Not only will you get captivating views of the ocean, but you will also have access to 20 km of a spectacular beach on the Pacific Shoreline. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. The view, spacious patio, and layout was perfect for our vacation. Playa Royale also has a great front desk staff, always ready with a smile and never in a hurry. The location is very convenient to the market by Paradise Village ,just a 10 minute walk. Itā€™s a popular spot and we hope to return!

We had a great stay. We loved sitting on the spacious balcony having breakfast in the morning watching for the resident iguanas. The staff worked constantly and everything was nice and clean around the resort. The only thing I would request is a new nonstick pan. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Hopefully we can return next year.

Very nice accommodation, well appointed. Good view, lovely resort atmosphere. I would have granted a higher score, but too many things needed repair; phone, dishwasher, icemaker, 4 closets, shower door. The den would work better as a bedroom with chest of drawers. we were a group of 4 older women and very much enjoyed out stay. With only 11 nights, we were not allowed to use only the back row of palapas on the beach.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was perfect for our needs, very clean and sizeable. It was great to have the den for our son to sleep in. The kiddie pool was fantastic, the perfect depth for a toddler.

Our host Marichela was excellent. She provided us with all the information we needed and answered our texted questions quickly. The amenities in the condo were excellent with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa and a TV which allowed us to use our Netflix and Prime video accounts.

Great Stay

We were looking for a week of rest and relaxation. Condo was beautiful, very clean and well appointed. Playa Royale was very relaxing, nice pool/spa. Food next door (though delivered to pool or beach) was quite good and staff very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.

Playa Royale Condo

We had a fabulous stay here. The condo was perfect for two couples and a baby. Extremely spacious and clean. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. The Playa Royale facilities are clean and well maintained. We enjoyed using the BBQ areas for a few dinners. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

This place is phenomenal! Check-in/Host- The process for check-in was so smooth and efficient. Carlo from the resort was so warm and friendly, and made the check-in process flawless. He carefully explained how to arrange transportation and various activities etcā€¦The host response was always less than 24 hours, and they are wonderful to work with. They were so accommodating to my needs.Room- The room was SPOTLESS, the views are fantastic, and itā€™s so peaceful and relaxing. We were so grateful that water and ice were stocked in the unit. The unit has everything you need and then some. The beach towels are thick and beautiful.Beach View- The beach access and views were great, and the snack bar food and drinks were delicious. The swimming pool and hot tub was so nice and relaxing.I would highly recommend staying here, and look forward to booking next year!

Luxury in Nuevo Vallarta

This beachfront property makes for a very comfortable and convenient stay. The condominium is pleasant and comfortable. Palapas abound on the beach where there is meal and drink service. A grocery store is a very short walk. There is also a fine hospital across the street. The owner and property manager are excellent hosts.

Everything is as it was described. The overall grounds , unit, staff wonderful. The only thing I would like to suggest is a Property Stay guide for the guests left in the unit describing check in - check out process, tuning in ID bracelet return, what pools the guest can access. How to get a gym guest pass, shuttle services and how to reach a taxi. I would definitely stay in this unit again. Thank you very much.

Family getaway

We stayed here for 10 days with our three children. The condo is beautiful and spacious, it was clean we we arrived. Check-in was easy. The property and grounds are well taken care of. The location and beach were also wonderful. One thing that we found annoying was the amount of rules Playa Royale has, particularly for children playing in the pool, we felt we had to constantly remind our children to be quiet and basically not be kids. That being said, we did enjoy how peaceful it was there, but it is definitely suited more for older people.

The condo is very nicely decorated! We loved sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean and the stunning sunsets. The only thing missing was an umbrella for the late afternoon sun.
