3 Bedroom Home On Waitts Lake With 150 Feet Of Lake Front

Lake home with 150 feet of lakefront with a private dock. Room to park several cars. A beautiful partially covered, partially open deck. Full kitchen. The first bedroom is downstairs and has a king-size bed and gorgeous view of the lake.
The second bedroom is also downstairs and has a queen-bed and a futon with another fabulous view of the lake. The loft has a queen bed, 2 full-size beds, a futon that folds down and amazing views of the lake and lots of extra room.

The main floor includes a living room and dining room with open concept and more huge windows to see all the activities on the lake. It also includes a kitchen with the basics and half bath. The deck is large on the south side of the house with outdoor furniture and also runs along the front of the house with chairs and small tables to sit out and enjoy all the lake has to offer.

A private dock is included with ample space to tie up a couple boats, canoes or kayaks. Swimming is great right in front of the house as is the fishing. Fish can be caught right off the end of the dock. There is a yard between the lake and the house with a fire pit. 3 kayaks Are available for your use.

The house is located 6 miles from the Chewelah Casino, 10 miles from the town of Chewelah, 20 miles from 49 degrees North ski and snowboard area, 14 miles to the Chewelah Golf and Country Club's 27 hole course and 45 miles to Spokane. Some ice fishing in the winter. Hunting nearby.
Summers listings are one week minimum with check in on Friday.

Wonderful getaway!

Our group had a fantastic time during our one week stay at the lake. The location was great with plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained from age 2 to 95! The house was ideal for our three families and Denise was a wonderful host!

So lovely!

Everything we needed to enjoy our PNW time. Appreciated being able to cook in the kitchen, kids loved the upstairs bedroom, beds downstairs were super comfortable. Played some badminton, roasted marshmallows, and enjoyed the family time in a beautiful location with perfect views. Would love to return in the summer!

Loved it!

We had a great stay at Waitts lake. The home was set up nicely for two families. The lake frontage is quite wide and the dock worked well for our boat. Our kids caught 3 different species of fish from the dock. Denise was very responsive.

Gorgeous lakefront view with dock

I didnā€™t know how many family members were attending a family event, so I booked this lake house instead of booking hotel rooms. Iā€™m glad I did! We were only 5 people in the end, but easily could have had more in this spacious house. It was peaceful and the lake was gorgeous. Thank you to the Smith family for hosting my family.

Perfect lakeside retreat

We are deeply appreciative to find this lovely gem for our family visit in Chewelah. The house was well stocked, comfortable and roomy. And Denise went out of her way to ensure that everything was in order. It is right on the lake, and all bedrooms have great views of the water. The kitchen is big and open with plenty of eating, serving and baking items. I would highly recommend this home for a peaceful lakeside get-away.

Great Experience!

This was a really nice home and perfect for our trip. Communication was really good and access was easy. There were not too any rules and finishing our stay was straight forward. A very good experience.

The weekend was filled with seven dudes that came to take a break and soak in a different scenery. Appreciated the kind welcoming gesture! The upstairs and downstairs living areas are great for a potential split family situation. For us guys it was enjoyable to walk outside the door and go fishing right off the dock.

Beautiful location

This cabin has a beautiful lake view, and plenty of room to sleep for our two families with two bedrooms downstairs and a big multi bed sleeping room upstairs. The place was very clean too. It was well stocked with kitchen essentials and games for the kids, and they loved the sleeping room upstairs, which has 3 full sized beds plus a futon, a table for playing games, and a TV with a DVD player/VCR combo. We had a great time skiing at 49 degrees north which was an easy half hour drive away. We would love to come back and swim off the dock in the summer. Canā€™t wait to return!

Wonderful Host

Denise was super helpful. She made sure the property was ready after a windstorm knocked out the power just days before our stay. She also helped us recover a bag of snow clothes that had accidently been thrown in the trash can and mailed them to us later. She was easy to communicate with and super helpful. The lakehouse seems like it would be really fun in the summer. The location worked fine for our winter ski trip but unfortunately the sauna we were counting on for apres ski warming was not available. The kids loved their upstairs bedroom.

Family gathering

We booked this cabin on the lake to act as a hub so that surrounding family and friends we hadn't seen in a long time could come and go. It was a great place for relaxing and visiting. Denise was very responsive and the overall process was very simple.

The views are amazing. Having the lake in your front yard is something most people only dream of. With this rental you have just that. There is room for 10 people and a great way for friends or a couple families to enjoy a great vacation.
