Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is great! We had our family of 13 stay for a week and enjoyed every minute. Easy access to the beach, the beach umbrellas and chairs plus the use of a Golf Cart were fantastic! Plenty of room and privacy in the house, close to great restaurants and ice cream.Our family included 5 children 7 and under. They loved the private pool.

Beautiful home and great location. Issue with pool that Benchmark never addressed after multiple calls! Had dead crab in pool and ants in the pool. We had to address it ourselves over the 4 days. A lot of money for us to clean the pool. Kept saying the team was advised. Light over dining room table kept flickering. Spotty internet. Freezer shelf kept sticking before closing the drawer. Nice having golf cart. Roof has dip and water accumulates on top. Light under deck didn’t work in the driveway.

Just add salt was a beautiful home in a gated community

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location was great steps to the beach. The golf cart was very convenient and we used it everyday. The house was beautiful and clean. We had some issues with the pool, a lot of debris from the trees and this was clogging the filters so the water was green with circulation issues. Called for pool maintenance and they came and fixed the next day however it didn’t last long. The following day it was green again. Benchmark was very easy to get in touch with for any issues and replied back almost immediately. Would definitely recommend this home to others!

Overall we enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect as you’re a short walk from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The house itself was nice and had ample accommodations, however we ran into a problem with the AC not cooling off the house fully. The upstairs levels were really hot during the day and took a while to cool off in the evenings. There was also a child alarm by one of the doors to the outside that was very annoying and we had no way of turning it off during our stay. So every time someone opened the door it would blare loudly. We also had a problem with one of the 3rd floor rooms having no hot water. I will say that the host was very communicative and frequently reaching out for feedback which is great. We didn’t end up using the golf cart during our time, but just make sure you fill out the waiver ahead of time in order to get the keys as it’s through a third party company.
