Recently renovated inside and out, Lone Star is a lovely vacation home located in a quiet neighborhood, just Ā¼ mile west from the heart of popular Grayton Beach. This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom beach house sleeps 12 guests, with 1 king, 2 queens, a full bunk and a queen sofa sleeper. Itā€™s easy to relax at Lone Star, whether you choose one of the 2 large porches with dining areas and great views, the open sun deck, the private pool area or the covered ground-level play area, this home offers the perfect beach getaway for family and friends.

For the kids, thereā€™s lots of beach toys, a wagon, a swing and kidā€™s furniture to make the little ones feel at home, and the adults in the family can enjoy the rocking chairs, picnic table, and porch swing, all provided for guestā€™s enjoyment. Multiple TVs provide ample entertainment options for relaxing inside the home. If you prefer to relax outside in the Florida sunshine, enjoy the 28ā€™ x 14ā€™ private pool, or take a leisurely stroll to the sugar sand beach, only about 75 yards away. The family chef can take advantage of the available grill for cooking out fresh seafood or steaks, burgers and hotdogs, if thatā€™s preferred. Plan your vacation early, as Lone Starā€™s a popular vacation accommodation and books up well in advance.

Beautiful Home

We absolutely loved this property. It has a well stocked kitchen and we had everything we needed. It had a great supply of beach chairs! We really enjoyed our stay!

Great, great house!

This was our 4th year at Lonestar. We love the house. This year there were some nice additions. Appliances, bedding, furniture. This house has everything you need to make meals and enjoy your vacation. it is a short walk to the beach, however, this year we got a golf cart and cruised back and forth. Lonestar has a bunch of beach chairs and beach toys for young children. I would strongly recommend Lonestar for 2-3 families, there is more than enough room indoor or out on the patios.

This place was perfect for our 2 family's and lots of kids.

This was the best vacation spot we have had in years. Easy walk to the beach and a partial beach view. Great house for kids as well. We will be back for sure!

Family Friendly Gem

Not only plenty of beds but first floor had enormous sandbox play area with toys. Tons of beach chairs and buckets, etc., to take to beach (even though property management company didn't know about them)--no umbrella but easy to rent. Also children's books/toys throughout house. Amazing double deck porch for eating and lounging (hanging bed was fun for kids). Walk was so close to the beach and even though pool wasn't heated (offseason stay) it was warm and perfect. Checkin was easy but checkout was a little confusing--ended up being easy but just wasn't well communicated in materials. Also wish outdoor shower was working. The only tricky item was the floors of kitchen are super creaky so babes in bedroom were woken here/there, but wasn't a huge deal given the rest of the place was super for our family.

Family getaway

We could not have been more pleased with the beach house, pool, location, weather or clarity of the ocean!! The snorkeling was sublime! This beach is gorgeous and quiet. There were days we actually had the beach to ourselves! We brought all 6 of our kids (11 - 25) and two of our daughters-in-law, and everyone was comfortable and quite pleased!! We would love to stay here again!

Great Location, excellent open floor plan!

Wonderful family friendly house with great floor plan, spacious bedrooms, and a great place to relax with friends. Easy access to the Beach, and a pool that is the perfect size for the kids. The lower screened porch accessed from the Master Suite and Queen Guest Bedroom is a great place to retreat before turning in for the night, and the upper screened porch and open porch area is a fun place to entertain and enjoy being with family and friends. Very clean and well maintained house with updated appliances, and plenty of amenities of home. Our stay included 3 adults, a 16 year old, a 9 year old, two 8 year old children and a 7 year old. We had plenty of room and the kids stayed entertained and had enough room both inside and outside to stay busy and enjoy their own space when needed. Overall a great house and is highly recommended.

Great for young kids, pool. & close to beach!

This was our third stay at Lone Star because we love it. It is very well-equipped for young children, particularly under the house, there is an entire area filled with toys to play in the shade. The pool is great, and the house is a good size for a family group - we were 6 adults and 3 children under 4. A great addition this year was a full size, hanging bed on the screened porch!

Love Lone Star

Lone Star had everything we needed, and more! We loved the big kitchen and the covered porches were so nice to relax on as well with plenty of seating for the whole family. The rental company was helpful and quick to reply to our questions and needs. Everything was clean and in great condition and we were so close to the water. We will be back!
