Lone Star is a 1,376 sq. ft. 2-story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home that comfortably sleeps 8 people. The home is in close proximity to the Hilltop pool and park with a children’s climber, a large open grass field, a pickleball court, an outdoor fireplace, a community grill, and a gas fire pit. This home is perfect for a family getaway with enough space to accommodate extended family or a large group of friends.

Lone Star features a master suite on the main floor and two bedrooms, and a media room on the second floor. The paved stone patio and wraparound porch on two sides of the home create the ultimate outdoor living space. This charming home has comfortable furniture and a gas fireplace for staying cozy during those cool evenings. The house has high-speed WiFi and HDTVs upstairs and downstairs with Chromecast so you can easily stream your favorite content on the TV. There are also board games and puzzles to enjoy.

The main floor includes a stocked, sparkling kitchen with all the modern amenities you could ask for stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a dishwasher, a gas stove, and much more! The dining room table has to seat 6. The living room features a gas fireplace, a 50" TV with Chromecast, plenty of comfortable seating, side tables, and lighting. The master bedroom is on the main floor with a king-size bed and an en-suite bath featuring a pedestal sink and shower/tub. There is also a half bathroom right off the kitchen. Additionally, the main floor features a full-size, front-loading washer and dryer.

The second story has a media room at the top of the stairs, a sleeper sofa, and a 42” TV with Chromecast & Blu-Ray player. One full bath has a pedestal sink, shower/tub, and 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen size bed & dresser. The second bedroom has 3 twin bunk beds. Perfect for the kids! Each bathroom is stocked with all of the luxuries of a home, including beach towels for a summer dip in the lake or pool.
