Take a stroll down Water Street which runs along the bay and offers a safe designated hike/bike lane. From Lees’ Landing it’s only one mile to Rockport’s Historic Shopping District. Visit art galleries, boutiques, specialty stores and more. The stars are bright at Lee's Landing with Inter-coastal Waterway views from both decks. Watch the tug boats and barges slowly making their passage with binoculars provided for a closer view.
Lees’ Landing offers a 2/2. From the moment you enter the door the serene blues and greens melt your stress away. There’s a Mack-O-Pedic (our infamous Mattress Mac @ Gallery Furniture for those who are not familiar with Texas) pillow top king bed in the master suite with a garden tub big enough for two and a separate oversized rainhead shower. The queen bedroom has an adjacent full bath also with a rainhead shower. Get a great nights sleep on luxurious bedding by Jennifer Adams. The kitchen is completely stocked with every appliance and gadget you need along with staple kitchen items such as coffee & tea, various spices, condiments, oil and paper goods. The dining room can accommodate a large gathering for 6-8 or an intimate dinner for two. A wine fridge in the fully equipped bar is standing by to chill your favorite bottle of wine. Additional seating is available at the kitchen bar.

There is covered and fenced in parking for one vehicle with ample room for others in front of the house. There is also room to park your boat. For the fisherman there is a fish cleaning station and free bagged ice. Everyone can enjoy a rousing game of corn hole or yard darts or just relax on the porch swing while enjoying your favorite sporting event on the outdoor tv all while cooking your catch of the day on the propane grill. You can even bring your well behaved pet, pet fee is $100.
