Update!! As of January 1, 2023 Mexico is a Non-Smoking Country! Therefore all Public Areas at Sayan Beach are Smoke Free. I do not allow smoking in my unit, but you can smoke on my balcony.. if you really need to ;-). Thank you for your Understanding!

UPDATE: We can arrange private transportation for you to and from the airport. I personally take a Taxi because they are waiting right at the curb.. The price is set at $508 Pesos or $29US, plus tip the driver upon arrival. Just tell them Sayan Beach Condo, they know where to go. The Taxi company does have vans and SUV's waiting at the curb as well. A van is approx $820 pesos and an SUV is approx $1150pesos.

Located right on Amapas Beach, with private beach access. Easy access and a quick 3 Minute walk to Los Muertos Beach and a 10 Minute walk into Town (or easy 4 Minute Taxi/Uber Ride) to enjoy all the Restaurants, shops and Nightlife.

The Unit is located in the middle of the 4th floor. This is a prime location because you have the expansive ocean views, yet you also have peripheral views of greenery (trees and palms) so you have a tropical feel. You will be warmly welcomed by Christian or His Assistant upon check-In to show you the condo and amenities within the building.
