Why Madeira Beach? It's the best kept secret on the Gulf Coast, that's why. Not overgrown and overcrowded, as so much is now.

Convenience! With airport access from Tampa or St Petersburg, you're just a half hour to your beach home. No traffic messes (as in Clearwater) getting here or in getting around here. Rental cars aren't necessary. Airport shuttles are available, as is Uber and Lyft.

Across the street is a supermarket, drug store, Dollar Store, Post Office, and many bars and restaurants.

Why here? Luxury. You're staying at our recently renovated,--right down to the mattresses-- luxurious condo located within Ocean Sands, --Madeira Beach's flagship beach front location.

The heated pool and hot tub! See for yourself. There's just not a more luxurious pool/hot tub setting anywhere in Madeira Beach!

You're on the 7th floor. The absolutely best level to view the beach, ocean, and intercoastal waterways. From your spacious balcony, or gazing either from your living room or master bedroom, you'll have a perfect view of the beach, ocean, dolphins, and sunsets. You'll watch the sunrise over the intercoastal waterways from the kitchen and 2nd bedroom.

Complete accommodations down to the wine corkscrews. You just won't find a finer condo than this one. 2 full bathrooms. WiFi, heated pool, big screen LED TVs, jacuzzi, grill, Tiki party hut, washer/dryer. Handicap accessible. Covered ramp parking with your own private parking space.

Get away

Owner was great. Very responsive in answering questions prior to booking, before arrival and during stay. Condo had everything I needed to stay comfortably. Beautiful sunsets. Will stay here again.

We stayed two weeks at this amazing condo. It was wonderful from the view from your balcony, to all the amenities. The owner was great at staying in contact with to check and make sure I was all set for check in. Any questions I had he was prompt with getting back to me. They pretty much have everything you need in their condo. It is organized and clean, I love how everything is labeled. The beds are so comfortable and plenty of room for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked. Everything you need is available from beach stuff, games and extra beach towels, extra bath towels etc. I will definitely be coming back and will be rebooking this condo. Thank you so much Dennis!

We loved it so much we stayed a second time!

This is our second stay at the condo, and it is one of our favorite get-aways. It's perfect location-beach and pool at your fingertips. Plus, close enough to walk to the grocery store and restaurants. The condo has everything you need for a lovely time-just relax and enjoy those sunsets!

Excellent condominium, everything we needed was there,. Kitchen was great, chairs and umbrellas for visits to beach, great pool and hot tub. Walking distance to everything.

A Perfect Stay

This property always gets great reviews, but we were able to see personally how great it is. Having stayed in several different units, they have all been good, but this is by far the best. The owners have the property very well stocked with kitchen equipment, towels, etc… Also they have thought of all potential scenarios to make the stay enjoyable for the guests.

Fabulous condo

The reviews for this property are very positive for a reason. The condo is lovely, and every detail has been thought about. The decor is beachy, but not over the top. All of the amenities nearby are great. The sunsets in evening and morning coffee on the balcony are fabulous.

Beautiful Condo

This was a beautiful unit at Ocean Sands. The owner was great to work with and flexible, allowing us to have a later checkout at the last minute. The beds were comfortable and everything was super clean. We have stayed at Ocean Sands many times and would definitely recommend this unit. Thank you Dennis!

Endless Sunsets

This condo was super clean and well supplied. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from our lanai and along the beach. The building is secure and well maintained. Just a lovely getaway to relax.

Absolutely Wonderful!

The reviews were all spot on. Unit was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and had a very warm inviting feeling. I appreciated finding coffee filters, coffee, spices, etc. when we arrived. Underground parking was great. Building is kept very well. This unit will not disappoint.

Beautiful View

Ocean Sands condo was top notch. From the gorgeous beach/ ocean views to the fabulous large pool. The condo was clean, well decorated and contained all the dishes you would ever need. Table inside and out to enjoy your meals. Beds were very comfortable. The condo was fairly large, never felt crowded with 2 couples and the larger deck was perfect. With close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants etc. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

A Dreamy Beach Stay

We were thoroughly impressed with this rental. It was well-stocked with little luxuries, and it had adequate space for our family of four. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and beach access was easy and so close to the building. The covered parking is a plus in the August heat! We found Madeira Beach to be a hidden gem. We are used to extremely busy Destin, so a slower paced beach area was awesome. The owner was fantastic. He kept in touch and helped us navigate the new area without issue. Can't wait for our next trip!

5 star stay

We thought the unit and host was fantastic which started with very easy and prompt communication. Upon arrival you notice how much thought went into the property in regards to cleanliness and the the stocking of the unit itself. You truly do not need to bring anything extra. We loved the walk-in closet and suitcase racks - so you don’t feel the need to live out of your suitcase. Bed very comfortable. Condo is conveniently located within walking distance to groceries, CVS and restaurants. Even though we didn’t need, we saw a public transportation stop located near building. Security is all throughout the property. Overall - this unit is highly recommended.

Great Experience

My mom and I both loved our experience in this rental! We booked a sort of last minute trip for Mother’s Day and decided to forgo a rental car and neither of us regretted it. The condo is walking distance to a CVS, grocery store, and several restaurants. There is also ample Uber/Lyft service in the area - never waited more than a few minutes for a car. You also cannot beat the convenience of the beach and pool being right outside. The condo had great amenities - we pretty much had everything we needed and more between the things we brought and the things the property owner graciously supplied. The beds and linens were very comfy. It was also so clean when we arrived. The owner was responsive, helpful and the instructions were clear. We are very happy with our decision to stay here and will probably stay again!

THIS CONDO IS FABULOUS!

The host was extremely responsive and never once did I question my booking. Two days prior to the check-in we received all necessary information both through email and text. That made checking in a breeze. The parking space is covered and close to the secure lobby and elevator area. The condo was exactly what the photos presented. The view was absolutely stunning from the seventh floor. You have the whole view from the balcony. Both sunset & sunrise. This condo is truly a rare find! It’s extremely close to shopping, walk or drive. We even walked to John’s Pass from the beach, and while it was a bit of a hike it was very doable. The interior of the condo was completely stocked with all the essentials in the kitchen. We had everything but a griddle and you may not even need one. The fridge had waters condiments even the cabinets came with spices, syrup, extra coffee, trash bags, Ziploc baggies, dish soap, laundry detergent. I was beyond shocked. I’ve never went and stayed in a rental that provided these things. Now with respect you bring things and leave things, because this condo is very unique and homey you truly feel like it’s your own. The Master bed was a king with two twins, the mattress and mattress pad are the absolute comfiest bed you will ever sleep in. In my opinion! The condo had extra fans, towels, sheets and even hats to borrow. The second bedrooms queen bed was extremely comfy. The Condo had a closet with boogie boards, beach chairs,umbrellas, and sand toys!

Wonderful

This property is wonderful and the host is amazing. It was our first extended trip to Florida and the first time we rented a condo. Our host was absolutely amazing and responsive to our questions and requests. I could not say enough good about him. The only somewhat less than positive is the second bedroom and the noise from the street and the bar across from the condo. The location was fabulous and because it was so central, noisy outside from the traffic. In the main living area and master bedroom, we only heard the surf.

Wonderful ocean view

Very nice condo, beautifully decorated, amazing ocean view from the lanais! Most well equipped condo we have ever stayed at, check what they have before you go to the grocery store! Nice beach, super soft sand, not busy during the week, not too packed on the weekends, and they have lots of beach stuff for you to use, too! Street side of the building is noisy, but white noise app on the phone took care of that for nighttime, and on the ocean side, you didn’t even hear it! We rented a car & was glad we did, but for people who don’t mind a short walk, grocery store not very away & they have a cart to take over, there are a lot of options for restaurants or can rent a golf cart or get an Uber to go down to John’s Pass for shopping & more options of restaurants! Owner was very helpful & kept in touch every step of the stay! We really enjoyed our time there & highly recommend it!

Madeira beach

A nice clean and spacious properly on the beach and a nice pool The bedrooms were a great size. Would have liked to have been a bit nearer to St. John’s pass for it to be within walking but this did not detract from the property - which we enjoyed. We’d recommend it.

First of all it's on the Gulf. Second it's Madeira Beach. We'd visited Madeira Beach several times finding it the best of all worlds,-- still small compared to other areas, convenient shopping and restaurants And there's the boardwalk at John's Pass. We had our eyes on Ocean Sands .as the place we wanted to eventually own. Although other properties were available at Ocean Sands, choosing this one was a no- brainer.
