This newly constructed Seagrove Beach house will make you feel like you're dreaming from the moment you walk in. Built with luxury and comfort in mind, this modern oasis will please even the most selective guest. Day Dreamer can accommodate up to 12 guests and features 4 unique bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a rooftop fire pit, and a stunning private pool that can be heated in the cooler months.

This house was built so that you would never want to leave, but if you do find a way to pry yourself away you are in an ideal location to many attractions nearby. Bike to Seaside, only about a mile away for a fun day of shopping and eating in the square. Day Dreamer is situated in close proximity to multiple other notable restaurants as well as a Publix grocery store. Most importantly, the beach access is directly down the street, only about 150 yards away.

Day Dreamer has an outdoor space built for entertaining. Grill out on the built in propane grill while the kids (and adults too!) splash around in the sparkling pool. Enjoy the use of the outdoor pool house for meals in the shade, or catching up on a good book. The second floor roof top is the perfect place to catch a good tan and enjoy a fruity cocktail. The sliding glass doors to the living area of the home expand open so that your guests inside are still just as much part of the fun. The indoor space boasts a generous living area with cable TV, wifi, bluetooth speakers, games, books, and a large dining table. Brand new appliance and sleek cabinetry accent the gourmet kitchen that any chef would be satisfied to cook in. Each bedroom is equipped with brand new king size mattresses, luxurious bedding, flat screen TVs, and private bathrooms. In one of the bedrooms a unique bunk room can be discovered behind an impressive barn door and has two sets of built in twin size bunks. After a long day of fun in the sun, get the s'mores ready, grab a bottle of wine, and head up to the roof top for a fireside hangout. Every detail was considered and no expense was spared in ensuring this vacation home is one you will remember even long after you depart.
