Gulf Lakes: Access is a Walton County Beach access located about 0.5 miles to the east of Prominence. This is a small access and could be missed. Parking is not available however bike access is easy. Sea Breeze is a Walton county beach access which is part of the Gulf Lakes access. Parking and bathrooms are not available. Be mindful almost every crosswalk has a beach access all down 30A.
Beach access to the West: Deer Lake is the most popular and the closest beach access to Prominence and is located 0.5 miles away. While it is popular there are a few things to remember (Approx. $3 for parking). The walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most areas.
