property needs some serious upgrades.

We got exactly what we were expecting out of the location, as we have stayed at Plantations before, but the room was not good.Amongst the issues: Light fixture / fan in "master bedroom" didn't work, the stove is so old that you couldn't tell if it was preheating, the fridge didn't cool for the first two days, one of the two provided box fans didn't work, the stove top set off the fire alarm, and the "master bathroom" was equivalent to a Motel 6.We are generally pretty easy to please, as we travel for the outside experience, not the rooms but this one was not good. Time to take some of the 3000 that it cost us to stay there for the week and upgrade the basics.

Needs updating

The condo has beautiful views, but the unit needs updating and repairs done. The furniture is dated and dirty. Loved the location and amenities. It’s very convenient to have a restaurant on site. I will be back, but will choose another unit.

Cute but needed a deep cleaning.

Location was great for the beach and great amenities. Place likes really cute when we arrive. Perfect view of the ocean. However, after further inspection furniture was stained, we sat on a blanket the whole time. The shower curtain was mildewed and had someone hair clip on it. There were dirty spots throughout the house. Got in touch with the company and they stated they would contact the local facility and never heard back.

Disappointed in the cleanliness and location

The first line under the property listing says GULF SHORES, although I should have looked further I did not realize this was in Fort Morgan until the day of our stay. Also, the condo was not clean. The blankets were dirty and a few stained, the sheet on the couch bed, which was very uncomfortable, appeared to have been on there for a while, and the master bathroom had black mildew or mold in the corners. Overall the experience was not great due to location and cleanliness. The view was good and the shower was hot so those were positives.

The condo was ok. It served its purpose. The stove was old and smelled at first use. The room was not cleaned well. The beds weren’t comfortable to my taste. Very firm. The pool area was very nice. Easy beach access. There’s a dollar general very close by that was handy for things forgotten. One of the bar stools in the picture was broken and in a closet so there was less seating at the bar. Everything worked that we tried to use. There’s a nice view out towards the ocean. The condo was near the elevator which made loading and unloading easier. I wanted to mop or vacuum or something but there wasn’t anything to do that with accessible to me. There is a broom in the closet next to the entry. The blackout curtains were nice at night to block street lights.

Overall bad.

They threw some paint on this place and haven’t changed anything else in 50+ years. Everything was broken. The trash can lid was broken so my baby was constantly in it. The tub drains would take 15-20 minutes to drain. The appliances are so old! The oven smoked out the entire condo and set the alarm off the first night just on preheat so we couldn’t use it. It was so old the poor service lady was at a loss to fix it. The eyes of the stove didn’t fit and were a literal danger to use bc they were so loose. We were brought a cheap hot plate that smoked so bad when we plugged it up it gagged us. All our groceries we bought to cook were wasted. None of the cabinets had handles and all stuck/knocked together. The fridge and freezer were filled with water the entire time and kept dripping inside. The guard to the bottom of the fridge was off. The beds were so squeaky and terrible. The pad on the lay out couch barely made a difference, you could feel all the bars it was actually painful to sleep on. All the furniture had dark stains on the cushions/pillows from over use and age. The backs of the table chairs were broken bamboo and stuck out poking you in the back. We had soiled sheets in the closet. Both times the service lady was sent we didn’t approve entry, the sencond time we had no clue but they left the picture off the wall and the breaker box open. “Billie” offered over the phone to fix things or give a refund for the oven issues but we never heard back from her. Even the customer service texts were rude and kept telling me to “allow some time for assistance” that never came. The only nice thing I can say about this place was that thankfully all the amenities around it were short walking distance bc in the inside was terrible. We even lost power for seven hours during a storm (which I understand is a nature issue) but all the noise from the squeaky beds made it impossible to sleep with no power. This is such a nice location if they would upgrade the unit.

Nice complex with plenty of ammenities. Sofa and rugs could use cleaning as they appeared dirty. Property description says free parking, but then you have to pay $25 to register and park at complex. Description also said beach chairs were available in the condo, but we’re unable to locate and had to rent at the beach. I was able to text message our contact and they checked on it for me. I was issued a refunded $25 for the inconvenience. It was nice to have someone to contact via text message if there were any issues. I would stay here again.

Plantation West 1239

The room had a perfect view of courtyard in front of Plantation Palms and the ocean. Room was clean upon arrival. This was our first time staying on this side of the condo. We come to Gulf Shores Plantation almost yearly and this was just as amazing as all the other times. Great family atmosphere and area was clean even though repairs are being done around resort due to hurricane Sally. Definitely recommend for families.
