This beautiful gated home has everything you need in a home away from home, including a private pool, jetted tub, games room, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, Cable TV and High speed Internet. It's only minutes from Disney and is located at the Champions Gate Resort! The Oasis Resort clubhouse offers 3 super pools, splashing water, waterslide, lazy river, hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball courts, tiki bar, games room & movie theater. All these amenities are included in your stay, please enjoy them.

The dining area seats 8 and a breakfast bar that seats 4 additional people. There are two full sized bedrooms with ensuite. Additionally, there are 2 twin bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill bathroom.Ā 
The home is a very spacious 2,225 SQ home built in 2013
Guest will have full access to the home, including:
- Games room
- Pool and spa (heating fee extra $35/daily) please message if required.
- All the amenities at the Oasis club, including restaurants, tiki bar, pools, spa, water slide, lazy river, movie theatre, tennis courts, pickleball courts, games room etc.

Spend your days lounging in the private jetted tub and pool. There're plenty of pool floaters & toys for the kids
Ā BBQ Grill Usage: $60 per week. Please notify us so we can unlock the gas valve.

Other things to note:
Each room is equipped with a TV with premium cable service, including Netflix, Disney+. The living room has additional karaoke system for your enjoyment.

We supply the home with basic household and personal items enough for 2-3 daysĀ (eg. soaps, lotions, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towel, dish washer detergent etc ). Please prepare to bring or purchase more if you have longer stay.

5 min walk from the house to Oasis Club Resort with free-entrance to enjoy all of the amenities: Pools, lazy river, waterslide, cabana, theater, games room, gym, restaurant and bar.
Champions Gate Resort includes Greg Norman designed 2-18 holes championship golf courses and executive 9-holes golf course with night light.
Discount t-time at the Championsgate Country Club 18 hole golf course.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is very conveniently located just a short walk from the Clubhouse / Pool area. There are some things in disrepair in the house, but as expected in a rental. The layout was great for the 6 of us we had, and the extras that visited over the Holidays. There are only Beds for 8 people though... The listing said that it slept 10. I did have to sleep on the couch one night and would not recommend that long term. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating to anything we needed. The golf course was amazing, and the community pool / bar / restaurant were fabulous too! One struggle was the Gate admittance into the community... in the evenings, the line would get very long due to people getting in the wrong lines. Also, we didn't have clear direction how to get our Gate / Parking pass prior to arrival (unless we missed it). Would be nice to have access prior to arriving the first time, but I get it that a separate security company controls all that.

The hose was clean, well maintained, and in a great location only a short drive from wherever we wanted to go.Whenever we had any issues or questions, the host was quick in getting back to us and resolving them.

The overall property experience was positive just some minor fixes needed such as the karaoke machine was broken. Overall, Sophia is an a good host. She stays on touch with you leading up to your visit. We enjoyed our visit to the club house and pools on the property. The private pool was relaxing after a very long day at Disney springs. Close to shopping and family fun.

Great Stay!

There was mold and mildew in the master shower. After a few spritzs of bleach and water, gone. There was dirty dishes in the cupboard, we washed all the dishes, no issue.

Fun for family

We enjoyed the location, it was secure and the access to the gym and pool was nice. We also used the basketball court and playground 2 miles away. We added the pool heat and grill to our stay. The pool was nice and warm. We did have a few minor issues and the property manager was quick to resolve them and he was very kind. The kitchen was stocked with essentials. Tv has access to ton of channels. The kids loved the air hockey table in the garage. Suggestions: the house could use some general maintenance. The mattress in the kids rooms are stained and are not in a water proof encasement. The pack and play mattress is also stained, there was no cover provided. The queen mattress needs to be replaced. Some extra blankets would have been nice. The weather was a little cold during our stay.

Perfect home for family to relax. Very good host.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Champions Gate. We were a group of five, grandparents, parents, and a toddler staying 17 nights late Oct / Early Nov. This holiday was about spending quality time together in a nice private home and less about the theme parks. The pool, both at the home (we really appreciated all the pool toys) and the water park at the main clubhouse, was also a big hit. We included both the pool heating and BBQ; it was well worth the money. This place was exactly as described/ expected. It had everything we needed. While we never felt the need, it is in a gated community with security at each entrance. Once in the community, the location was good. As a >2,200 sq ft bungalow, for us it was a very good floor plan including a very nice common area for us to hang out together, when not pool side! Sophia was excellent. As examples, the blender had broken and was replaced the next day. Sophia even arranged and had a larger crib at the home when we arrived. All communication was excellent, very prompt, and clear. Thank you, Sophia. The home is about 40 minutes to Disney, SeaWorld, and an hour to Universal with traffic. Two Publix and lots of food options were close by (within 15 minutes). We also enjoyed the walking paths at Celebration and made a point of going during the small Farmers Markets on Sundays. If your requirements are like ours, we recommend this home. Overall, it was a great stay.

We Definitely Recommend This Place!

This place was exactly as described/ expected. It had everything we needed. The pool was warm (our stay was mid-July). We loved the clubhouse, waterpark area. The location was good. It had a very nice common area for the family to eat together. The only thing was that the shower curtain needs replacement in the Jack and Jill bathroom. It's a bit moldy. Other than that 5/5. We definitely would recommend this place!

Great family rental for Disney world

Rental was everything I thought it would be... The pictures don't do justice.. much nicer in person and champions gate is a fantastic community for tourists...An hour an half dive to Daytona beach and clear water beach and 30 mins from all the Disney parks and an hour from universal studios... Only thing I didn't like the traffic on 27 and I 4 are just absolutely ridiculous

Really enjoyed our stay at Champions Gate. The property was lovely and well maintained. The pool, both at the home and at the main clubhouse, were a big hit with the kids. Mom and Dad liked the hot tub and it was well worth the money to turn the heat on. Really appreciated all the pool toys and life vests as well. Neighborhood was very quiet except for one night where the neighbors partied till 2 am (not something the owner can control, just part of having the houses so close). About 40 minutes to Disney and an hour to Universal with traffic but lots of food close by (within 15 minutes) and the clubhouse food was tasty too. Suggestions to make the stay better but in no way detracted from the overall stay: -blackout curtains in the kids room ( we brought our own but there was no place to hang them) -some kind of non skid mat in the showers -leave some restaurant menus or give recommendations for local eateries Overall great stay and hope we can come back soon!

It was ok

Things that were great: Neighborhood was safe and clean, lots of restaurants. House was walking distance to Oasis club which was fun and had great food. House was clean and accommodating. Property owners were very responsive throughout the entire process. Things that weren't great: The houses were so close together you could hear other families party until 2am most nights with no one to call at that hour to shut them down. Interstate 4 is under construction constantly so you are sitting in traffic for an hour to go 5 miles to DW or Orlando. Property owners make you pay extra for heated spa and grill. That was a bummer for what you already pay to use the house.

Halloween Stay

A nice property in a good location, well kept inside and plenty kitchen equipment, towels and bedding. Good broadband speed handy for doing a bit of work in the evenings and for the teens streaming. Only 2 things went against, the pool area was quite green and mossy and could have done with a clean, also security hadn't been informed of our arrival so we could only get a temporarv pass.

Beautiful home and located close to oasis center that had awesome amenities. Be sure your name is registered when you arrive or they won't let you in gate. Be prepared for major traffic when leaving champions gate. It took us 1 hour to get most tourist places like Disney, gator land etc.

Plenty of Room for Home Base

Our family had a wonderful stay! Our group consisted of two couples and two teens, so we wanted plenty of space in the living areas and this home delivered. We each had our own bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, too, which was a major bonus for so many full-sized humans milling about. The private pool and spa was a favorite retreat for us all after a long day in an amusement park. Splurging for the add-on pool/spa heat fee was definitely worth it for us. The heat didnā€™t seem to work properly the first couple days but the owner was quick to respond and send someone over to tweak the settings. We didnā€™t experience any issues after that. We also observed the usual signs of a well-loved property. A few burnt out lightbulbs, wobbly interior door handles, one cable box didnā€™t work, and a few other signs of wear; however, this didnā€™t take away from our overall comfort and enjoyment, and we didnā€™t feel it was necessary to contact maintenance. The house was clean, tidy, and spacious, and weā€™d definitely consider renting again if we ever find ourselves near Orlando in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

As a seasoned renter for over 25 years and staying a couple months I have a check list of items. This home does check all my boxes, Gated community comfortable mattress great water pressure in the showers Well appointed kitchen Warm pool when heat is purchased (88 degrees) Good washer and dryer Covered lanai with fan and light Lots of outdoor furniture Clean and well maintained Pleasant decor A responsive manager of the home It was all this and more

Our new favorite vacation rental

Our stay at champions gate was an excellent experience! Fitting 6 adults without any issue, the inside living spaces were clean, updated, and felt comfortable to spend time in. The pool and spa were a great way to relax after a day in the parks. There is nothing negative that we could think of when looking back at our stay. We plan to book again next time we come down to Florida.

This house gave exactly how is was promoted! My family and I had a blast from the privacy of our own pool to the resort an not to mention the amusement park old town 20mins away! I just wish it was a smaller pool net to help catch the flying ants that took over the pool by day two! Unfortunately we had to give up using the pool as we couldn't take swimming with so many of them. Overall great stay an we will definitely book again!!
