LE DUPLEX is a superb air-conditioned apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has an ideal location in the Carré D’Or (Golden Square) in Nice city center. It is located 3 minutes walk away from the Promenade des Anglais and 1 minute walk away from the famous pedestrian zone.



The apartment is decorated with taste in contemporary style.

This duplex is a unique apartment and it will bring you all the comfort necessary for a stay with family or friends.



The flat is located on the 2nd and last floor (no lift), and has free wifi internet connection and air conditioning in all rooms.

Great, potential to be amazing

Awesome location, doesn’t get much better unless you have a view of the water. Easy to get everywhere by foot. About a 15 min walk to the train station as well as the old city. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The 3 AC units, wifi, washer, and 2.5 bathrooms were pure luxury while traveling in Europe. Some cons, the furniture leaves a lot to be desired. I understand this is a “budget collection” apartment but I can’t imagine upgrading to a real bed instead of a sofa bed or new mattresses every couple of years would be that much of a burden. We wiped the couch and a few different furniture items with lysol wipes and they were pretty dirty so that was gross. There was black mold in the downstairs shower. Some of the blankets provided were from airplanes which is beyond cheap. You can hear everything upstairs (loft) and downstairs but not the end of the world. All in all it’s a great value for your money, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Just a few tips to management for it to be amazing.

Nice apartment in great location

My husband and I rented this apartment for a month. Our friends were with us for two weeks of that time. The apartment is located on the rue de France, and is close to eveything you need - grocery stores, pastry shops, cheese shops, butchers, restaurants, bars, bistros are all in easy walking distance. The apartment was exactly as described. The bedroom and the loft bedroom are a good size. The bathrooms were clean. The living space is a bit small by North American standards, but we expected that, so it really wasn't an issue. The kitchen, although small, had all the essentials. We rarely used the oven - mostly the stove. Fridge was a good size. Washer/dryer machine was a bonus, as was the drying rack (which I used rather than the drying option on the machine. Minor trade off for the location and amenities is that there is no elevator in the building. The apartment was on the second floor (third floor if you're from North America). Going up and down the stairs is what probably ensured that we didn't gain weight from all the baguettes and pastries we ate (Armand's - a great pastry shop - is at the corner of the street). The apartment accommodated four people comfortably. All in all, a nice apartment in a great location.

I suppose that the executive summary of our experience would be "this apartment could be so much better than it is".This concerns two major aspects: the first is that the place is somewhat worn out and requires a facelift.The furniture is damaged and worn out, two of the barstools had hydraulics issues, out of reach lamps were dusty, the couchbed in the master bedroom needs a deep clean. Management fixed some basic issues like a plethora of nonfunctioning lightbulbs. The assortment of plates and cutlery was eclectic, as is often the case. The huge, but useless hallway would really benefit from a wardrobe and a cupboard for shoes, just a suggestion. Well, folks are more or less sensitive about these issues, but we found reality not to match up with the designy pictures. I will say that water pressure was excellent and the bathrooms and toilets were all in good order.Now for the structural issues. Why is there an uncomfortable couch bed in the master bedroom rather than a regular bed? That just doesn't make sense.The stairs that lead up to the mezzanine with the second bed, overlooking the living room are only recommended for sure-footed persons. We found the upstairs bed comfortable enough, but don't expect any privacy. You here even muffled conversation in the downstairs bedroom, the supporting construction conducts sound perfectly. If you snore or move around in your sleep, downstairs will not get much rest. Be aware that open windows mean noise on this stretch of Rue dF

A three week stay in the building that housed Jean Moulin during the war

Very good location, the building itself a monument (the residence of Jean Moulin), good logistical procedures by Jeeves. The apartment is clean and reasonably well planned. But it is so poorly equipped and furnished that it affects the experience. That goes for booth kitchen utensils, furniture and the complete lack of decoration. Minimalism is a style but this is only miserly.

The perfect apartment - location, provisions, style, cleanliness. Marked 1 star down on communication as everything was in French so needed to use Google translate a lot. Would definitely recommend to others and return!

We loved it!

From the airport, it takes 20min No. 2 tram ride to the Alsace Lorraine station closest to the apartment (cost just €1.50pp!) followed by a 15min walk to the apartment, picking up the access key (digital fob!) from the agent on the way. It’s conveniently situated just off the main Rue de France, next to the Eglise Du Sacre Coeur, a minute away from the Promenade Des Anglais, 7 mins. from the Place Messina and 15mins. down to the old town.  From the entry door a well-kept corridor with a mirror and chair leads into the main room which is clean and light with a pleasing pale decor. In this room there’s a couch, TV, table with four chairs and a well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, etc. Doors lead into the main bedroom with its own TV and en suite bathroom. The double sofa bed was clean, comfortable and the bathroom spotless with a refreshingly powerful shower. The only slight downside was an unscreened skylight letting in the early morning sun - which meant an early morning wakening. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms.  Steep glass stairs leads from a corner of the main room to the mezzanine level. There’s slightly less space and headroom here than the downstairs main bedroom but it has comfortable twin beds (pushed together), bedside table and plenty of cupboard space. Again, there’s a clean en suite bathroom - with a powerful shower.  There’s excellent wifi and plenty of sockets throughout. Stay again? Definitely!! Maybe a window blind for the downstairs bedroom window to save being woken at dawn but other than that I'm not sure if I'd change anything!!

Location location location

Title says it all. This apartment is perfect as a home away from your home and it's close to the promenade, Negresco, the shopping areas and even residential if you're looking for the feel of life in Nice. One word of caution, the bedroom is upstairs (as mentioned in the listing) so if you're hesitant to climb glass stairs every night to sleep, you may want to prepare yourself. All in all, stay again here in a heartbeat.

Great apartment for a couple with excellent location

Apartment is really nice, spacious, light and bright and well equipped. The location is excellent,. N&J service was fast, reliable and easily accessible. Wifi connection was not strong enough to support two people working at the same time. We are both working remotely through Teams and other applications.

Geräumige und zentrale Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung

Strand, Einkaufsmeile, Altstadt und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ein Parkplatz sollte unbedingt dazugebucht werden. Die Übergabeinventur war nicht vollständig, sodass noch einige kleine Mängel nachgemeldet werden mussten und behoben werden müssen. Etwas mehr Geschirr und Besteck wäre hilfreich, um den Geschirrspüler nicht jeden Tag laufen lassen zu müssen. Insgesamt jedoch ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Un appartement très bien placé pour tout faire à Nice sans avoir besoin de la voiture. Contact rapide et facile avec l'agence. Arrivée et départ très bien organisé. Appartement bien équipé même si il manque un peu de vaisselle. Seul point négatif est le canapé lit dans la chambre. Pour un appartement de ce standing on devrait avoir 2 vrais lits.

Moderne, pæn og praktisk indrettet lejlighed med god beliggenhed i centrum og meget tæt på stranden. Problemer med air-conditioning, men god kompensation. Sengen i det nederste soveværelse er lidt hård, ellers alt OK. Lille forslag til ejerne: 4 ens vinglas; æggebægre

Bien mais doit mieux faire

Appartement agréable, idéalement situé en centre ville. Dommage que la vaisselle soit en partie ébréchée et que nos prédécesseurs l'aient rangée, sale, dans les placards. Le ménage laisse à désirer. Il serait normal de signaler que dans la chambre du bas le couchage est un canapé-lit (bruyant et inconfortable).

Appartement type loft bien équipé

Appartement atypique de type loft, très bien situé. Grande entrée, séjour agréable avec cuisine ouverte, deux chambres avec chacune salle de bain rattachée. Bien chauffé grâce à 3 climatisations/radiateur. Nous avons pu le jour du départ laisser nos valise à la réception de l'agence ce qui nous a permis de profiter encore de la dernière journée, bon service!
