This 4 bedroom, 3 bath luxurious, spacious townhome in ChampionsGate can sleep up to 10 guests comfortably. For your convenience, this vacation home includes a washer/dryer as well as fast, free Wi-Fi. Just a short 10 minute drive to Disney, this home is the perfect option for your vacation!

THE SPACE:
The large fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy meals together in the dining area, kitchen bar, or even outdoor patio space. The open concept floor plan allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching your favorite show on one the TV or cooking dinner.
The outdoor space is perfect for entertaining.

Each bedroom features its own large flat screen TV. The ground floor bedroom features a queen size bed, while upstairs are three additional rooms. A master suite has a King size bed and a spacious bathroom. There are also two children themed bedrooms, sharing a bathroom.

This property features its own private splash pool with outside seating and lounger chairs.
**Optional pool heat is available for $35/day + tax. - We recommend adding this option to your reservation between the months of November and April.**

Great property

Had a golf trip with a bunch of friends. Property was conveniently located, clean and very nice. Will be considering staying there again next year.

Fantastic place to stay for vacation

We were very happy with our stay at Champions Gate. We were close by my other daughter who was staying with her softball team. Nice welcome surprise waiting for us when we arrived. Great decor and layout for all of us. Thank you soo much :)

Wonderful vacation home!

We stayed at this property after a week in WDW. It was exactly as stated in the ad. The rooms were spotless and the fun decor was a plus!! Having our own pool was our favorite at all times of day! Neighborhood was beautiful. We loved it so much we would love to invest in a vacation home in this development one day.

Dance Nationals

We have an amazing time. Very clean and updated property. It had everything we needed beside food. We came for a dance competition and it was super close to the Omni resort. We were able to run back and forth in between breaks. My sister came to visit for a day and she was placed on the guest list within minutes. Definitely recommend!!

Florida Stay was Just Okay

Generally speaking the stay was okay. We did have some issues in the first 3 or 4 days and it gradually got better.Some issues we had:- House wasn’t that clean. There were pop corn and other food scraps down beside the beds when we arrived, stains on our bed sheets (didn’t smell though), stains on the bathroom doors from a spill, etc.- we paid for pool heat, but the heater didn’t work until they got it repaired 4 days into the stay. I didn’t get credited for any days that I paid where the heater wasn’t working.- went to check-in and the passcode wouldn’t work on the main door. We were stuck outside for a little while at the beginning of our stay until Casiola Homes provided a new code.- Wifi didn’t work at first and we had to call for service. Eventually we got it fixed after a few hours of waiting for direction. They had to reset the network.- Long wait times at the Champions Gate entrances, but I think that is mainly due to peak tourism season and spring break.- There were some other minor things as well.

Great rental!

We stayed 4 nights with 7 of us and it was a great, clean property! The condo had lots of space and the splash pool was very warm (we paid extra for heat) and perfect after a long day at Universal. Only issue with the amenities at the Oasis Club, they charged a ridiculous amount for drinks and we purchased the reusable cups that provided a discount……and then they were out of so many drink options and you had to wait a half hour anytime you wanted a drink or snack. If they can’t provide the service we paid for, they should let you bring your own snacks and drinks to the pool. Hopefully, the property owners don’t pay for too much in their HOA.

Gorgeous Place! Everything We Could Have Hoped For!

This Town House/Condo was absolutely amazing!! We searched through multiple properties on VRBO and we were not completely happy with any of them until we viewed this one. The price was fantastic and was one of the things that caught our eye from the beginning. After looking through the photos listed we were in awe! This trip was so very important to us as it was our first Family Vacation with our 3 young children. We wanted a place that had enough room to accommodate our family of 5, a pool, plenty of rooms & bathrooms, full kitchen so we could prepare meals as a family, and a nice safe neighborhood. It was also extremely important to us that we were in close proximity to stores, restaurants, and other attractions. This home hit every mark! My daughters and I could not get over how beautifully designed the space was and our children adored the character bedrooms!! The property and condo was spotless upon arrival and everything was as pictured! The family size package of Oreos from management was a wonderful welcome gift! Our kiddos were so excited! Initially we did not ask for the pool to be heated. After checking in we decided we would like to have it heated and the Property Manager was wonderful. Communication was easy and stress free. They heated the pool right away and we enjoyed being able to swim at any hour. The only cons during our stay: the Master Bedroom had a very firm mattress, it could use a Pillow top. The pool itself was a little on the small side. However, our kids ages 8, 4, and 2 had a blast swimming! The pool area was a nice size for hanging out so overall we were satisfied. We were so impressed with this property and our stay that we have recommended this home to family and friends that are looking to Vacation! We had an amazing time and would book this condo again hands down!

Property management company terrible

Stay was terrible. Check in nightmare nobody answers your calls say office closed. No WiFi for most of stay even tho they knew on check in it was broken. They fixed it but left a note to advise not safely wired to keep my children away.. Then the pool we couldn’t use it it wasn’t so dirty in it and worse all round it, advised that it requires pressure washing but they will do this for next guests!!! Do we never could use it. Neighbors partied half the night whilst smoking pot so my kids not really enjoying that environment. Local boy racer drive a speed around the neighborhood. Management company do not care or what to make it right. I have Airbnb’s of my own… this wouldn’t happen on my watch!!

Disney trip

Rooms were great, great themed rooms, mattress in master bedroom a bit stiff, but besides that every was great, communication was easy, they left a little gift for us(Oreos) which my kids loved. Will definitely use again.

Great Property

Great property for our girls weekend! Place was clean, in a nice neighborhood, great amenities at the club house, and close to Publix and other stores/restaurants. Property manager was quick to respond to questions and had clear, easy instructions for check in and check out. Would definitely stay again!
