Welcome to “You Had Me at Merlot” in the Vineyard District on the north shore of beautiful Lake Chelan. Nestled on the east side of The Lookout facing downtown Chelan, this Vineyard home is enhanced by east-facing vistas that capture the morning sun and views of the lake and neighboring vineyards. This 2,600-square foot, 3-story, 3-bedroom vacation home sleeps 15 people in beds. YHMAM is centrally located near the 70-slip marina, Lookout Park, children’s play area, large open field, pickleball court, outdoor fireplace, community grill, pool, hot tub, and beach cove. This home features a spacious porch fronting Vineyard Park, a beautiful and expansive park running the length of the Vineyard District.

The main floor has beautiful wide plank hardwood floors, a fully stocked custom kitchen, a farmhouse sink, quartz countertops, a gas range, a large island seating for 4, and a farmhouse dining table that seats 10. The large open living room boasts an oversized sectional, two chairs, a cozy gas fireplace, and a separate game area. We also have a wall-mounted 65” TV and blue-ray player for movie nights! There is a ½ bath on this floor.

Two sets of French doors open onto a wide, covered, wrap-around porch to soak in the 300 days of the sun, complete with Adirondack chairs, a dining table for 10, and a gourmet stainless BBQ and grill set!

The home's top level features a large master bedroom with a 10’ x 24’ outdoor balcony complete with a bistro table and chairs to enjoy the massive view of the lake, town, and surrounding hills. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, side tables, large dresser drawers, and a wall-mounted 40” Smart TV with all the apps you need to watch your favorite shows. The master bath has a large walk-in shower, a huge closet, and a double vanity. The top floor sleeps six people comfortably.

The top level includes two additional king bedrooms with their own wall-mounted 40” Smart TVs and large closets. These two bedrooms share an upstairs bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The bottom floor is the perfect place for kids or to host a party on game day. A wall-mounted 65” TV with an Xbox One / DVD Player takes over one wall. A massive sectional and ottoman is on the other side. The bottom floor also includes 2 full over full bunk beds with twin trundles and sleeps 9 people in beds. There is a ½ bathroom with a full-size front-loading washer and dryer complete with an ironing board, cleaning supplies, and all the beach towels you will need.

We have thought of everything to make your vacation stay at “You Had Me at Merlot” as comfortable as possible. Additional amenities include luxury memory foam mattresses, board games, hair dryers, 2 cruiser bikes, and complimentary high-speed internet, as well as a cozy fire pit with an entertaining area in the backyard.

Pets are allowed in this home and your pooch will find a food/water station, dog bed, leash, and poop bags awaiting them upon arrival. We allow two dogs under 70 lbs during your stay. Maximum of 2 dogs, 70 pounds or less, create sleeper, potty trained. NO Puppies!
