Combined with the upgrades and renovations, this condo is a sure-fire win for travelers!

From granite counter tops, excellent stainless steel appliances, and all of the necessary cookware to prepare and serve meals, you'll find yourself at home. Save money by cooking gourmet meals for the family, or enjoy one of the many restaurants in the neighbourhood. ( To many to list, but happy to share some of our favourites in the area!!)

The living room features a brand new 75" SMART flat screen high definition television, as well as a comfortable sofa-sleeper, perfect for accompanying children or the occasional overnight guest.

The lofted master bedroom has a new California King bed, TOMMY BAHAMAS island style furnishings, & HD television, separate balcony, privacy shutters, and attached en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has just had a makeover with a STEARNS AND FOSTER amazing mattress and bedroom suite added also, HD television, and nearby access to a full guest bathroom. Each room and the living room feature independent air-conditioning units.

In beautiful South Kihei, the 23-acre Maui Kamaole resort is perfect for your vacation to Maui. With meticulously manicured landscaping, spectacular tropical views, and luxurious resort amenities, Maui Kamaole is sure to help you relax and rejuvenate. There are two pools, multiple hot tubs, tennis facilities, and barbecue area for your convenience. We provide a Karma Closet full of beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and several beach towels. We are always trying to have kids toys, and boogie boards to enjoy some of Maui's wonderful beaches.

This wonderful resort is across from one of South Maui's world-famous beaches, Kamaole Beach III. You'll be steps away from snorkeling, swimming, and strolls in the soft white sand. This is a popular resort destination for travelers around the world!

I have had a number of requests also for multiple families and friends staying at the same time looking for more than one condo, and have a number of friends who are now renting there units out and would be happy to see if i can assist there also.

PLEASE NOTE: The two-bedroom condos at this resort require guests to utilize one flight of stairs. We do not recommend this condo to guests with extensive mobility concerns but are happy to recommend similar options nearby.

Ideal place to stay in Maui with kids

This place really checked all of the boxes. It was a nice space, we had everything we needed for the beach and at home. Great location near the Lam beaches. Ideal place to swim with little ones and tons of sea turtles. Scott was very communicative whenever we had questions and gave us some wonderful recommendations, you could tell he really wanted us to enjoy our trip.

Truly paradise

Attention Canadians… this place is a true gem! Super quiet and conveniently located right next to a pool and BBQ facilities. The unit is equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals, plus plenty of beach toys for a fun-filled day by the water. The beds are comfortable, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver for keeping us cool at night. The deck was perfect for early morning coffee and catching glimpses of the sunset in the evening. Scott was very helpful and quick to address any concerns we had. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this spot for anyone seeking an unforgettable getaway. Mahalo!

Amazing and beautiful for our Maui getaway!

This was our second stay and the property was amazing both times! Exactly what our family needed. Scott is so kind and super easy to work with. The condo was clean, spacious, and was stocked with severally items we needed for living & beach days!

Great experience, loved the chickens!

We had a great time here. The proximity to the pool/ hot tub was a plus. The location across from Kamaole 3 beach was great for afternoon wave jumping and riding. The beds were comfortable and the karma closet had enough items to ensure fun times at the beach.

Amazing Kihei Experience

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect for walking to the beach, shops & restaurants. Scott is excellent with communication & recommendations in the area. Quiet relaxing spot

Our stay was great. The condo is located right next to the pool and BBQs. Its a very short walk to the beach 5mins if you're slow. Plenty of other beaches within 5 to 10 mins driving. The unit was clean when we arrived and the 2 king beds were comfortable. The complex is very quiet making a very relaxing spot. The parking is nice and close to the unit as well. There were beach chairs, a cooler, an umbrella and snorkling gear for us to use. The kitchen pretty much had everything we needed to prepare meals. I would highly recommended this property. Scott the host was amazing and great at communicating. He made everything easy and was quick to answer any questions and help with rescheduling our stay when flights were changed by the airline. The staff on site was also very nice and friendly. We will stay here again when we return.

Nice apartment in Kihei

I can recommend, polite hoster, responded quickly, excellent communication. The house had almost everything you need, except soap, shampoo, tea, coffee and sugar (just don't forget to buy these little things for yourself). Quiet place, although close to the pool. Don't forget to fill out the online form for car registration upon arrival. The nearest shops are 10 minutes away by car. Minus one point because of a nuance that I will inform the host personally, it is easily fixed. I will repeat once again that the place is good and I recommend visiting.

Nice place and great location.

There was a bit of trouble (and it took several days) with getting registered through the management company but they were very helpful in figuring it out. This place is very convenient and has a nice pool. It fit the 5 of us but 6 would be a push since 2 people would need to be on the pull out couch. Kitchen was nicely equipped!!

A Slice of Paradise in Kihei, Maui

My stay from May 28th to June 5th 2024 in Kihei, Maui was nothing short of spectacular. The property is ideally located, offering easy access to the beach and local attractions. The host (Scott) was exceptional, providing great hospitality and ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay. His responsiveness greatly enhanced our experience. Beautiful condo and location

Condo was very welcoming and comfortable. Has everything you need including ice chest. Very clean and well kept. Less than 5 min walk to beach where you can see turtles and amazing sunsets. Host Scott was fantastic. Very responsive and easy to book with. Looking forward to our next trio to Maui

Fabulous place to stay in Kihei!

A few of my family members stayed in this condo at the end of March and had a great time! Beautiful and well-appointed condo, easy access to the beaches and both pools. The property is gorgeous, and it was wonderful to be able to walk to any of the other units at Maui Kamaole that other family members were staying in. This is really the perfect location if you're looking to stay in Kihei, and we will absolutely be back!

Great stay!

We had a great 10 day stay at the unit over Christmas. Everything was as promised and we had no issues at all. The unit was clean and comfortable. We took advantage of the Karma Closet for beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkel gear - which was perfect for our daily walk across the street to the beach. The only negative comment I could make is that the “starter kit” for household supplies was a bit lacking for a 10 day stay. I didn’t want to go buy toilet paper and dishwasher detergent for my last few days. For the daily rate, these things should be included for the duration. But that is a minor issue in the grand scheme of things and didn’t impact our rating. Scott is very personable and we would certainly stay here again.

Incredible host, incredible place

Kihei is a dreamland and being able to stay at Scott’s place was the cherry on top. I’ve never had such an attentive, accommodating, and kind vacation rental host before. Scott bent over backwards to make our stay a good one, and oh was it ever good! I would highly recommend staying at Maui Kamaole — incredibly convenient beach access, great restaurants nearby, an amazing pool, and this apartment was well stocked with beach essentials. The ONLY consideration I would mention is soundproofing if you’re travelling with a baby. The unit isn’t the most soundproof between the bedrooms. Other than that, our group has only the best things to say about this place. Thank you Scott!

A true Gem -- Here's why...

If someone ever wrote a manual or did a masterclass on how to own, operate and keep a vacation rental with the highest standards, this should be the model. Let's start with the backbone of any good operation, the owner, Scott. There are not enough superlatives to describe Scott, but here are a few: responsive, generous, timely, kind, and just an overall attention to detail that sets this property, high, above others. Scott, thank you for having and maintaining such a fantastic place. Caring and thoughtful owners like Scott are why we stay at VRBO's. Now to the details. The mini-split AC units are absolute genius -- quiet and cool. They make the unit feel like you are on the beach, in a hammock and not in the lunch room at a welding shop. The bed's are first class and provided amazing comfort after long day's of traversing Maui. The rest of the unit is immaculate and well apportioned. Scott has thought of everything to facilitate a worry free stay here. We've stayed at plenty -- actually more than plenty of VRBO's, this is in the rarefied air of the best of the best. We will be back!

Perfect stay. Perfect host

Excellent host: Scott went the extra mile from the very beginning. He arranged for us to check in earlier. He contacted us several times to see how we were doing. Even after we had checked out and the wild fires started, he called to see if we were safe. Excellent location: The property is 15 minutes away from Makena beach, in our opinion, the best beach in Maui. There is a super market 5 minutes away and plenty of shops at Kihei. You are also 5 minutes away from Wailea and the shopping area. Excellent apartment: the unit is on a second floor, which allows for more light and less noise. It is very close to the pool, but not too close, so you do not hear the noise of the pool. The parking spot is as close as it gets to the unit. Very well equipped: The unit is very well equipped with a beach umbrella and several beach chairs and body boards. It also has all of the kitchen utensils you may need + dish washer, microwave, washer/dryer, etc. Spotless: We received the unit spotless. Very clean and tidy.

Absolutely Beautiful

We had an amazing time in Maui, the condo was stunning, the property is beautiful and the location is central to everything we wanted :) Scott answered ecery question I had (and I had a lot :)) when my family and I visit Maui again, we will definitely book with Scott-Kamaole Sands Resort......the beach right across the street, Kamoale Beach III, is beautiful and we saw turtles everyday, they swam right by us as we were swimming in the ocean, was very beautiful!!! Thank you Scott!!!!

Fantastic stay

Our family had a great time at this location. The condo is amazing and the location is perfect for beach access as well as visiting some great restaurants. The condo was very clean and organized and the beach gear closet was an added bonus. We highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Maui.

What can we say...this is a family condo my parents purchased in the best place on earth( if you ask me;) I bought off my parents in 2018, and a place we eventually want to spend MANY months a year... seems like a dream now, with our family and smaller kids, school etc... for now we go there once a year( twice if we can) and have some many great memories there. hope you and yours will do the same.

Coming to the island for over 25 years with family holidays, and true passion for travel( rule is I haven't been there, I "need" to go there:) lol and maui is the staple that I can't shake. The energy,/ vibe/ water sports( I am an avid scuba fella and recently got all 3 of my kids certified ) and well I could go on for days.

I am in real estate in Canada so this was paring my Proffesional work with my passion of travel... we are constantly trying to tweek the condo to improve the experience, and taking back and forth with the travellers and feeding off there energy or feedback on there trip.

We have stayed all over the Island and found a number of reasons what the Maui Kamaole( specifically Kehei/Wailea side) Consistent weather was a big factor, although there is not a bad spot on the island, the average annual rain fall is extremely low, wind etc and calm waters to play in are a huge factor for our family... and it really has it all in regards to the right mix; being able to find some shopping, amazing dinning, cool activities around... yet total relaxation and ability to slow your world down at the same time. The complex as to why the Maui Kamaole was also specifically the right spot... amazing grounds, have 2 large pool and hot tub areas are key, located right across the street from the beach... and we love the open concept of the living space and flow of the units and NOT OVERcrowded feel as I have been in some...

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Aside from the obvious, we LOVE walking across the street, often bump into sea turtles( 5 min walk) and through the bird sanctuary there is a grass area/ park that we can't get enough. The sunsets are breath taking, or tag if the kids push me and my wife to play(which seems to be every time!) lol

Should you want world class dinning, it is just down the road, some amazing happy hours to visit, and no bad days here!

We do most of the cooking at the unit with the bbq and pool so close, love meetings new people from around the world, and always stumble down the Wailea resort area towards the fairmont and 4 seasons hotels to have the waves and perfect sand splash on our feet.... pretty darn lucky to experience it!!
